| 2 | Qualitative analysis for a Wolbachia infection model with diffusion显示文摘We consider a reaction-diffusion model which describes the spatial Wolbachia spread dynamics for a mixed population of infected and uninfected mosquitoes. By using linearization method, comparison principle and Leray-Schauder degree theory, we investigate the influence of diffusion on the Wolbachia infection dynamics.After identifying the system parameter regions in which diffusion alters the local stability of constant steadystates, we find sufficient conditions under which the system possesses inhomogeneous steady-states. | 4 | Peniazaphilones A—I,Produced by Co-culturing of Mangrove Endophytic Fungi,Penicillium sclerotiorum THSH-4 and Penicillium sclerotiorum ZJHJJ-18显示文摘Co-culturing the mangrove endophytic fungus Penicillium sclerotiorum THSH-4 with Penicillium sclerotiorum ZJHJJ-18 in PDB medium resulted in the production of nine new azaphilones derivatives,peniazaphilones A—I(1-9),and six known azaphilones derivatives(10-15).Their structures were elucidated by analysis of detailed spectroscopic data,single-crystal X-ray diffraction,ECD spectra,^(13)C NMR calculation and DP4+analysis.It is noteworthy that compound 1 with an isoquinoline quinone moiety,was isolated from natural source for the first time.Besides,compound 2 is the third reported phenylhydrazone derivative from fungi.In the bioactivity assays,compounds 1,12,14 and 15(IC_(50)=4.71-17.64μmol/L)exhibited potent inhibition of LPS-induced NO release from RAW264.7 without obvious cytotoxicity within 50μmol/L compared to the positive control indomethacin(IC_(50)=35.27μmol/L).Moreover,compounds 1 and 13 displayed moderate to strong cytotoxicity to A549 and MDA-MB-435,with IC_(50) values in the range of 6.84-14.63μmol/L.Together compound 1 showed moderate broad-spectrum antibacterial activity. | Wencong Yang Jie Yuan Qi Tan Yan Chen Yujia Zhu Hongming Jiang Ge Zou Zhenming Zang Bo Wang Zhigang She | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021，39，12： | 3 |
| 5 | Effect of Chronic Noise Exposure on Expression of N-Methyl-D-Aspartic Acid Receptor 2B and Tau Phosphorylation in Hippocampus of Rats显示文摘Objective To study the effect of chronic noise exposure on expression of N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor 2B (NR2B) and tau phosphorylation in hippocampus of rats. Methods Twenty-four male SD rats were divided in control group and chronic noise exposure group. NR2B expression and tau phosphorylation in hippocampus of rats were detected after chronic noise exposure (100 dB SPL white noise, 4 h/d×30d) and their mechanisms underlying neuronal apoptosis in hippocampus of rats with TUNEL staining. Results The NR2B expression decreased significantly after chronic noise exposure which resulted in tau hyperphosphorylation and neural apoptosis in hippocampus of rats. Immunohistochemistry showed that the tau hyperphosphorylation was most prominent in dentate gyrus (DG) and CA1 region of rat hippocampus. | 20 | Long acting carmustine loaded natural extracellular matrix hydrogel for inhibition of glioblastoma recurrence after tumor resection显示文摘Many scientific efforts have been made to penetrate the blood-brain barrier and target glioblastoma cells,but the outcomes have been limited.More attention should be given to local inhibition of recurrence after glioblastoma resection to meet real medical needs.A biodegradable wafer containing the chemotherapeutics carmustine(1,3-bis(2-chloroethyl)-1-nitrosourea,BCNU)was the only local drug delivery system approved for clinical glioblastoma treatment,but with a prolonged survival time of only two months and frequent side effects.In this study,to improve the sustained release and prolonged therapeutic effect of drugs for inhibiting tumor recurrence after tumor resection,both free BCNU and BCNU-poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(the ratio of lactic acid groups to glycolic acid groups is 75/25)nanoparticles were simultaneously loaded into natural extracellular matrix hydrogel from pigskin to prepare BCNU gels.The hydrogel was injected into the resection cavity of a glioblastoma tumor immediately after tumor removal in a fully characterized resection rat model.Free drugs were released instantly to kill the residual tumor cells,while drugs in nanoparticles were continuously released to achieve a continuous and effective inhibition of the residual tumor cells for 30 days.These combined actions effectively restricted tumor growth in rats.Thus,this strategy of local drug implantation and delivery may provide a reliable method to inhibit the recurrence of glioblastoma after tumor resection in vivo. | Sunhui Chen Qiujun Qiu Dongdong Wang Dejun She Bo Yin Meihong Chai Huining He Dong Nyoung Heo Jianxin Wang | 2022 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2022，16，4： | 1 |
