| 1 | 循证指南:弥散和灌注MRI在急性缺血性卒中诊断中的作用美国神经病学学会治疗和技术评价委员会的报告显示文摘目的 评价弥散加权成像(diffusion-weighted imaging,DWI)和灌注加权成像(perfusionweighted imaging PWI)在急性缺血性卒中患者诊断中应用的证据.方法 对1966年至2008年1月期间有关DWI和PWI诊断和预后价值的文献进行系统分析.结果和推荐 对于发病12 h内的急性缺血性卒中的诊断,DWI已被确认为有效的评价手段,且其诊断价值应高于非增强CT.为了最准确地诊断急性缺血性卒中,应进行DWI(A级推荐);然而,在疑似急性卒中患者的总体样本中,DWI诊断缺血性卒中的敏感性并不完美.DWI诊断脑出血的准确性不在本指南的范围之内.根据Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级证据,基线DWI体积可预测前循环卒中的基线卒中严重程度(B级推荐),但不能预测椎基底动脉系统卒中的基线卒中严重程度(C级推荐).基线DWI病变体积可预测(最终)梗死体积(B级推荐),并且有可能预测早期和远期临床转归(C级推荐).与DWI相比,基线PWI体积预测基线卒中严重程度的价值较小(C级推荐).尚无足够的证据支持或反对PWI在急性缺血性卒中诊断中的价值(U级推荐). | P.D. | 2 | GIS APPLICATION IN RESEARCH OF WILDLIFE HABITAT CHANGE——A case study of the Giant Panda in Wolong Nature Reserve显示文摘The general aim of this study is to find the relationship between the panda distribution and human activities. Comparison of the potential panda habitat and the real panda distribution shows a difference between them. Seven human activities were identified and analyzed. They are settlements, farming, road construction, firewood collection, timber production, mining and Chinese medicinal plant collection. The spatial distributions of these activities were characterized. The analysis of their spatial distributions and the pandas’ habitat and distribution revealed that there is a relation existing between the human activities and the panda distribution, and the Giant Pandas have disappeared from the areas where the human activities are concentrated. Much is needed to investigate including processing technlogy, plasma sheath dynamics, interaction of plasma and surface, etc. Of the processing methods elavated temperature technique is usually used in PIII to produce a thick modified layer by means of the thermal diffusion. | 8 | Chemical leaching of an Indian bituminous coal and characterization of the products by vibrational spectroscopic techniques显示文摘High volatile bituminous coal was demineralized by a chemical method. The vibrations of the 'aromatics' structure of graphite, crystalline or non-crystalline, were observed in the spectra at the 1600 cm-1 region. The band at 1477 cm-1 is assigned as VR band, the band at 1392 cm-1 as VL band and the band at 1540 cm-1 as GR band. Graphite structure remains after chemical leaching liberates oxygenated functional groups and mineral groups. The silicate bands between 1010 and 1100 cm-1 are active in the infrared (IR) spectrum but inactive in the Raman spectrum. Absorption arising from C-H stretching in alkenes occurs in the region of 3000 to 2840 cm-1. Raman bands because of symmetric stretch of water molecules were also observed in the spectrum at 3250 cm-1 and 3450 cm-1. Scanning electron microscopy analy-sis revealed the presence of a graphite layer on the surface. Leaching of the sample with hydrofluoric acid decreases the mineral phase and increases the carbon content. The ash content is reduced by 84.5wt% with leaching from its initial value by mainly removing aluminum and silicate containing minerals. | B. Manoj A.G. | 20 | Comparative study of Anaplasma parasites in tick carrying buffaloes and cattle显示文摘A comparative study on the prevalence of Anaplasma parasite was conducted on ticks carrying buffaloes and cattle. Five hundred blood samples of both animals (250 of each) were collected during February, March and April. Thin blood smears on glass slides were made, fixed in 100% methyl alcohol and examined. Microscopic examination revealed that 205 (41%) animals had Anaplasma parasites, out of which 89, 44 and 72 animals had Anaplasma marginale, Anaplasma centrale and mixed infection respectively. Infected buffaloes and cattle were 75 and 130 respectively. The infection in female was 53 and 92 in buffaloes and cattle respectively. Twenty-two and 92 blood samples of male were found positive in buffaloes and cattle respectively. Com- parative study revealed that the cattle were 26.82% more susceptible than buffaloes. The parasite prevailing percentage in female of both animals was slightly higher than that of the male.
