9Degradable nanocatalyst enables antitumor/antibacterial therapy and promotion of wound healing for diabetes via self-enhanced cascading reaction显示文摘Diabetic patients often have problems such as residual tumor and wound infection after tumor resection,causing severe clinical problems.It is urgent to develop effective therapies to reach oncotherapy/antiinfection/promotion of wound healing combined treatment.Herein,we propose CS/MnO_(2)-GO_x (CMGO_x)nanocatalysts for the specific catalytic generation of ~·OH to inhibit tumors and bacteria in a hyperglycemic environment.The good biocompatible chitosan (CS),as a carrier for the catalyst,exhibits excellent antibacterial effect as well as promotes wound healing.Glucose oxidase (GO_x) is loaded on the surface of CS nanoparticles to generate H_(2)O_(2) and gluconic acid by consuming glucose (starvation therapy,ST) and O_(2).The MnO_(2) depletes glutathione (GSH) to produce Mn^(2+),amplifying oxidative stress and further promoting the activity of Mn^(2+)-mediated Fenton-like reaction to produce~·OH (chemodynamic therapy,CDT)in weak acidic environment.Moreover,the produced gluconic acid lowers the p H of the environment,enhancing chemodynamic therapy (ECDT).The tumor cells and bacteria are efficiently eliminated by the synergistic effect of ST and ECDT.The MnO_(2) nanoparticles at neutral environment decomposes H_(2)O_(2) into O_(2),which cooperate with CS to promote healing.The self-enhanced cascade reaction of CMGO_x in situ exhibits excellent effects of antitumor/antibacterial therapy and promotion of wound healing,offering a promising integrated treatment for diabetic patients after tumor surgical resection.Xiang Wang Cheng Ding Ziwen Zhang Chunlin Li Dongmiao Cao Linjing Zhao Guoying Deng Yu Luo Chunping Yuan Jie Lu Xijian Liu 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,7:0
10Multi-head attention graph convolutional network model:End-to-end entity and relation joint extraction based on multi-head attention graph convolutional network显示文摘At present,the entity and relation joint extraction task has attracted more and more scholars'attention in the field of natural language processing(NLP).However,most of their methods rely on NLP tools to construct dependency trees to obtain sentence structure information.The adjacency matrix constructed by the dependency tree can convey syntactic information.Dependency trees obtained through NLP tools are too dependent on the tools and may not be very accurate in contextual semantic description.At the same time,a large amount of irrelevant information will cause redundancy.This paper presents a novel end-to-end entity and relation joint extraction based on the multihead attention graph convolutional network model(MAGCN),which does not rely on external tools.MAGCN generates an adjacency matrix through a multi-head attention mechanism to form an attention graph convolutional network model,uses head selection to identify multiple relations,and effectively improve the prediction result of overlapping relations.The authors extensively experiment and prove the method's effectiveness on three public datasets:NYT,WebNLG,and CoNLL04.The results show that the authors’method outperforms the state-of-the-art research results for the task of entities and relation extraction.Zhihua Tao Chunping Ouyang Yongbin Liu Tonglee Chung Yixin Cao 2023CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology2023,8,2:0
11Long-term functional maintenance of primary hepatocytes in vitro using macroporous hydrogels engineered through liquid-liquid phase separation显示文摘Preserving the functionality of hepatocytes in vitro poses a significant challenge in liver tissue engineering and bioartificial liver,as these cells rapidly lose their metabolic and functional characteristics after isolation.Inspired by the macroporous structures found in native liver tissues,here we develop synthetic hydrogel scaffolds that closely mimic the liver’s structural organization through the phase separation between polyethylene glycol(PEG)and polysaccharides.Our hydrogels exhibit interconnected macroporous structures and appropriate mechanical properties,providing an optimal microenvironment conducive to hepatocyte adhesion and the formation of sizable aggregates.Compared to two-dimensional hepatocyte cultures,enhanced functionalities of hepatocytes cultured in our macroporous hydrogels were observed for 14 days,as evidenced by quantitative reverse-transcription–polymerase chain reactions(qRT-PCR),immunofluorescence,and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)analyses.Protein sequencing data further confirmed the establishment of cell–cell interactions among hepatocytes when cultured in our hydrogels.Notably,these hepatocytes maintained a protein expression lineage that closely resembled freshly isolated hepatocytes,particularly in the Notch and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)signaling pathways.These results suggest that the macroporous hydrogels are attractive scaffolds for liver tissue engineering.Yang Sun Sheng Yin Jian Cui Zhongxia Wang Yueying Han Ding Ma Shuo Wang Junhua Wu Yi Cao Chunping Jiang Xiaosong Gu 2024Nano Research2024,17,3:0
12Straightforward Guess and Determine Analysis Based on Genetic Algorithm显示文摘With the development of artificial intelligence,the genetic algorithm has been widely used in many fields.In cryptography,the authors find it is natural to code an individual and design its fitness in a genetic algorithm for a straightforward guess and determine analysis(SGDA,in short).Based on this observation,the authors propose an SGDA based on genetic algorithm.Comparing it with the other three SGDAs based on exhaustive search,MILP method and CPP method respectively,the authors illustrate its effectiveness by three stream ciphers:Small scale SNOW 2.0,medium scale Enocoro-128v2 and large scale Trivium.The results show our method is significantly superior to them,especially for Trivium,the method can find a solution of 165 variables in less than one hour,while the other three methods are not applicable due to its enormous search space of size 2^(619.37).As far as we know,it is a best solution in an SGDA for Trivium so far.CAO Chunping CEN Zhe FENG Xiutao WANG Zhangyi ZHU Yamin 2022Journal of Systems Science & Complexity2022,35,5:0
