| 1 | Visible-light photocatalytic activity and mechanism of novel AgBr/BiOBr prepared by deposition-precipitation显示文摘A new composite photocatalyst AgBr/BiOBr was prepared by loading AgBr on a BiOBr substrate via deposition-precipitation and characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy.The as-prepared AgBr/BiOBr comprised face-centered cubic AgBr and tetragonal BiOBr particles.The average crystalline sizes of AgBr in the AgBr/BiOBr composites were less than 28.5 nm.The absorption edges of AgBr/BiOBr in visible-light region had a red shift with increasing AgBr content.Photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange results show that the AgBr/BiOBr composites could degrade methyl orange efficiently under visible-light irradiation (λ>420 nm).The optimal molar percentage of AgBr was 50 mol% with corresponding maximum k app of 0.00619 min -1.Active ·O 2- played a major role for methyl orange degradation while h + and ·OH had little effect on the photocatalytic process.The enhancement of photocatalytic activity of AgBr/BiOBr is mainly ascribed to the heterojunction effect between AgBr and BiOBr. | LIN HaiLi CAO Jing LUO BangDe XU BenYan CHEN ShiFu | 2012 | Chinese Science Bulletin2012，57，22： | 8 |
| 2 | The efficacy and safety of nimodipine in acute ischemic stroke patients with mild cognitive impairment: a double-blind, randomized,placebo-controlled trial显示文摘Nimodipine might be effective in subcortical vascular dementia(VaD). Its benefit in preventing further cognitive decline in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS) and vascular mild cognitive impairment(VaMCI) remains to be established. In this multicenter, double-blind trial, we randomly assigned 654 eligible patients to nimodipine 30 mg three times a day or placebo. The primary outcome was any cognitive decline defined by the changes on the Mini-Mental State Examination(DMMSE à3) or vascular AD assessment scale cognitive subscale(DADAS-cog ! 4) at 6 months. Secondary outcomes included any distribution shift of DADAS-cog, DMMSE or cognitive improvement defined by DADAS-cog à2, or DMMSE ! 0. The primary outcome in the nimodipine group and placebo group were similar for DMMSE à3(4.18% and 7.22%, respectively, P = 0.15) and DADAS-cog ! 4(8.36% and 8.93% respectively,P = 0.88). The distribution shift of DADAS-cog and DMMSE differed significantly between the two groups(P = 0.03 and P = 0.05 respectively). Cognitive improvement occurred in 55.4% in the nimodipine group and 43.6% in the placebo group measured by DADAS-cog à2(Odds Ratio, 1.54; 95% confidence interval[CI] 1.10–2.14, P < 0.01) or 84.0% and 74.6% respectively by DMMSE ! 0(Odds Ratio, 1.79; 95% CI 1.18–2.70, P < 0.01). Nimodipine was associated with better cognitive function in the memory domain. The adverse events rate was similar in two groups. This study is registered with ClinicalTrials.gov,NCT01220622. | 3 | Ambulatory blood pressure profile and stroke recurrence显示文摘Objectives To establish a new ambulatory blood pressure(ABP)parameter(24-hour ABP profile)and evaluated its performance on stroke outcome in ischaemic stroke(IS)or transient ischaemic attack(TIA)patients.Methods The prospective cohort consisted of 1996 IS/TIA patients enrolled for ABP monitoring and a 3-month follow-up for stroke recurrence as outcome.Profile groups of systolic blood pressure(SBP)were identified via an advanced functional clustering method,and the associations of the profile groups and conventional ABP parameters with stroke recurrence were examined in a Cox proportional hazards model.Results Three discrete profile groups(n=604,781 and 611 in profiles 1,2 and 3,respectively)in 24-hour ambulatory SBP were identified.Profile 1 resembled most to the normal diurnal blood pressure pattern;profile 2 also dropped at night,but climbed earlier and with higher morning surge;while profile 3 had sustained higher nocturnal SBP without significant nocturnal SBP decline.The incidence of stroke recurrence was 2.9%,3.9%and 5.5%in profiles 1,2 and 3,respectively.After adjustment for covariates,profile 3 was significantly associated with higher risk of stroke recurrence with profile 1 as reference(HR 1.76,95%CI:1.00 to 3.09),while no significant difference was observed between profiles 2 and 1(HR 1.22,95%CI:0.66 to 2.25).None of conventional ABP parameters showed significant associations with the outcome.Conclusions Ambulatory 24-hour SBP profile is associated with short-term stroke recurrence.Profiles of ABP may help improve identification of stroke recurrence by capturing the additive effects of individual ABP parameters. | Jie Xu Fei Jiang Anxin Wang Hui Zhi Yuan Gao Junping Tian Jinglin Mo Zimo Chen An-Ding Xu Benyan Luo Bo Hu Yuqing Zhang Xingquan Zhao Yilong Wang Hao Li Haipeng Shen Yongjun Wang | 2021 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021，6，3： | 3 |

VS, also termed unresponsive wakefulness syndrome (UWS), is characterized by complete absence of awareness and may be associated with poor recovery, while MCS exhibit discernible behavioral signs of environmental or self- awareness [1]. | 17 | S100A6基因对胃癌细胞系MKN45生长增殖影响的实验研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: S100A6 (a.k.a., calcyclin) is over-expressed in several human tumors, including gastric carcinoma, human melanoma, pancreatic carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, malignant fibrous histiocytoma (MFH), and carcinomas of the thyroid, breast, and colon. However, little is known about the role S100A6 plays in gastric adenocarcinoma. In the present study, we intended to investigate the influence of S100A6 on the growth, proliferation, apoptosis, invasion and cell cycle of the gastric cancer cell MKN45. Methods: As an important member of S100 family, S100A6 cDNA was subcloned into a constitutive vector pcDNA3.1 followed by transfection in gastric cancer cell line MKN45 by using liposome. Then stable transfectants were selected and appraised. The apoptosis and cell cycles of these clones were analyzed by using flow cytometric assay. The growth and proliferation were analyzed by cell growth curves and colony-forming assay respectively. The S100A6 stable expression clones (MKN-S100A6) were detected and compared with their control groups respectively. Results: MKN-S100A6 grew faster than MKN45 and MKN-PC (MKN45 transfected with pcDNA3.1 vector). The cell counts of MKN-S100A6 in the fifth, sixth and seventh days were significantly more than those of control groups (P < 0.05). Cell cycle analysis showed that proportions of MKN-S100A6 in G0-G1 and G2-M were different significantly with those of its control groups respectively (P < 0.05). The apoptosis rate of MKN-S100A6 was significantly lower than those of control groups (P < 0.05). Results of colony-forming assay showed that the colon formation rate of MKN-S100A6 was higher than those of control groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: S100A6 can promote the growth and proliferation of gastric cancer cells. It can help tumor cell maintain malignant phenotype.
