| 1 | Teracluster LSSC-II--Its designing principles and applications in large scale numerical simulations显示文摘The teracluster LSSC-II installed at the State Key Laboratory of Scientific and Engineering Computing, Chinese Academy of Sciences is one of the most powerful PC clusters in China. It has a peek performance of 2Tflops. With a Linpack performance of 1.04Tflops, it is ranked at the 43rd place in the 20th TOP500 List (November 2002), 51st place in the 21st TOP500 List (June 2003), and the 82nd place in the 22nd TOP500 List (November 2003) with a new Linpack performance of 1.3Tflops. | 2 | Variation of δ^(13)C in karst soil in Yaji Karst Experiment Site, Guilin显示文摘This study deals with δ13C variation in karst soil system of Yaji Karst Experiment Site, Guilin, a typical region of humid subtropical karst formations. Samples of near ground air, plant tissue, soil and water (soil solution and karst spring) were respectively collected on site in different seasons during 1996-1999. Considerable variation of δ13C values are not only found with different carbon pools of soil organic carbon, soil air CO2 and soil water HCO3-, but also with the soil depths and with different seasons during a year. The δ13C values of CO2 both of near ground air and soil air are lower in July than those in April by 1‰-4‰ PDB. | 5 | Na_(2)O/Li_(2)O Ratio Dependency on the Thermal,Mechanical,Dielectric Properties and Chemical Stabilities of Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) Glass显示文摘Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) based glasses were investigated as potential protection glass for electronic devices due to their excellent mechanical properties,such as high hardness,toughness,and scratch resistance.In this paper,Li_(2)O-Na_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) glass with different Li_(2)O/Na_(2)O ratio components were prepared by meltquenching method,and the effects of Na_(2)O/Li_(2)O ratio on the glass densities,structure,thermal,mechanical properties,and chemical stabilities were studied.The experimental results indicate that the glass transition temperature increases with the increases in Na_(2)O/Li_(2)O ratios,due to larger ion radius.While the thermal expansion coefficient slightly decreases from 11.4×10^(-6) to 11.09×10^(-6)/℃.The elastic modulus increases from 57 to 72 GPa.The bending strength reaches maximum 80.90 MPa when the Na_(2)O/Li_(2)O ratio is 1.7,then decreases as the ratio further increases.In addition,the Vicker’s hardness gets to 7.37 GPa with largest Na_(2)O/Li_(2)O ratio.Moreover,the dielectric loss and dielectric constant increases as the ratio increases.The Raman structure analysis shows the Q4[Si-O-Si]decreases as Na_(2)O/Li_(2)O ratio increases,which is responsible for the characteristic properties change.Moreover,the glass shows lowest mass loss in 10vol%HF solutions when the ratio is 1.4,while 1.7 in 5wt%NaOH solution. | 陈丽娜 谢俊 WANG Mingzhong CAO Shiyi CUI Xiuzhen LIANG Xinhui ZHANG Jihong HAN Jianjun HU Kaiwen | 2022 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2022,37,6: | 0 |

| 7 | The Fabrication and Detection Performance of High Sensitivity Au-Ag Alloy Nanostar/Paper Flexible Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy Sensors显示文摘Au-Ag alloy nanostars based flexible paper surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy sensors were fabricated through simple nanostar coating on regular office paper,and the surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy detection performances were investigated using crystal violet dye analyte.Au-Ag nanostars with sharp tips were synthesized via metal ions reduction method.Transmission electron microscope images,X-Ray diffraction pattern and energy dispersive spectroscopy elemental mapping confirmed the nanostar geometry and Au/Ag components of the nanostructure.UV-Vis-NIR absorption spectrum shows wide local surface plasmon resonance induced optical extinction.In addition,finite-difference time-domain simulation shows much stronger electromagnetic field from nanostars than from sphere nanoparticle.The effect of coating layer on Raman signal intensities was discussed,and optimized 5-layer coating with best Raman signal was obtained.The Au-Ag nanostatrs homogeneously distribute on paper fiber surface.The detection limit is 10-10 M,and the relationship between analyte concentrations and Raman signal intensities shows well linear,for potential quantitative analysis.The calculated enhancement factor is 4.795×10^(6).The flexible paper surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy sensors could be applied for trace chemical and biology molecule detection. | 邓芷盈 WANG Tianyi CAO Shiyi ZHAO Yuan HAN Xiaoyu 张继红 谢俊 | 2024 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2024,39,2: | 0 |
