| 1 | Influence of oxygen gas content on the structural and optical properties of ZnO thin films deposited by RF magnetron sputtering at room temperature显示文摘Zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films were deposited on sapphire (0001) substrates at room temperature by radiofrequency (RF) magnetron sputtering at oxygen gas contents of 0%,25%,50% and 75%,respectively.The influence of oxygen gas content on the structural and optical properties of ZnO thin films was studied by a surface profile measuring system,X-ray diffraction analysis,atomic force microscopy,and UV spectrophotometry.It is found that the size of ZnO crystalline grains increases first and then decreases with the increase of oxygen gas content,and the maximum grain size locates at the 25% oxygen gas content.The crystalline quality and average optical transmittance (>90%) in the visible-light region of the ZnO film prepared at an oxygen gas content of 25% are better than those of ZnO films at the other contents.The obtained results can be attributed to the resputtering by energetic oxygen anions in the growing process. | LIU Baoting ZHOU Yang ZHENG Hongfang LI Mana GUO Zhe HAO Qingxun PENG Yingcai | 2011 | Rare Metals2011,30,2: | 6 |
| 2 | Nonlinear finite element analysis of three implant-abutment interface designs显示文摘The objective of this study was to investigate the mechanical characteristics of implant-abutment interface design in a dental implant system,using nonlinear finite element analysis (FEA) method. This finite element simulation study was applied on three commonly used commercial dental implant systems:model I,the reduced-diameter 3i implant system (West Palm Beach,FL,USA) with a hex and a 12-point double internal hexagonal connection; model II,the Semados implant system (Bego,Bremen,Germany) with combination of a conical (45° taper) and internal hexagonal connection; and model III,the Brnemark implant system (Nobel Biocare,Gothenburg,Sweden) with external hexagonal connection. In simulation,a force of 170 N with 45° oblique to the longitudinal axis of the implant was loaded to the top surface of the abutment. It has been found from the strength and stiffness analysis that the 3i implant system has the lowest maximum von Mises stress,principal stress and displacement while the Brnemark implant system has the highest. | 6 | Drug discovery of sclerostin inhibitors显示文摘Sclerostin, a protein secreted from osteocytes, negatively regulates the WNT signaling pathway by binding to the LRP5/6 co-receptors and further inhibits bone formation and promotes bone resorption. Sclerostin contributes to musculoskeletal system-related diseases, making it a promising therapeutic target for the treatment of WNT-related bone diseases. Additionally, emerging evidence indicates that sclerostin contributes to the development of cancers, obesity, and diabetes, suggesting that it may be a promising therapeutic target for these diseases. Notably, cardiovascular diseases are related to the protective role of sclerostin. In this review, we summarize three distinct types of inhibitors targeting sclerostin, monoclonal antibodies, aptamers, and small-molecule inhibitors, from which monoclonal antibodies have been developed. As the first-in-class sclerostin inhibitor approved by the U.S. FDA,the monoclonal antibody romosozumab has demonstrated excellent effectiveness in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis;however, it conferred high cardiovascular risk in clinical trials. Furthermore,romosozumab could only be administered by injection, which may cause compliance issues for patients who prefer oral therapy. | 7 | General Design and Thermodynamic Analysis of a Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Cannon显示文摘This paper presents a new supercritical carbon dioxide(SCO_(2))cannon based on the carbon dioxide(CO_(2))’s thermodynamic cycle under constant volume.First,Virial equation and NIST database are applied to formulate SCO_(2)’s property and analyze the thermodynamic cycle,which is aimed to get the optimization equation using the cannon’s exit velocity as objective function.Then the cannon’s structural parameters,such as diaphragm thickness and barrel length,and CO_(2)’s filling mass,are optimized.Finally,the flow field and velocity’s change during the launch process is performed with FLUENT.In field test,the ultra-high pressure sensor and ultra-high speed camera are used to measure the pressure distribution along the barrel’s axial direction and the projectile’s exit velocity under different conditions.The results show that all the performance indexes meet the design requirement.The innovative SCO_(2)cannon in this paper has obvious advantages such as high safety,low cost and fast loading,which can be applied in many situations such as disaster relief,peacekeeping and anti-terrorism.Moreover,the unique energy storage method and thermodynamic design ensure its subsequent development. | ZHANG Fan LIU Hongrui WU You LI Jiaqi YU Huazhang WANG Xiaoliang GUO Baoting YUAN Yixiang | 2021 | Journal of Thermal Science2021,30,1: | 1 |
| 8 | Tourism Route Recommendation Based on A Multi-Objective Evolutionary Algorithm Using Two-Stage Decomposition and Pareto Layering显示文摘Tourism route planning is widely applied in the smart tourism field.The Pareto-optimal front obtained by the traditional multi-objective evolutionary algorithm exhibits long tails,sharp peaks and disconnected regions problems,which leads to uneven distribution and weak diversity of optimization solutions of tourism routes.Inspired by these limitations,we propose a multi-objective evolutionary algorithm for tourism route recommendation(MOTRR)with two-stage and Pareto layering based on decomposition.The method decomposes the multiobjective problem into several subproblems,and improves the distribution of solutions through a two-stage method.The crowding degree mechanism between extreme and intermediate populations is used in the two-stage method.The neighborhood is determined according to the weight of the subproblem for crossover mutation.Finally,Pareto layering is used to improve the updating efficiency and population diversity of the solution.The two-stage method is combined with the Pareto layering structure,which not only maintains the distribution and diversity of the algorithm,but also avoids the same solutions.Compared with several classical benchmark algorithms,the experimental results demonstrate competitive advantages on five test functions,hypervolume(HV)and inverted generational distance(IGD)metrics.Using the experimental results of real scenic spot datasets from two famous tourism social networking sites with vast amounts of users and large-scale online comments in Beijing,our proposed algorithm shows better distribution.It proves that the tourism routes recommended by our proposed algorithm have better distribution and diversity,so that the recommended routes can better meet the personalized needs of tourists. | Xiaoyao Zheng Baoting Han Zhen Ni | 2023 | IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2023,10,2: | 1 |
