| 1 | Metabolic regulation mechanism of Aconiti Radix Cocta extract in rats based on ^(1)H-NMR metabonomics显示文摘Objective:To establish a metabonomics research technique based on the combination of^(1)H-NMR and multivariate statistical analysis,so as to explore the metabolic regulation mechanism of Aconiti Radix Cocta extract(ARCE)in rat tissues and serum.Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into blank group,female group and male group.The^(1)H-NMR technique was used to collect the information of rat tissues and serum samples in each group.The principal component analysis(PCA),partial least squares discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)and other methods were used for data pattern recognition,so as to screen out potential differential metabolites and metabolic pathways,and then network analysis and KEGG database were used to analyze the relationship between metabolites,metabolic pathways and diseases.Results:The external features and^(1)H-NMR analysis showed that the sex of rats had no obvious effect on the drug action.A total of 15 potential differential metabolites and six metabolic pathways were screened out through data pattern recognition.Through network analysis and KEGG pathway analysis,three target diseases closely related to differential metabolites were found,and the metabolic pathway related to lung cancer was the central carbon metabolism of cancer.Conclusion:This study shows that Aconiti Radix Cocta(ARC)may regulate the energy metabolism of the body by influencing arginine synthesis,so as to play the roles of anti-inflammation,analgesia,anti-tumor and immune regulation. | Wenfang Jin Jianli Bi Sheng Xu Mengfan Rao Qi Wang Yan Yuan Baolei Fan | 2022 | Chinese Herbal Medicines2022,14,4: | 1 |

| 4 | Global oil and gas development in 2022:Situation,trends and enlightenment显示文摘Through analysis of four aspects,including the distribution and production of global oil and gas fields,the distribution and changes of remaining recoverable reserves,the differences in oil and gas production between regions/countries,and the development potential of oil and gas fields with production capacity not built and to be built,this paper presents the situation and trends of global oil and gas development in 2022.It is found that,in 2022,oil and gas fields are widely distributed worldwide,and upstream production activities continue to recover;the oil and gas reserves decrease slightly year on year,and the oil and gas reserves in sea areas increase significantly;the oil and gas production increases continuously,and the key resource countries make a significant contribution in oil and gas production growth;the oil and gas fields with production capacity not built and to be built hold abundant reserves,and their development potential will be gradually released with the economic benefits increase.Further analysis is conducted from the perspectives of global oil and gas resources continuity,geopolitical risks,potential of international cooperation,and upgrade of unconventional oil and gas technology.Finally,in view of core business domains and strategies under the new situation,the Chinese oil companies are recommended to:(1)keep a foothold in onshore conventional oil and gas development by virtue of their comparative advantages and learning from other’s experience in cooperation;(2)carry out pilot tests on development adjustment,and deepen the international cooperation in enhanced oil/gas recovery;(3)improve the oil and gas operation capabilities in sea areas to transform from follower as minority shareholder to joint venture and then to independent operations;and(4)seek appropriate ways for shale oil/gas development to reduce the dependence on foreign oil and gas. | WANG Zuoqian FAN Zhe CHEN Xi FAN Zifei WEI Qing WANG Xi YUE Wenting LIU Baolei WU Yujia | 2023 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,5: | 0 |

| 6 | Computational and dark-field ghost imaging with ultraviolet light显示文摘Ultraviolet(UV)imaging enables a diverse array of applications,such as material composition analysis,biological fluorescence imaging,and detecting defects in semiconductor manufacturing.However,scientific-grade UV cameras with high quantum efficiency are expensive and include complex thermoelectric cooling systems.Here,we demonstrate a UV computational ghost imaging(UV-CGI)method to provide a cost-effective UV imaging and detection strategy.By applying spatial–temporal illumination patterns and using a 325 nm laser source,a singlepixel detector is enough to reconstruct the images of objects.We use UV-CGI to distinguish four UV-sensitive sunscreen areas with different densities on a sample.Furthermore,we demonstrate dark-field UV-CGI in both transmission and reflection schemes.By only collecting the scattered light from objects,we can detect the edges of pure phase objects and small scratches on a compact disc.Our results showcase a feasible low-cost solution for nondestructive UV imaging and detection.By combining it with other imaging techniques,such as hyperspectral imaging or time-resolved imaging,a compact and versatile UV computational imaging platform may be realized for future applications. | JIAQI SONG BAOLEI LIU YAO WANG CHAOHAO CHEN XUCHEN SHAN XIAOLAN ZHONG LING-AN WU FAN WANG | 2024 | Photonics Research2024,12,2: | 0 |
| 7 | Effect of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and Eupolyphaga Steleophaga on liver protection mechanism based on pharmacokinetics and metabonomics显示文摘Objective:Based on metabonomics technology of high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)and hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(^(1)H NMR),the pharmacokinetic characteristics and therapeutic mechanism of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma(RhRR,Dahuang in Chinese),Eupolyphaga Steleophaga(EuS,Tubiechong in Chinese)combined with RhRR acting on acute liver injury were explored.Methods:Models of acute liver injury were established,and the pharmacokinetic methods of five components of RhRR-EuS in rats were found by HPLC-MS/MS.The liver tissues of different groups of mice were analyzed by ^(1)H NMR spectroscopy combined with multivariate statistical analysis to investigate the metabolomics of RhRR-EuS and RhRR.Results:Pharmacokinetic results showed there were different levels of bimodal phenomenon in different groups,and the absorption of free anthraquinone in RhRR increased after compatibility with EuS.In addition,the pathological state of acute liver injury in rats can selectively promote the absorption of emodin,chrysophanol,physcion and aloe emodin.Through 15 differential metabolites in the liver tissue of acute liver injury mice,it was revealed that RhRR-EuS and RhRR could protect the liver injury by regulating the metabolism of glutamine and glutamic acid,alanine,aspartic acid and glutamic acid,and phosphoinositide.However,the regulation of RhRR was weaker than that of RhRR-EuS.Conclusion:For the first time,we studied the pharmacokinetics and metabolomics differences of RhRREuS and RhRR in rats and mice with acute liver injury,in order to provide theoretical reference for clinical treatment of liver disease by DHZCP. | Gang Feng Jianli Bi Wenfang Jin Qi Wang Zhaokui Dan Baolei Fan | 2024 | Chinese Herbal Medicines2024,16,1: | 0 |
| 8 | Status, trends and enlightenment of global oil and gas development in 2021显示文摘By analyzing the distribution of global oil and gas fields and the reasons why some oil and gas fields are not in production, the distribution characteristics of oil and gas remaining recoverable reserves and their year-on-year changes, the distribution characteristics of oil and gas production and their year-on-year changes, and the development potential of oil and gas to be tapped in 2021, this paper sorts out systematically the current status and characteristics of global oil and gas development, summaries the major trends of global oil and gas development, puts forward enlightenment for international oil and gas cooperation. In 2021, oil and gas fields were widely distributed, the number of non-producing oil and gas fields was large;the whole oil and gas remaining recoverable reserves declined slightly, unconventional oil and gas remaining recoverable reserves dropped significantly;the overall oil and gas production continuously increased, the outputs of key resource-host countries kept year-on-year growth;undeveloped oilfields had abundant reserves and great development potential. Combined with global oil and gas geopolitics, oil and gas industry development trends, oil and gas investment intensity, and the tracking and judgment of hotspot fields, the major trends of global oil and gas development in 2021 are summarized.
