1Characterization of Distinct T Cell Receptor Repertoires in Tumor and Distant Non-tumor Tissues from Lung Cancer Patients显示文摘T cells and T cell receptors(TCRs)play pivotal roles in adaptive immune responses against tumors.The development of next-generation sequencing technologies has enabled the analysis of the TCRb repertoire usage.Given the scarce investigations on the TCR repertoire in lung cancer tissues,in this study,we analyzed TCRb repertoires in lung cancer tissues and the matched distant non-tumor lung tissues(normal lung tissues)from 15 lung cancer patients.Based on our results,the general distribution of T cell clones was similar between cancer tissues and normal lung tissues;however,the proportion of highly expanded clones was significantly higher in normal lung tissues than in cancer tissues(0.021%±0.002%vs.0.016%±0.001%,P=0.0054,Wilcoxon signed rank test).In addition,a significantly higher TCR diversity was observed in cancer tissues than in normal lung tissues(431.37±305.96 vs.166.20±101.58,P=0.0075,Mann-Whitney U test).Moreover,younger patients had a significantly higher TCR diversity than older patients(640.7±295.3 vs.291.8±233.6,P=0.036,Mann-Whitney U test),and the higher TCR diversity in tumors was significantly associated with worse cancer outcomes.Thus,we provided a comprehensive comparison of the TCR repertoires between cancer tissues and matched normal lung tissues and demonstrated the presence of distinct T cell immune microenvironments in lung cancer patients.Xiang Wang Botao Zhang Yikun Yang Jiawei Zhu Shujun Cheng Yousheng Mao Lin Feng Ting Xiao 2019Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2019,17,3:5
2Porothermoelastic response of an oil sand formation subjected to injection and micro-fracturing in horizontal wells显示文摘Stimulation of unconsolidated formations via horizontal wells has seen its vast implementation in the recent development of heavy oil reservoir to save the time and cost of preheating the reservoir before the steam-assisted gravity drainage(SAGD)process.A mathematical approach was proposed in this research that fully couples the hydraulic,mechanical and thermal responses of unconsolidated sandstone formations and also applies failure criteria for describing either shear dilation or tensile parting mechanism that generates microcracks.The approach was implemented to predict the porothermoelastic response of a pair of SAGD wells subject to injection and subsequent micro-fracturing using hot water.It was found that the predicted bottom hole pressures(BHPs)match closely with the field observed data.An elliptical dilation zone developed around the dual wells with relatively high pore pressure,porosity,permeability and temperature,implying good interwell hydraulic communication between both wells.The activation of microcracks dramatically accelerated the dissipation of pore pressure across the entire formation depth and also facilitated heat convection in between the dual wells,though to a lesser extent.In summary,the approach provides a convenient means to assist field engineers in the optimization of injection efficiency and evaluation of interference among multiple horizontal wells.Botao Lin Han Meng Jingjun Pan Sen Chen 2020Petroleum Science2020,17,3:2

7Enhanced stability of Pt/Al_(2)O_(3) modified by Zn promoter for catalytic dehydrogenation of ethane显示文摘Catalytic ethane dehydrogenation(EDH) to ethylene over Pt-based catalysts has received increasing interests in recent years as it is a potential alternative route to conventional steam cracking. However, the catalysts used in this reaction often suffer from rapid deactivation due to serious coke deposition and metal sintering. Herein, we reported the effects of Zn modification on the stability of Pt/Al2 O3 for EDH.The Zn-modified sample(PtZn2/Al2 O3) exhibits stable ethane conversion(20%) with over 95% ethylene selectivity. More importantly, it exhibits a significantly low deactivation rate of only 0.003 h-1 at 600 °C for70 h, which surpasses most of previously reported catalysts. Detailed characterizations including in situ FT-IR, ethylene adsorption microcalorimetry, and HAADF-STEM etc. reveal that Zn modifier reduces the number of Lewis acid sites on the catalyst surface. Moreover, it could modify Pt sites and preferentially cover the step sites, which decrease surface energy and retard the sintering of Pt particle, then prohibiting the further dehydrogenation of ethylene to ethylidyne. 15Resistance to chemical attack of bittern-resisting cement in high-bittern environment显示文摘A new kind of bittern-resisting cement (BRC) was introduced. This material is based on the ternary cementitious system of clinker containing C4A3 S phase, high-activity ground granulated blast-furnace slag (GGBFS) and fly ash (FA). The hydration proc- ess and the hydrated products of BRC were studied by means of XRD, TG-DTA and SEM, and the resistance to chemical attack of BRC in high-bittern environment was also examined. The corrosion experiment in seven kinds of brines proved that BRC exhibits an excellent resistance to chemical attack of bittern. The corrosion resistance factors were calculated and all of them were greater than 0.96. 16Pd single-atom catalysts derived from strong metal-support interaction for selective hydrogenation of acetylene显示文摘Selective hydrogenation of acetylene in excess ethylene is an important reaction in both fundamental study and practical application.Pd-based catalysts with high intrinsic activity are commonly employed,but usually suffer from low selectivity.Pd single-atom catalysts(SACs)usually exhibit outstanding ethylene selectivity due to the weakπ-bonding ethylene adsorption.However,the preparation of high-loading and stable Pd SACs is still confronted with a great challenge.In this work,we report a simple strategy to fabricate Pd SACs by means of reducing conventional supported Pd catalysts at suitable temperatures to selectively encapsulate the co-existed Pd nanoparticles(NPs)/clusters.This is based on our new finding that single atoms only manifest strong metal-support interaction(SMSI)at higher reduction temperature than that of NPs/clusters.The derived Pd SACs(Pd1/CeO2 and Pd1/a-Fe2O3)were applied to acetylene selective hydrogenation,exhibiting much improved ethylene selectivity and high stability.This work offers a promising way to develop stable Pd SACs easily.Yalin Guo Yangyang Li Xiaorui Du Lin Li Qike Jiang Botao Qiao 2022Nano Research2022,15,12:0
17A SLC31A1-MEK-DNMT1-miR-124 feedback loop contributes to pancreatic cancer progression显示文摘Although the role of copper (Cu) in promoting KRas- or BRaf-mutation driven cancers via activating MEK1/2 kinases is known, the mechanism by which the copper transporter SLC31A1 (CTR1) is upregulated in pancreatic cancer (PDAC, KRas mutation) is not defined. In this study, we provide evidence that MEK signal maintains a high level of SLC31A1 through silencing the expression of miR-124-3P (miR-124) via a novel MEK-DNMT1-miR-124 feedback loop in PDAC cells. Further, we reveal that miR-124 directly targets suppression of SLC31A1, and miR-124 introduction together with tetrathiomolybdate (TM) treatment hampered pancreatic cancer growth in vitro and in vivo. 18Intelligent production optimization method for a low pressure and low productivity shale gas well显示文摘Shale gas wells frequently suffer from liquid loading and insufficient formation pressure in the late stage of production.To address this issue,an intelligent production optimization method for low pressure and low productivity shale gas well is proposed.Based on the artificial intelligence algorithms,this method realizes automatic production and monitoring of gas well.The method can forecast the production performance of a single well by using the long short-term memory neural network and then guide gas well production accordingly,to fulfill liquid loading warning and automatic intermittent production.Combined with adjustable nozzle,the method can keep production and pressure of gas wells stable automatically,extend normal production time of shale gas wells,enhance automatic level of well sites,and reach the goal of refined production management by making production regime for each well.Field tests show that wells with production regime optimized by this method increased 15%in estimated ultimate reserve(EUR).Compared with the development mode of drainage after depletion recovery,this method is more economical and can increase and stabilize production effectively,so it has a bright application prospect.ZHU Qikang LIN Botao YANG Guang WANG Lijia CHEN Man 2022Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,4:0

20Bacterial community diversity of meltwater runoff and soil in Midre Lovénbreen glacier in Ny-Alesund,Arctic显示文摘Glacial meltwater runoff is a dynamic ecosystem.On the one hand,nutrient concentration changes as it flows from upstream to downstream,and on the other hand,bacterial community structure changes due to its contact with nearby soil during the flow process.We studied meltwater and soil in the Midre Lovénbreen glacier region,to explore changes in bacterial diversity as meltwater flows,and the relationship between meltwater and soil bacterial diversity.As glacial meltwater flows from upstream to downstream,the relative abundance of dominant bacterial groups changes.In addition,we found that during the flowing process,nutrient exchange and bacterial contact had occurred between the meltwater runoff and the soil.As a result,the distribution patterns of some bacteria in the meltwater are very similar to those in the soil.Finally,we combined distance-based redundancy analysis and weighted correlation network analysis to show that NO_(3)^(-)-N and NO_(2)^(-)-N are the most two significant factors affecting glacial meltwater and soil,respectively.Our results suggest that in such a close-knit ecosystem,the interaction of glacial meltwater with soil,as well as environmental factors,together determine bacterial community composition.LIN Lidong WANG Nengfei HAN Wenbing ZHANG Botao ZANGJiaye LI Qinxin QIN Yiling WANG Long ZHANG Fang LIU Jie 2022Advances in Polar Science2022,33,2:0
