3数字减影脑血管造影术对伴发眩晕的后循环缺血患者血管异常病因分析显示文摘目的通过数字减影脑血管造影术(DSA)对伴发眩晕的后循环缺血(PCI)患者的头颈部血管进行检查,分析其血管异常病因,掌握其发病规律。方法对138例伴发眩晕的PCI患者入院后给予详细的影像学检查,包括MRI、DSA,分析患者血管异常与PCI的因果关系。结果 138例患者,诊断为椎基底动脉系统短暂性缺血发作者89例、椎基底动脉系统脑梗死49例,综合所有的影像学检查结果分析,椎基底动脉血管异常者86例,考虑与PCI病因有关,有12例患者明确有心脏病心房颤动,考虑与后循环脑梗死病因有关,其余40例患者病因不明确。结论伴发眩晕的PCI患者的血管异常病因为:①椎基底动脉系统血管变异;②椎基底动脉系统血管狭窄或闭塞导致的后循环出现低灌注状态或脑梗死。胡沛霖 陈树波 王文胜 李喜朋 周建峰 胡岩芳 HU Peilin CHEN Shubo,WANG Wensheng LI Xipeng,ZHOU Jian feng HU Yanfang 2012临床荟萃2012,27,6:4
4Inverted decoupling and LMI-based controller design for a turboprop engine with actuator dynamics显示文摘The main objective of the turboprop engine control system is to ensure propeller absorbed power at a constant propeller speed by controlling fuel flow and blade angle. Since each input variable affects the selected output variables, there exist strong interactions between different control loops of a Two-Spool Turbo Prop Engine(TSTPE). Inverted decoupling is used to decouple the interactions and decompose the TSTPE into two independent single-input single-output systems. The multi-variable PI controller and two single-variable PI controllers are designed for the TSTPE with actuator dynamics based on Linear Matrix Inequality(LMI), respectively, which is derived from static output feedback and pole placement condition. The step responses show that due to the difference in the response times of the selected output variables, it is difficult to design an appropriate multi-variable PI controller. The designed single-variable PI controllers are tested on the TSTPE integrated model to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, that is,the interactions are first decoupled and then the controllers are designed, and the resulting simulated responses show that compared with the controller designed without actuator dynamics, the gas-generator shaft speed and power turbine shaft speed can better track their respective commands under the action of the controller designed with actuator dynamics.Huairong CHEN Xi WANG Haonan WANG Nannan GU Meiyin ZHU Shubo YANG 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,6:3

6Single-atom Sn-Zn pairs in CuO catalyst promote dimethyldichlorosilane synthesis显示文摘Single-atom catalysts are of great interest because they can maximize the atom-utilization efficiency and generate unique catalytic properties;however,much attention has been paid to single-site active components,rarely to catalyst promoters.Promoters can significantly affect the activity and selectivity of a catalyst,even at their low concentrations in catalysts.In this work,we designed and synthesized CuO catalysts with atomically dispersed co-promoters of Sn and Zn.When used as the catalyst in the Rochow reaction for the synthesis of dimethyldichlorosilane,this catalyst exhibited much-enhanced activity,selectivity and stability compared with the conventional CuO catalysts with promoters in the form of nanoparticles.Density functional theory calculations demonstrate that single-atomic Sn substitution in the CuO surface can enrich surface Cu vacancies and promote dispersion of Zn to its atomic levels.Sn and Zn single sites as the co-promoters cooperatively generate electronic interaction with the CuO support,which further facilitates the adsorption of the reactant molecules on the surface,thereby leading to the superior catalytic performance.Qi Shi Yongjun Ji Wenxin Chen Yongxia Zhu Jing Li Hezhi Liu Zhi Li Shubo Tian Ligen Wang Ziyi Zhong Limin Wang Jianmin Ma Yadong Li Fabing Su 2020National Science Review2020,7,3:2

18吉西他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胰腺癌30例(英文)显示文摘Objective: To evaluate the activity and safety of combination chemotherapy with gemcitabine plus oxaliplatin (GEMOX regimen) in patients of advanced pancreatic carcinoma. Methods: 30 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer were enrolled into this study. All patients received gemcitabine 1000 mg/m2, given by 30-minute intravenous infusion, on days 1 and 8 of each 21-day cycle. Oxaliplatin 100 mg/m2 was administered as a 2 h infusion on day 1 of each 21 day. Clinical outcomes for patients treated with two cycles of chemotherapy were evaluated according to WHO criteria. Results: All 30 patients were eligible for effectiveness and safety analysis. Objective response rate was approximately 20.0%. Clinical benefit response (CBR) was a composite of assessment of pain, performance status and body weight. The pain relief rate, improve-ment rate of performance status and body weight were 53.3%, 46.7% and 36.7%, respectively. The main adverse effects were bone marrow depression, peripheral nerve toxicity and gastrointestinal reaction. There was no treatment-related death during the chemotherapy. Conclusion: The high response rate with low toxicity observed in this study suggests that GEMOX regimen may be an effective alternative curative treatment for patients with advanced pancreatic carcinoma and can be used more extensively in clinical practice.Fan Zhao Jianhua Miao Di Zhao Shubo Chen 2007The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2007,6,5:1
19Crystallization tailoring of cesium/formamidinium double-cation perovskite for efficient and highly stable solar cells显示文摘Achieving high-quality perovskite crystal films is a critical prerequisite in boosting solar cell efficiency and improving the device stability,but the delicate control of nucleation and growth of the perovskite film remains limited success.Herein,a facile but effective strategy has been developed to finely tailor the crystallization of thermally stable cesium/formamidinium(Cs/FA)based perovskite via partially replacing PbI2 with PbCl2 in the precursor solution.The incorporation of chlorine into the perovskite crystal lattice derived from PbCl2 changes the crystallization process and improves the crystal quality,which further results in the formation of larger crystal grains compared to the control sample.The larger crystal grains with high crystallinity lead to reduced grain boundaries,suppressed non-radiative recombination,and enhanced photoluminescence lifetime.Under the optimized conditions,the methylammonium free perovskite solar cells(PSCs)delivers a champion power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 21.30%with an open-circuit voltage as high as 1.18 V,which is one of the highest efficiencies for Cs/FA based PSCs up to now.Importantly,the unencapsulated PSC devices retain more than 95%and 81%of their original PCEs even after long-term(over one year)storage under ambient conditions or 2000 h’s thermal aging at 850C in a nitrogen atmosphere,respectively.Jianchao Yang Yu Chen Weijian Tang Shubo Wang Qingshan Ma Yihui Wu Ningyi Yuan Jianning Ding Wen-Hua Zhang 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,9:1
20Recovery of Ni(Ⅱ)from real electroplating wastewater using fixed-bed resin adsorption and subsequent electrodeposition显示文摘Effective recovery of high-value heavy metals from electroplating wastewater is of great significance,but recovering nickel ions from real electroplating wastewater as nickel sheet has not been reported.In this study,the pilot-scale fixed-bed resin adsorption was conducted to recover Ni(Ⅱ)ions from real nickel plating wastewater,and then the concentrated Ni(Ⅱ)ions in the regenerated solution were reduced to nickel sheet via electrodeposition.A commercial cation-exchange resin was selected and the optimal resin adsorption and regeneration conditions were investigated.The resin exhibited an adsorption capacity of 63 mg/g for Ni(Ⅱ)ions,and the average amount of treated water was 84.6 bed volumes(BV)in the pilot-scale experiments.After the adsorption by two ion-exchange resin columns in series and one chelating resin column,the concentrations of Ni(Ⅱ)in the treated wastewater were below 0.1 mg/L.After the regeneration of the spent resin using 3 BVof 4%(w/w)HC1 solution,1.5 BV of concentrated neutral nickel solution(>30 g/L)was obtained and used in the subsequent electrodeposition process.Using the aeration method,alkali and water required in resin activation process were greatly reduced to 2 BV and 3 BV,respectively.Under the optimal electrodeposition conditions,95.6%of Ni(Ⅱ)in desorption eluent could be recovered as the elemental nickel on the cathode,llie total treatment cost for the resin adsorption and regeneration as well as the electrodeposition was calculated.Tong Li Ke Xiao Bo Yang Guilong Peng Fenglei Liu Liyan Tao Siyuan Chen Haoran Wei Gang Yu Shubo Deng 2019Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2019,13,6:1
