1The localization of type 2 diabetes susceptibility gene loci in northern Chinese Han families显示文摘We conducted a genome-wide scan, in which 358 well distributed fluorescent dye-labeled microsatellite marker sets were applied in 32 Chinese Han type 2 diabetes families from Northern China to search for the susceptibility gene loci. The data collected from screening all the chromosomes of genome were genotyped by using genescan and genotyping software, then, parametric and non-parametric multipoint test, and affected sib-pair analysis as well, were used to analyze the data. We identified some susceptibility gene loci residing in chromosomes 1,12,18,20, respectively, or precisely, located around D1S214, D1S207, D1S218, D1S235, D12S336, D18S61 and D20S118. 2Formation of wormlike mi-celles in anionic surfactant AES aqueous solutions显示文摘The growth and structure of anionic micelles of sodium dodecyl trioxyethylene sulfate (AES) in the presence of multivalent counterion Al3+ were investigated by means of dynamic rheological methods. It has been obtained by themeasurements of shear viscosity, complex viscosity anddynamic moduli, as well as the application of Cox-Merz rule and Cole-Cole plot that wormlike micelle and networkstructure could be formed in AES/AlCl3 aqueous solutions. The structure was of a character of nonlinear viscoelasticfluid and departure from the simple Maxwell model. 8The cloning and preliminarily functional analysis of the human neurotrimin gene显示文摘Proteins of the immunoglobulin superfamily (IgSF) are involved in a variety of spe- cific cell-cell interactions in the developing nervous system. To identify and characterize new members of this protein family in human nervous system, we screen the human fetal brain cDNA library and isolate a full-length cDNA clone which contains a 1032 bp open reading frame en- coding a protein of 344 amino acids. Sequence analysis reveals that it is a glycoprotein com- prised of three C2-1ike immunoglobulin domains and is anchored to the plasma membrane via a post-translationally attached glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol (GPI) moiety. The protein shows high sequence similarity to the rat Ntm (97%), so we term it human neurotrimin (NTM). Northern blot analysis reveals that (HUMAN)NTM has three different transcripts with the length of 3.2 kb, 4.0 kb and 9.0 kb respectively. It has a wider expression pattern than that of (RAT) Ntm. Notably, the expression of NTM in fetal brain is higher than that in mature brain and is stronger in nervous tumors than that in normal brain tissues. We insert an HA epitope tag between the third Ig-like domain of NTM and the site of GPI attachment, then construct it into the eukaryotic expression vector pcDNA3.1+/Zeocin. The pcDNA3.1-HA-NTM is transfected into the Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. 13Spray drift characteristics of pulse-width modulation sprays in wind tunnel显示文摘Pulse-width modulation(PWM)sprays can improve flow accuracy by adjusting duty cycle and frequency signal which accurately controls the relative proportion of opening time of solenoid valve.The objective of this research was to determine the impacts of PWM duty cycle and frequency on spray drift characteristic.Spray tests were conducted in a wind tunnel with a PWM variable-rate spraying system.The airborne drift and sediment drift were determined with tracer method,and the drift potential reduction(DPR)compared with reference condition of 100%duty cycle at vertical profile and horizontal planes were calculated,respectively.The results show that,at a given frequency,droplet size decreases with the increase of duty cycle,the main reason is that the liquid does not reach full pattern development at lower duty cycle.Duty cycle has a greater impact than the frequency on spray drift,the influence weights of duty cycle on airborne drift and sediment drift were 88.32%and 77.89%,respectively.At a lower PWM frequency,in addition to the droplet size,the spray drift may be affected by the pulsed spray pattern.From the perspective of reducing spray drift,it is recommended that the PWM duty cycle should be set in the range of 20%-70%to reduce the potential drift in PWM sprays.This research provides a pesticide drift reduction scheme for variable spraying technology,which can serve as a theoretical basis for PWM parameter selection.Longlong Li Liping Chen Ruirui Zhang Qing Tang Tongchuan Yi Boqin Liu Wei Deng 2022International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,4:0
14Text clustering based on fusion of ant colony and genetic algorithms显示文摘Focusing on the problem that the ant colony algorithm gets into stagnation easily and cannot fully search in solution space,a text clustering approach based on the fusion of the ant colony and genetic algorithms is proposed.The four parameters that influence the performance of the ant colony algorithm are encoded as chromosomes,thereby the fitness function,selection,crossover and mutation operator are designed to find the combination of optimal parameters through a number of iteration,and then it is applied to text clustering.The simulation results show that compared with the classical k-means clustering and the basic ant colony clustering algorithm,the proposed algorithm has better performance and the value of F-Measure is enhanced by 5.69%,48.60%and 69.60%,respectively,in 3 test datasets.Therefore,it is more suitable for processing a larger dataset.Yun ZHANG Boqin FENG Shouqiang MA Lianmeng LIU 2009Frontiers of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in China2009,4,1:0
