7Molecular mapping and candidate gene analysis of the semi-dominant gene Vestigial glume1 in maize显示文摘The glume is an organ of the maize spikelet and plays important roles in anther and kernel development.Vestigial glume1(Vg1)is a classic mutant associated with ligule and glume development.Here we report the phenotypic characterization,fine mapping,and candidate gene analysis of the Vg1 mutant.Vg1 is a semi-dominant and pleiotropic gene,and also affects plant height,ear height,and tassel length.Vg1 ligule degeneration begins at the first leaf,and the Vg1 tassel and ear can be distinguished from those of wild-type plants when their lengths reach respectively 55 mm and 51 mm.Using a BC3 mapping population of 11,445 plants,we delimited the Vg1 functional site to an interval of 7.4 kb,flanked by the markers InDelLM and CRM6.A putative cyclopropane fatty-acid synthase gene(ZmCPA-FAS1)was hypothesized to underlie the mutant phenotype.We detected a Helitron insertion in the sixth intron of ZmCPAFAS1.Its presence caused abnormal alternative splicing of ZmCPA-FAS1 that conferred new characteristics on the Vg1 mutant.These findings are a basis for further discovery of the molecularmechanism underlying glume development and a potential guide formaize breeding of small-glume varieties,especially sweet corn breeding.Chaoxian Liu Yuanzeng Zhao Yang Bai Xiaomin Lu Weibin Song Liping Qin Yilin Cai 2019The Crop Journal2019,7,5:1

14Green Light-Emitting Region-Regular Poly(9,9-Dihexylfluorene-co-Fluorenone) Prepared from Solvent-Free Oxidative Coupling Polymerization显示文摘Soluble green light-emitting poly(9,9-dihexylfluorene-co-fluorenone) was synthesized by solvent-free oxidative coupling polymerization of 9,9-dihexylfluorene in a facile one-step reaction. The polymers were characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, UV-Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy. The region-regular structure of the polymer linking at 2, 7′-position on the fluorene moieties was obtained. The FT-IR spectra of the polymers showed fluorenone vibration. 15Thickness Dependence of the Initial Oxidation Behaviors of Gd Films Grown on Si by Laser Molecular Beam Epitaxy显示文摘Gd thin films with different thickness(about 10 nm and 0.5 nm)were deposited on Si(100)by laser molecular beam epitaxy(LMBE).Thickness dependence of the initial oxidation behaviors of Gd films was studied based on the in situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy(UPS)analysis under ultra-high vacuum(UHV)condition.When the thin film is around 10 nm,the XPS results show that Gd is extremely reactive with oxygen forming Gd oxides and the oxides of Gd are easily hygroscopic.The UPS results show that the Gd 4f has a double-peak structure and the double-peak structure of Gd 4f evolves into a single-peak feature after exposing to air.When the thickness of the Gd film decreases to about 0.5 nm,the reactivity of Gd film with oxygen is decreased by the diffusion of Si component into Gd layers based on the XPS and UPS results.It is suggested that the silicon atoms segregate at the grain boundaries of Gd film to form a barrier,which block the further diffusion of oxygen and water vapor into the Gd layers.阎大伟 Zhang Hong BAI Li WANG Xuemin ZHANG Weibin WANG Yuying SHEN Changle PENG Liping 吴卫东 2012Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2012,27,2:0
16Accumulation and exploration of continental shale gas resources of Cretaceous Shahezi Formation in Lishu fault depression,Songliao Basin,NE China显示文摘Distribution characteristics,organic matter development characteristics,gas-bearing characteristics,reservoir characteristics,and preservation conditions of the Shahezi Formation shale of Lower Cretaceous in the Lishu fault depression,Songliao Basin,NE China,are analyzed using organic geochemical,whole rock,and SEM analysis data,and CO_(2)and N_(2) adsorption and high-pressure mercury injection experiment data in combination with the tectonic and sedimentation evolution of the region to reveal the geological conditions for enrichment and resource potential of continental shale gas.The organic-rich shale in the Lower Cretaceous of the Lishu fault depression is mainly developed in the lower submember of the second member of the Shahezi Formation(K_(1)sh_(2)^(1) Fm.)and is thick and stable in distribution.The shale has high TOC,mainly types II_(1) and II_(2) organic matter,and is in the mature to the over-mature stage.The volcanic activity,salinization,and reduction of the water environment are conducive to the formation of the organic-rich shale.The shale reservoirs have mainly clay mineral intergranular pores,organic matter pores,carbonate mineral dissolution pores,and foliated microfractures as storage space.The pores are in the mesopore range of 10–50 nm,and the microfractures are mostly 5–10μm wide.Massive argillaceous rocks of lowland and highstand domains are deposited above and below the gas-bearing shale separately in the lower submember of the K_(1)sh_(2)^(1) Fm.,act as the natural roof and floor in the process of shale gas accumulation and preservation,and control the shale gas enrichment.Based on the above understandings,the first shale gas exploration well in Shahezi Formation was drilled in the Lishu fault depression of Songliao Basin.After fracturing,the well tested a daily gas production of 7.6×10^(4) m^(3),marking a breakthrough in continental shale gas exploration in the Shahezi Formation(K1 sh Fm.)of the Lishu fault depression in Songliao Basin.The exploration practice has reference significance for the exploration of continental shale gas in the Lower Cretaceous of Songliao Basin and its periphery.ZHANG Junfeng XU Xingyou BAI Jing CHEN Shan LIU Weibin LI Yaohua 2022Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,3:0
