| 1 | The research progress on lateral shift of reflected electromagnetic wave at the interface of two conductive media显示文摘In this paper the research status of lateral shift of reflected electromagnetic wave at the interface of conductive media was reviewed, the lateral shift and the lateral delay were analyzed, and the charac-teristic of lateral shift curves varying with the angle of incidence was introduced in detail. For electro-magnetic wave logging, the error correction method of lateral shift was stressed in this paper, the magnitude of measured errors caused by the lateral shift was established. It is noticed that the longer wavelength, the larger error of measured results. | 2 | Tribological properties of nanometer cerium oxide as additives in lithium grease显示文摘This paper presents a comparative study of the influence of nanometer-CeO_2(nano-CeO_2) and temperature on tribological and lubricating properties of lithium grease. The morphology and structure of nanocrystals were characterized by means of transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD), respectively. Friction and wear tests were conducted on the friction and wear tester.Results show that the lithium grease with addition of nanometer-CeO_2 has much better friction-reducing and anti-wear performance than that of base grease. When the additive in grease is 0.6 wt%, the friction coefficient(COF) and wear scar diameter(WSD) decrease by 28% and 13% comparing with base grease,respectively. The base grease and grease with 0.6 wt% nanometer-CeO_2 both possess the lowest average COF and wear width at 50 ℃. The worn surface morphology after friction test was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and NANOVEA three-dimensional profilometer. Under the lubrication of the lithium grease containing 0.6 wt% nano-CeO_2. few shallow furrows can be observed on the quite smoothed surface and the WSD decreased. | 4 | Mapping and analyzing the local climate zones in China’s 32 major cities using Landsat imagery based on a novel convolutional neural network显示文摘The Local Climate Zone(LCZ)scheme provides researchers with a standard method to monitor the Urban Heat Island(UHI)effect and conduct temperature studies.How to generate reliable LCZ maps has therefore become a research focus.In recent years,researchers have attempted to use Landsat imagery to delineate LCZs and generate maps worldwide based on the World Urban Database and Access Portal Tools(WUDAPT).However,the mapping results obtained by the WUDAPT method are not satisfactory.In this paper,to generate more accurate LCZ maps,we propose a novel Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)model(namely,LCZ-CNN),which is designed to cope with the issues of LCZ classification using Landsat imagery.Furthermore,in this study,we applied the LCZ-CNN model to generate LCZ mapping results for China’s 32 major cities distributed in various climatic zones,achieving a significantly better accuracy than the traditional classification strategies and a satisfactory computational efficiency.The pro-posed LCZ-CNN model achieved satisfactory classification accuracies in all 32 cities,and the Overall Accuracies(OAs)of more than half of the cities were higher than 80%.We also designed a series of experiments to comprehensively analyze the proposed LCZ-CNN model,with regard to the transferability of the network and the effectiveness of multiseasonal information.It was found that the first convolutional stage,corresponding to low-level features,shows better transferability than the second and third convolutional stages,which extract high-level and more image-or task-oriented features.It was also confirmed that the multi-seasonal information can improve the accuracy of LCZ classifica-tion.The thermal characteristics of the different LCZ classes were also analyzed based on the mapping results for China’s 32 major cities,and the experimental results confirmed the close relationship between the LCZ classes and the magnitude of the Land Surface Temperature(LST). | Xin Huang Anling Liu Jiayi Li | 2021 | Geo-Spatial Information Science2021,24,4: | 2 |

| 8 | Isolation and characterization of genic microsatellites from de novo assembly transcriptome in the bivalve Ruditapes philippinarum显示文摘The marine bivalve Ruditapes philippinarum(Veneridae)has always been an economically important aquaculture species.In this study,106 831 unigenes and 2 664 SSR loci(1 locus/40 sequences)were achieved from the de novo assembly transcriptome.Among all the SSRs,tri-nucleotides(46.40%)was the most,followed by di-nucleotides(32.43%).Meanwhile,AAC/GTT(19.82%)was the most common SSR loci searched.After polymorphism detection using 32 wild R.philippinarum individuals,34 polymorphic and 3 monomorphic SSR loci were screened,and the genetic index of them was calculated.The results show that PIC of 30 polymorphic SSR loci was at medium and high levels(PIC>0.25).However,there were five SSR polymorphic loci(e.g.MG871423,MG871428,MG871429,MG871434,MG871435)deviating from the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium after the Bonferroni correction(adjusted P=0.001 471).The Na value(number of alleles per locus)ranged from 2 to 7.In addition,the Ho(observed heterozygosities)and He(expected heterozygosities)were 0.100 0-1.000 0 and 0.191 3-0.723 6,respectively.Therefore,RNA-Seq was shown as a fast and cost-effective method for genic SSR development in non-model species.Meanwhile,the 37 loci from R.philippinarum will further enrich the genetic information and advance the population conservation and restoration. | SHANGGUAN Jingbo XU Anle HU Xiaowei LI Zhongbao | 2019 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2019,37,3: | 1 |

| 12 | Effects of Poria cocos polysaccharide on growth performance,physiological parameters,and lipid metabolism of spotted sea bass Lateolabrax maculatus显示文摘The aquaculture industry has developed significantly over the past few decades and has had a substantial impact on the global food supply and marine fisheries resources.However,some problems arise behind the scenes due to excessive intensive farming,such as slow animal growth,frequent disease,and lipid metabolism disorders.These problems have limited the sustainable development of the aquaculture industry,and a continuable solution is required.The use of fungal polysaccharide appears to provide a solution to these problems.Therefore,different supplemented levels of Poria cocos polysaccharide(PCP)(0,0.4,0.8,1.2,1.6,and 2.0 g/kg,respectively)were fed to spotted sea bass(Lateolabrax maculatus)in similar size(30.28±0.18 g)in current study.The effects of PCP on growth,physiological parameters,and lipid metabolism of spotted sea bass were investigated after a 4-week rearing period.Results showed,fish with PCP intake presented a significantly higher weight gain,specific growth rate,and a significantly lower feed conversion ratio.Significantly higher trypsin activity in liver and intestine were observed in fish with PCP intake.The superoxide dismutase activity in serum and liver of fish with PCP intake were significantly improved,while significantly higher serum total antioxidant capacity and hepatic catalase activity were also observed.However,no significant differences in lysozyme and alkaline phosphatase activity were evident among groups.Fish with PCP intake showed a significantly lower total cholesterol,but no noteworthy change in triglyceride and lipid-metabolismrelated genes expression were observed among groups.Results indicated that intake of PCP has a positive effect on growth and antioxidant capacity of spotted sea bass,but seems to have a limited effect on the non-specific immunity and lipid metabolism of spotted sea bass.Based on the regression analysis results,1.4 g/kg of PCP is the optimal dose for spotted sea bass in size(30.28±0.18 g). | Jing LU Zhangfan HUANG Youling YE Anle XU Zhongbao LI | 2024 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2024,42,1: | 0 |
