| 2 | Towards an end-to-end delay analysis of LEO satellite networks for seamless ubiquitous access显示文摘LEO satellite networks,with moderate propagation delay and low terminal power requirement,are considered as a promising solution to providing global seamless access services for ubiquitous computing.In order to satisfy the requirement of accessing computing resource for users,end-to-end delays should be bounded for a continual and reliable connectivity.But given dynamic topology and non-uniform distribution of terrestrial users,end-to-end delays within LEO satellite networks are liable to fluctuate.Hence,to examine the delay constraint,an analytical model based on a tandem queue is established under a hot-spot trafc pattern,which is unfavorable for bounded delays.The departure interval moments of a target flow are calculated and ftted for the next link as input parameters,from which queuing delays under cross flows are iteratively obtained.The analytical results show that this model is able to depict the influence by the trafc pattern with satisfying accuracy,which is valuable for the design of routing schemes in satellite networks. | CHEN JianZhou LIU LiXiang HU XiaoHui | 2013 | Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,11: | 2 |

| 8 | Dynamic behavior of the Qinghai-Tibetan railway embankment in permafrost regions under trained-induced vertical loads显示文摘The unfrozen water content and ice content of frozen soil change continuously with varying temperatures,resulting in the temperature dependence of mechanical properties of frozen soil.Thus the dynamic behavior of embankment in permafrost regions under train loading also alters with seasons.Based on a series of strong-motion tests that were carried out on the traditional embankment of Qinghai-Tibet Railway(QTR)in permafrost regions,the acceleration waveforms recorded at the embankment shoulder and slope toes were obtained.Testing results show an obvious attenuation effect on the vertical train loading from road shoulder to slope toes.Furthermore,numerical simulations of a traditional embankment under vertical train loading in different seasons were conducted,and the dynamic behavior of the embankment was described.The results show that the vibration attenuation in the cold season is greater than that in the warm season.The maximum acceleration of vibration drops to about 5%when the train vibration load is transferred through the embankment into the permafrost,and the high-frequency components are absorbed when the vibration transmits downward.Moreover,the dynamic stress under the dynamic train loading decreases exponentially with an increasing depth in different seasons.The results can be a reference for design and maintenance of embankments in permafrost regions. | Tuo Chen ZhiJian Wu YanHu Mu Wei Ma JianZhou Wang | 2020 | Research in Cold and Arid Regions2020,12,4: | 1 |

| 12 | Acidic HEPES-KH Reperfusion Enhances Myocardial Protection in Immature Rabbits显示文摘Summary: To study the effects of different pH HEPES-KH reperfusate solution on immature myocardial protection, isolated perfused Langendorff model from immature rabbit hearts were developed formed. Control group (C) was perfused only with pH 7.4 HEPES-KH solution for 90 min. Ischemia/reperfusion group (group I/R) was perfused with pH 7.4 HEPES-KH solution before ischemia or after ischemia. Experimental group (group E), after ischemia, was perfused with pH 6.8, pH 7.1 and pH7.4 HEPES-KH solutions for 5 min, 5 min, and 20 min, respectively. The left ventricular function recovery, MWC, LDH and CK leakage, MDA, ATP content, and SOD activity were determined. Our results showed that the left ventricular function recovery, ATP content and SOD activity in group E were higher than those of group I/R (P<0.05). MWC, MDA content, LDH and CK leakage in group E were lower than those of group I/R (P<0.05).
