| 2 | Qualitative analysis for a Wolbachia infection model with diffusion显示文摘We consider a reaction-diffusion model which describes the spatial Wolbachia spread dynamics for a mixed population of infected and uninfected mosquitoes. By using linearization method, comparison principle and Leray-Schauder degree theory, we investigate the influence of diffusion on the Wolbachia infection dynamics.After identifying the system parameter regions in which diffusion alters the local stability of constant steadystates, we find sufficient conditions under which the system possesses inhomogeneous steady-states. | 4 | Peniazaphilones A—I,Produced by Co-culturing of Mangrove Endophytic Fungi,Penicillium sclerotiorum THSH-4 and Penicillium sclerotiorum ZJHJJ-18显示文摘Co-culturing the mangrove endophytic fungus Penicillium sclerotiorum THSH-4 with Penicillium sclerotiorum ZJHJJ-18 in PDB medium resulted in the production of nine new azaphilones derivatives,peniazaphilones A—I(1-9),and six known azaphilones derivatives(10-15).Their structures were elucidated by analysis of detailed spectroscopic data,single-crystal X-ray diffraction,ECD spectra,^(13)C NMR calculation and DP4+analysis.It is noteworthy that compound 1 with an isoquinoline quinone moiety,was isolated from natural source for the first time.Besides,compound 2 is the third reported phenylhydrazone derivative from fungi.In the bioactivity assays,compounds 1,12,14 and 15(IC_(50)=4.71-17.64μmol/L)exhibited potent inhibition of LPS-induced NO release from RAW264.7 without obvious cytotoxicity within 50μmol/L compared to the positive control indomethacin(IC_(50)=35.27μmol/L).Moreover,compounds 1 and 13 displayed moderate to strong cytotoxicity to A549 and MDA-MB-435,with IC_(50) values in the range of 6.84-14.63μmol/L.Together compound 1 showed moderate broad-spectrum antibacterial activity. | Wencong Yang Jie Yuan Qi Tan Yan Chen Yujia Zhu Hongming Jiang Ge Zou Zhenming Zang Bo Wang Zhigang She | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,12: | 3 |
| 5 | Effect of Chronic Noise Exposure on Expression of N-Methyl-D-Aspartic Acid Receptor 2B and Tau Phosphorylation in Hippocampus of Rats显示文摘Objective To study the effect of chronic noise exposure on expression of N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor 2B (NR2B) and tau phosphorylation in hippocampus of rats. Methods Twenty-four male SD rats were divided in control group and chronic noise exposure group. NR2B expression and tau phosphorylation in hippocampus of rats were detected after chronic noise exposure (100 dB SPL white noise, 4 h/d×30d) and their mechanisms underlying neuronal apoptosis in hippocampus of rats with TUNEL staining. Results The NR2B expression decreased significantly after chronic noise exposure which resulted in tau hyperphosphorylation and neural apoptosis in hippocampus of rats. Immunohistochemistry showed that the tau hyperphosphorylation was most prominent in dentate gyrus (DG) and CA1 region of rat hippocampus.
