| 1 | miR-21 promotes the differentiation of hair folliclederived neural crest stem cells into Schwann cells显示文摘Hair follicle-derived neural crest stem cells can be induced to differentiate into Schwann cells in vivo and in vitro. However, the underlying regulatory mechanism during cell differentiation remains poorly understood. This study isolated neural crest stem cells from human hair follicles and induced them to differentiate into Schwann cells. Quantitative RT-PCR showed that microRNA(miR)-21 expression was gradually increased during the differentiation of neural crest stem cells into Schwann cells. After transfection with the miR-21 agonist(agomir-21), the differentiation capacity of neural crest stem cells was enhanced. By contrast, after transfection with the miR-21 antagonist(antagomir-21), the differentiation capacity was attenuated. Further study results showed that SOX-2 was an effective target of miR-21. Without compromising SOX2 mRNA expression, miR-21 can down-regulate SOX protein expression by binding to the 3′-UTR of miR-21 mRNA. Knocking out the SOX2 gene from the neural crest stem cells significantly reversed the antagomir-21 inhibition of neural crest stem cells differentiating into Schwann cells. | 2 | Horizontally and Vertically Concerted Steric Strategy inα-Diimine Nickel Promoted Ethylene(Co)Polymerization显示文摘Main observation and conclusion Steric bulk plays a significantly paramount role in late transition metal promoted olefin(co)polymerization in terms of polymer molecular weight and catalyst thermal stability.Numerous sterically encumbered nickel and palladium catalysts have been developed,but they are usually uni-directional.In this contribution,from a bi-directional side the distinctive horizontally and vertically concerted steric strategy was well-developed and applied toα-diimine nickel catalysts.In ethylene polymerization,the increase of vertically steric bulk(H,Ph,Biph)led to an enhanced polymer molecular weight,a slightly ascended branching density;likewise increasing horizontally steric bulk(Ph,Nap,Ant)further resulted in the increase of polymer molecular weight and branching density.As a result,in sharp contrast to Ni1(H)without steric bulk,Ni5(Ant)with horizontally and vertically concerted steric bulk was thermally stable,showed very high activities at a level of 107 g·mol–1·h^(–1),and produced polyethylenes with the highest molecular weight of 518.8×10^(4)g·mol^(-1)and the broader range of branching density from 2.4/1000C to 27.8/1000C.In the copolymerization of ethylene with methyl 10-undecenoate,Ni5(Ant)also provided the highest copolymer molecular weight but gave the lowest incorporation of co-monomer.This work sheds light on the steric effect on olefin(co)polymerization. | Xiaoqiang Hu Yixin Zhang Baixiang Li Zhongbao Jian | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,10: | 4 |

| 5 | EDTA-assisted hydrothermal synthesis of flower-like CoSe_2 nanorods as an efficient electrocatalyst for the hydrogen evolution reaction显示文摘Hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) is a prospective method to generate pure hydrogen. The development of superior electrocatalysts based on earth-abundant materials, plays a critical role in the future.CoSe_2, one of the earth-abundant electrocatalysts, has been proved to be a promising catalyst for hydrogen generation. In our work, flower-like CoSe_2 nanorods with high quality are successfully synthesized through a facile ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid ligand(EDTA)-assisted hydrothermal process. The flower-like CoSe_2 nanorods show the brilliant electrochemical HER performance with 100 mA cm^(-2) at overpotential of 273 m V, a small Tafel slope of 35 mV dec^(-1) and strong durability in acid solution. The sparkly HER catalytic activity of CoSe_2 can be ascribed to its particular structure with large surface area and abundant active sites. | 6 | Role of the nerve growth factor precursor-neurotrophin receptor p75 and sortilin pathway on apoptosis in the brain of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage显示文摘This study demonstrated that brain areas surrounding the site of hematoma following intracerebral hemorrhage are characterized by significantly increased apoptosis and expression of neurotrophin receptor p75 and sortilin. However, as detected by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick end labeling and immunohistochemical staining, there was no significant change in nerve growth factor precursor expression levels. The appearance of neurotrophin receptor p75 expressing cells was positively correlated with cells that were detected by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick end labeling. | 8 | Association between p75 neurotrophin receptor gene expression and cell apoptosis in tissues surrounding hematomas in rat models of intracerebral hemorrhage显示文摘Animal models of intracerebral hemorrhage were established by injection of autologous blood into the caudate nucleus in rats. Cell apoptosis was measured by flow cytometry and immunohistochemical staining of the p75 neurotrophin receptor. p75 neurotrophin receptor protein was detected by immunohistochemistry. p75 neurotrophin receptor mRNA was examined by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reactions. At 24 hours after modeling, cellular apoptosis occured around hematoma with upregulation of p75 neurotrophin receptor protein and mRNA was observed, which directly correlated to apoptosis. | 9 | Research on cross-chain and interoperability for blockchain system显示文摘At present, there is an urgent need for blockchain interoperability technology to realize interconnection between various blockchains, data communication and value transfer between blockchains, so as to break the ‘value silo’ phenomenon of each blockchain. Firstly, it lists what people understand about the concept of interoperability. Secondly, it gives the key technical issues of cross-chain, including cross-chain mechanism, interoperability, eventual consistency, and universality. Then, the implementation of each cross-chain key technology is analyzed, including Hash-locking, two-way peg, notary schemes, relay chain scheme, cross-chain protocol, and global identity system. Immediately after that, five typical cross-chain systems are introduced and comparative analysis is made. In addition, two examples of cross-chain programmability and their analysis are given. Finally, the current state of cross-chain technology is summarized from two aspects: key technology implementation and cross-chain application enforcement. | 10 | Trusted data access and authorization protocol显示文摘Threshold proxy re-encryption(PRE) authorizes the data access right of data subject to multiple proxies, who authorize the right again to delegatee to accomplish the end-to-end data encryption process from storage to authorization. Based on threshold PRE algorithm, in order to build a complete trusted data storage and authorization system, the four protocols, which are data access protocol, authorization proxy protocol, authorization proxy cancellation protocol and data reading authorization protocol, are defined completely. On that basis, an efficient data searching method is constructed by specifying the data delegatee. At last, to ensure the right to know of data, the audit log is processed with trusted data right confirmation based on distributed ledger technology. Meanwhile, a parallel data right confirmation processing method is defined based on hierarchical derivation algorithm of public and private key. In the end, the performance evaluation analysis of the protocol are given.
