| 1 | Electrospun silk fibroin/poly(L-lactide-ecaplacton)graft with platelet-rich growth factor for inducing smooth muscle cell growth and infiltration显示文摘The construction of a smooth muscle layer for blood vessel through electrospinning method plays a key role in vascular tissue engineering.However,smooth muscle cells(SMCs)penetration into the electrospun graft to form a smooth muscle layer is limited due to the dense packing of fibers and lack of inducing factors.In this paper,silk fibroin/poly(L-lactide-e-caplacton)(SF/PLLA-CL)vascular graft loaded with platelet-rich growth factor(PRGF)was fabricated by electrospinning.The in vitro results showed that SMCs cultured in the graft grew fast,and the incorporation of PRGF could induce deeper SMCs infiltrating compared to the SF/PLLA-CL graft alone.Mechanical properties measurement showed that PRGF-incorporated graft had proper tensile stress,suture retention strength,burst pressure and compliance which could match the demand of native blood vessel.The success in the fabrication of PRGF-incorporated SF/PLLA-CL graft to induce fast SMCs growth and their strong penetration into graft has important application for tissue-engineered blood vessels. | Anlin Yin Gary L.Bowlin Rifang Luo Xingdong Zhang Yunbing Wang Xiumei Mo | 2016 | Regenerative Biomaterials2016,3,4: | 2 |

| 3 | Dynamic Characteristics of Lubrication and Wear Prediction of Slipper/Swash-Plate in Axial Piston Pumps显示文摘A novel dynamic model describing the slipper posture of the swash plate in axial piston pumps is proposed, taking into account the hydrodynamic and squeezing effects, which involves three degrees of freedom. The variation in the lubricating film thickness and the slipper tilt are accurately calculated. The influence of hydrodynamic effects and charging pressure on the slipper lubrication is discussed. The minimum film thickness, the overturning angle and the azimuth angle are obtained.Then, the trajectory of minimum thickness on the friction surface of the swash plate is predicted, the accuracy of which can be verified with the abrasion distribution of an actual swash plate. | 5 | Low-temperature oxidation of light crude oil in oxygen-reduced air flooding显示文摘Light crude oil from the lower member of the Paleogene Xiaganchaigou Formation of Gaskule in Qinghai Oilfield was selected to carry out thermal kinetic analysis experiments and calculate the activation energy during the oil oxidation process.The oxidation process of crude oi l in porous medium was modeled by crude oil static oxidation experiment,and the component changes of crude oil before and after low-temperature oxidation were compared through Fourier transform ion cy-clotron resonance mass spectrometry and gas chromatography;the dynamic displacement experiment of oxygen-reduced air was combined with NMR technology to analyze the oil recovery degree of oxygen-reduced air flooding.The whole process of crude oil oxidation can be divided into four stages:light hydrocarbon volatilization,low-temperature oxidation,fuel deposition,and high temperature oxidation;the high temperature oxidation stage needs the highest activation energy,followed by the fuel deposition stage,and the low-temperature oxidation stage needs the lowest activation energy;the concentration of oxygen in the reaction is negatively correlated with the activation energy required for the reaction;the higher the oxygen concentration,the lower the average activation energy required for oxidation reaction is;the low-temperature oxidation reaction between crude oil and air generates a large amount of heat and CO,CO_(2) and CH4,forming flue gas drive in the reservoir,which has certain effects of mixing phases,reducing viscosity,lowering interfacial tension and promoting expansion of crude oil,and thus helps enhance the oil recovery rate.Under suitable reservoir temperature condition,the degree of recovery of oxygen-reduced air flooding is higher than that of nitrogen flooding for all scales of pore throat,and the air/oxygen-reduced air flooding de-velopment should be preferred. | QI Huan LI Yiqiang CHEN Xiaolong LONG Anlin WEI Li LI Jie LUO Jianghao SUN Xuebin TANG Xiang GUAN Cuo | 2021 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2021,48,6: | 0 |
