| 1 | Tectonic Evolution of the Tianhuan Depression and the Western Margin of the Late Triassic Ordos显示文摘The Ordos Basin is one of the most important oil and gas basins in China. Based on surface outcrop, key exploratory wells and seismic reflection data and by using the technology of 'prototype basin recovery', seismic profile 'layer flattening' and 'restoration of balanced section',and other methods, the sedimentary boundary, structure and the evolution history of the Tianhuan depression on the western margin of the Ordos Basin are reestablished. The following results have been obtained. (1) The west boundary of the Late Triassic Ordos Basin was far beyond the scope of the current basin. The basin is connected with the Late Triassic Hexi Corridor Basin, and its western margin did not have tectonic characteristics of a foreland basin. (2) The Tianhuan depression was first formed in the Late Jurassic. At the late stage it was impacted by the late Yanshanian and Himalayan tectonic movement and the depression axis gradually moved eastwards to the present location with a cumulative migration distance of ~30 km. | 2 | Properties of Continental Margin and its Hydrocarbon Exploration Significance in Cambrian in the Southern Ordos Kratogen of North China显示文摘It is important to determine the properties of the tectonics in Cambrian period for the sake of prospecting deep hydrocarbon in the near future in the southern Ordos Kratogen of North China. Authors chose the marginal areas of the southern Ordos basin as the object of research, avoided the effects of both the Qinling Orogenic Belts (QOB) and Weihe River Graben (WRG) whose geological structures are too complicated. By surveying typical Cambrian outcrops and profiles in the basin edges and based on the cores of 57 wells which penetrated the Cambrian in the basin, combined with the seismic profiles, the field gammaray measuement results and the carbon isotope analysis, Authors conclude that the southern margin of the Ordos Kratogen during Cambrian was a passive continental margin which resulted from sea-floor spreading of the Ancient Qinling Ocean. Epicontinental sea carbonate sediments formed in the south Ordos continental margin during Cambrian, and were predominant as tidal flat and o litic shoal. Both transgression-regression process and the change in palaeostructure have the obvious cyclicity. Using the junction between the late Nangao age of Qiandong epoch and the early Duyun age of Qiandong epoch as a boundary, each had a full transgression cycle at the upper and lower stages. The early cycle is characterized by high energy clastic littoral facies while the late cycle is characterized by carbonate ramp on which clear water and muddy water developed alternately changing to carbonate platform last. During the early stages, An aulacogen was formed in the middle section of the southern margin. The southern Ordos margin was uplifted and denudated by the Huaiyuan Movement which occurred from the late Furongian age to the middle Flolan age and the history of the passive continental margin ended and entering into a new tectonic cycle. | 4 | Sensitivity analysis of dimensionless parameters for physical simulation of water-flooding reservoir显示文摘A numerical approach to optimize dimensionless parameters of water-flooding porous media flows is proposed based on the analysis of the sensitivity factor defined as the variation ration of a target function with respect to the variation of dimensionless parameters. A complete set of scaling criteria for water-flooding reservoir of five-spot well pattern case is derived from the 3-D governing equations, involving the gravitational force, the capillary force and the compressibility of water, oil and rock. | 5 | The simulation of nature gas production from ocean gas hydrate reservoir by depressurization显示文摘The vast amount of hydrocarbon gas encaged in gas hydrates is regarded as a kind of future potential energy supply due to its wide deposition and cleanness. How to exploit gas hydrate with safe, effective and economical methods is being pursued. In this paper, a mathematical model is developed to simulate the hydrate dissocia- tion by depressurization in hydrate-bearing porous medium. The model can be used to analyze the effects of the flow of multiphase fluids, the intrinsic kinetic process of hydrate dissociation, the endothermic process of hydrate dissociation, ice-water phase equilibrium, the variation of permeability, the convection and conduction on the hydrate dissociation and gas and water production. The nu- merical results agreed well with the 1-D and 2-D experiments. The numerical results for 3-D hydrate reservoir show that in the first stage of depressurization gas can be produced effectively from hydrate reservoir. With the depletion of reservoir energy because of endothermic process of hydrate dissociation the gas rate decreases rapidly. The mathematical model can interpret the effects of the flow of multiphase fluids, the process of hydrate dissociation, ice-water phase transition, the variation of permeability, the convection and conduction on hydrate dissociation and gas and water production. The evolutions of temperature, pressure, and saturations in the hydrate and free gas zones are eluci-dated during gas production. The variation of some parameters, such as gas and water rates, with time is presented. | 8 | Predictive Model of Ursodeoxycholic Acid Treatment Response in Primary Biliary Cholangitis显示文摘Background and Aims:Although ursodeoxycholic acid(UDCA)treatment in primary biliary cholangitis is effective in many patients,there are still many people who respond poorly to it.Identifying and intervening these patients early is important.Therefore,exploring the risk factors and proposing a predictor index to predict the UDCA treatment nonresponse earlier among primary biliary cholangitis patients were the aims of this research.Methods:A total of 135 primary biliary cholangitis patients treated with UDCA(13–15 mg/kg/d)were enrolled in this retrospective study.The response to treatment was evaluated based on Paris I criteria.The univariate and logistic multivariate regression analyses were adopted to determine the independent risk factors and propose a predictor index.Receiver operating characteristic curve was used to evaluate the predictive ability of the predictor index.Results:Total bilirubin,albumin,globulin,immunoglobin M,and aspartate aminotransferase-to-platelet ratio index were the five independent risk factors associating with early biochemical nonresponse to UDCA treatment.Based on these factors,we established a predictor index with the predictive value being 0.886(sensitivity:82.80%,specificity:84.40%).Conclusions:We developed a predictor index that had an accurate prediction of the early biochemical nonresponse to UDCA treatment,which is expected to provide valuable information for the high-risk group before treatment begins. | Yanyun Shu Yuhu Song Tao Bai Xiaoli Pan Haitao Shang Ling Yang Jin Ye Fan Du | 2021 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2021,9,2: | 1 |

Factors affecting gas hydrate decomposition in sediments include sediment type, mineral composition, pore size distribution, particle size, pore water composition, hydrate saturation distribution, initial formation pressure and temperature and cement characteristics. In this paper, experimental simulations of gas hydrate decomposition are carried out on an artificial core to investigate the effects of initial pressure and temperature, particle size and pore size. The experiments show that the characteristics of gas hydrate decomposition in sediments differ completely from those in a pure water system. The decomposition rate of hydrate sediments increases with the initial pressure increasing and decreasing temperatures.
