1水稻典败型隐性核雄性不育突变体ap90的鉴定与基因定位显示文摘通过甲基磺酸乙酯(Ethyl Methyl Sulfone,EMS)诱变籼稻恢复系中恢8015(Zhonghui 8015,wild-type,WT)筛选获得了一个性状稳定的典败型雄性不育突变体材料abortive pollen 90(ap90)。突变体ap90与野生型中恢8015在株高、株型、分蘖数、抽穗期等农艺性状上无显著差异,但花药瘦小、呈淡乳黄色、花粉完全典败。花药发育不同阶段的半薄切片观察结果显示,ap90突变体内的花药壁细胞发育异常,主要表现为绒毡层细胞降解异常,小孢子细胞在有丝分裂阶段无法形成正常的花粉壁结构、无法完成淀粉充实过程,最终小孢子细胞退化成细线状、花药亦无法开裂。花药和花粉外壁扫描电镜观察结果显示,突变体ap90的花药外壁皱缩,角质层排列更紧密;花药内壁乌氏体形状不规则、排列紧密而混乱;花粉细胞呈干瘪状,花粉外壁表面的孢粉素形态异常、呈不规则排列。遗传分析表明,ap90突变性状受1对隐性核基因控制,基因的初步定位将该突变位点定位于水稻7号染色体长臂RM21421和RM21435之间491.73 kb区间内;进一步的Mut-Map测序分析证实该区间内LOC_Os07g22850的第2个外显子区存在1个37 bp的缺失和1处单碱基替换,使得其编码序列发生移码、转录和翻译提前终止,导致出现ap90中的花粉完全典败和小穗不育表型。表达模式分析结果显示,该基因在花药中特异表达,OsAP90蛋白主要定位在内质网上。qPCR检测结果表明,ap90突变体中许多雄性不育相关基因的表达量受到了该突变位点的影响,进一步证明OsAP90在水稻花药发育的乌氏体形成、花粉壁发育中有重要作用。陈驰 陈代波 孙志豪 彭泽群 Adil Abbas 贺登美 张迎信 程海涛 于萍 马兆慧 宋建 曹立勇 程式华 孙廉平 占小登 吕文彦 2022作物学报2022,48,7:2

5Realizing high thermoelectric performance via selective resonant doping in oxyselenide BiCuSeO显示文摘Tuning the charge carrier concentration is imperative to optimize the thermoelectric(TE)performance of a material.For BiCuSeO based oxyselenides,doping efforts have been limited to optimizing the carrier concentration.In the present work,dual-doping of In and Pb at Bi site is introduced for p-type BiCuSeO to realize the electric transport channels with intricate band characteristics to improve the power factor(PF).Herein,the impurity resonant state is realized via doping of resonant dopant In over Pb,where Pb comes forward to optimize the Fermi energy in the dual-doped BiCuSeO system to divulge the significance of complex electronic structure.The manifold roles of dual-doping are used to adjust the elevation of the PF due to the significant enhancement in electrical properties.Thus,the combined experimental and theoretical study shows that the In/Pb dual doping at Bi sites gently reduces bandgap,introduces resonant doping states with shifting down the Fermi level into valence band(VB)with a larger density of state,and thus causes to increase the carrier concentration and effective mass(m*),which are favorable to enhance the electronic transport significantly.As a result,both improved ZTmax=0.87(at 873 K)and high ZTave=0.5(at 300–873 K)are realized for InyBi(1−x)−yPbxCuSeO(where x=0.06 and y=0.04)system.The obtained results successfully demonstrate the effectiveness of the selective dual doping with resonant dopant inducing band manipulation and carrier engineering that can unlock new prospects to develop high TE materials.Yue-Xing Chen Wenning Qin Adil Mansoor Adeel Abbas Fu Li Guang-xing Liang Ping Fan Muhammad Usman Muzaffar Bushra Jabar Zhen-hua Ge Zhuang-hao Zheng 2023Nano Research2023,16,1:1

The frailty of the ecosystem manifests on the internal frailty, depends on the plant ,intensity of the contradictory between the landscape transitional and natural reservation area,physical weathering strong,the development of the soil surface is slowly but the erode of the rain ,soil erosion very grave. Lichens not only rein force the intensity and depth of the weathering of rocks and formation ,accelerate of the mineral weathering making and accumulating the organic compound, at the same time lichens have strongly water protection abilities and inestimable role in the prevent soil erosion. 12Deep Transfer Learning-Enabled Activity Identification and Fall Detection for Disabled People显示文摘The human motion data collected using wearables like smartwatches can be used for activity recognition and emergency event detection.This is especially applicable in the case of elderly or disabled people who live self-reliantly in their homes.These sensors produce a huge volume of physical activity data that necessitates real-time recognition,especially during emergencies.Falling is one of the most important problems confronted by older people and people with movement disabilities.Numerous previous techniques were introduced and a few used webcam to monitor the activity of elderly or disabled people.But,the costs incurred upon installation and operation are high,whereas the technology is relevant only for indoor environments.Currently,commercial wearables use a wireless emergency transmitter that produces a number of false alarms and restricts a user’s movements.Against this background,the current study develops an Improved WhaleOptimizationwithDeep Learning-Enabled Fall Detection for Disabled People(IWODL-FDDP)model.The presented IWODL-FDDP model aims to identify the fall events to assist disabled people.The presented IWODLFDDP model applies an image filtering approach to pre-process the image.Besides,the EfficientNet-B0 model is utilized to generate valuable feature vector sets.Next,the Bidirectional Long Short Term Memory(BiLSTM)model is used for the recognition and classification of fall events.Finally,the IWO method is leveraged to fine-tune the hyperparameters related to the BiLSTM method,which shows the novelty of the work.The experimental analysis outcomes established the superior performance of the proposed IWODL-FDDP method with a maximum accuracy of 97.02%.Majdy M.Eltahir Adil Yousif Fadwa Alrowais Mohamed K.Nour Radwa Marzouk Hatim Dafaalla Asma Abbas Hassan Elnour Amira Sayed A.Aziz Manar Ahmed Hamza 2023Computers, Materials & Continua2023,,5:0
