| 1 | Ultrathin 2D Metal–Organic Framework Nanosheets In situ Interpenetrated by Functional CNTs for Hybrid Energy Storage Device显示文摘The controllable construction of two-dimensional(2D)metal–organic framework(MOF)nanosheets with favorable electrochemical performances is greatly challenging for energy storage.Here,we design an in situ induced growth strategy to construct the ultrathin carboxylated carbon nanotubes(C-CNTs)interpenetrated nickel MOF(Ni-MOF/C-CNTs)nanosheets.The deliberate thickness and specific surface area of novel 2D hybrid nanosheets can be effectively tuned via finely controlling C-CNTs involvement.Due to the unique microstructure,the integrated 2D hybrid nanosheets are endowed with plentiful electroactive sites to promote the electrochemical performances greatly.The prepared Ni-MOF/C-CNTs nanosheets exhibit superior specific capacity of 680 C g^−1 at 1 A g^−1 and good capacity retention.The assembled hybrid device demonstrated the maximum energy density of 44.4 Wh kg^−1 at a power density of 440 W kg^−1.Our novel strategy to construct ultrathin 2D MOF with unique properties can be extended to synthesize various MOF-based functional materials for diverse applications. | Feitian Ran Xueqing Xu Duo Pan Yuyan Liu Yongping Bai Lu Shao | 2020 | Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,4: | 5 |
| 2 | PIK3CA mutation in Chinese patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma显示文摘Objective: To investigate PIK3CA mutation in Chinese patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and explore their relationship with clinicopathological profiles. Methods: Tumor samples from 123 cases of LSCC were included in this study. PIK3CA mutations in exon 9 and 20 were screened by pyrosequencing and confirmed by clone sequencing or amplification refractory mutation system (ARMS). Denaturing performance liquid chromatography (DHPLC) was employed for evaluation of EGFR mutation in exon 19, 21 and KRAS mutation. Results: PIK3CA mutations were found in 3 (2.4%) patients. The mutation type included E545K, E452Q and H1047R. Of these three patients, one coupled with EGFR mutation, and the other two coupled with PIK3CA amplification. All the three patients shared the same clinicopathologic characteristics: male, less than 60 years old, had smoke history, stage III and carried wild-type KRAS. Conclusions: The frequency of PIK3CA mutation is low in Chinese patients with LSCC. | 7 | Bear bile powder alleviates Parkinson’s disease-like behavior in mice by inhibiting astrocyte-mediated neuroinflammation显示文摘Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a common neurodegenerative disease in middle-aged and elderly people.In particular,increasing evidence has showed that astrocyte-mediated neuroinflammation is involved in the pathogenesis of PD.As a precious traditional Chinese medicine,bear bile powder(BBP)has a long history of use in clinical practice.It has numerous activities,such as clearing heat,calming the liver wind and anti-inflammation,and also exhibits good therapeutic effect on convulsive epilepsy.However,whether BBP can prevent the development of PD has not been elucidated.Hence,this study was designed to explore the effect and mechanism of BBP on suppressing astrocyte-mediated neuroinflammation in a mouse model of PD.PD-like behavior was induced in the mice by intraperitoneal injection of 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine(MPTP)(30 mg·kg−1)for five days,followed by BBP(50,100,and 200 mg·kg−1)treatment daily for ten days.LPS stimulated rat C6 astrocytic cells were used as a cell model of neuroinflammation.THe results indicated that BBP treatment significantly ameliorated dyskinesia,increased the levels of tyrosine hydroxylase(TH)and inhibited astrocyte hyperactivation in the substantia nigra(SN)of PD mice.Furthermore,BBP decreased the protein levels of glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP),cyclooxygenase 2(COX2)and inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),and up-regulated the protein levels of takeda G protein-coupled receptor 5(TGR5)in the SN.Moreover,BBP significantly activated TGR5 in a dose-dependent manner,and decreased the protein levels of GFAP,iNOS and COX2,as well as the mRNA levels of GFAP,iNOS,COX2,interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in LPS-stimulated C6 cells.Notably,BBP suppressed the phosphorylation of protein kinase B(AKT),inhibitor of NF-κB(IκBα)and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)proteins in vivo and in vitro.We also observed that TGR5 inhibitor triamterene attenuated the anti-neuroinflammatory effect of BBP on LPS-stimulated C6 cells.Taken together,BBP alleviates the progression of PD mice by suppressing astrocyte-mediated inflammation via TGR5. | WANG Lupeng BAI Yuyan TAO Yanlin SHEN Wei ZHOU Houyuan HE Yixin WU Hui HUANG Fei SHI Hailian WU Xiaojun | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2023,21,9: | 0 |
