2A first-principles investigation into the hydrogen bond interaction in β-HMX显示文摘A theoretical study of structural and electronic properties of β-HMX crystal is performed using density-functional theory(DFT). The total density of states(TDOS) is presented. The atomic orbit projected density of state(PDOS) from the p-type orbit of C,N,O and the s-type orbit of H is discussed. The study by analyzing the PDOS shows that the structure of β-HMX crystal possesses C-H···O intra- and inter-molecular hydrogen-bonding. There exists a hydrogen bonding between H5 -1s and O12 -2p orbits,between H19 -1s and O28 -2p orbits of intra molecules,and between H19 -1s and O24 -2p orbits of inter molecules. 3Geochemistry, U-Pb Geochronology and Sr-Nd-Hf Isotopes of the Early Cretaceous Volcanic Rocks in the Northern Da Hinggan Mountains显示文摘Whole-rock geochemical, zircon U-Pb geochronological and Sr-Nd-Hf isotopic data are presented for the Early Cretaceous volcanic rocks from the northern Da Hinggan Mountains. The volcanic rocks generally display high SiO2(73.19–77.68 wt%) and Na2O+K2O(6.53–8.98 wt%) contents, with enrichment in Rb, Th, U, Pb and LREE, and depletion in Nb, Ta, P and Ti. Three rhyolite samples, one rhyolite porphyry sample, and one volcanic breccia sample yield weighted mean 206Pb/238 U ages of 135.1±1.2 Ma, 116.5±1.1 Ma, 121.9±1.0 Ma, 118.1±0.9 Ma and 116.9±1.4 Ma, respectively. All these rocks have moderate(87Sr/86Sr)i values of 0.704912 to 0.705896, slightly negative εNd(t) values of –1.4 to –0.1, and positive εHf(t) values of 3.7 to 8. Their zircon Hf and whole-rock Nd isotopic model ages range from 594 to 1024 Ma. 8Agrobacterium–mediated Transformation of Kalanchoe laxiflora显示文摘Plants with crassulacean acid metabolism(CAM) generally utilize water 20%–80% more efficiently than non-CAM plants. The whole genomes of several CAM plants have been sequenced or are being sequenced. For effective genome characterization and genome editing of CAM plants,an efficient transformation system is essential. In this study, we developed an Agrobacterium-mediated transformation protocol for Kalanchoe laxiflora, an obligate CAM plant,by optimizing several factors affecting the transformation efficiency. Agrobacterium strains AGL1, C58, EHA105,and GV3101 were all suitable for K. laxiflora transformation. Fifty-nine percent of the leaf explants yielded kanamycin-resistant and GUS-positive shoots. Polymerase chain reaction and quantitative real-time PCR(qRT-PCR) using gus A-, gus Plus-, npt II-and hpt-specific primers confirmed that the transgenes were integrated into K. laxiflora genome and expressed. 11Increasing Anthropogenic Mercury Pollution over the Last 200 Years Revealed by Lagoonal Sediments from Hainan Island,South China显示文摘The toxic heavy metal mercury(Hg)has significantly enhanced the global Hg cycle influenced by human activities over the last century.In this study,we presented a high-resolution Hg deposition history between∼1780 and 2015 AD in a sediment core from Xincun Lagoon,located in the southeastern Hainan Island,South China,and analyzed it in conjunction with geochemical elements,grain-size distribution,organic matter,and HYSPLIT backward trajectory simulation.The objective was to investigate the influencing factors affecting historical Hg deposition in relatively remote regions and assess the extent of the effects of natural background and human activities.The results showed that the Hg in the sediment was deposited primarily through atmospheric deposition,which was closely related to regional and even global human activities.Anthropogenic Hg contamination increased gradually from the 1830s to 1850s,possibly due to Hg emissions from Opium Wars I and II occurring in southeastern China.High broad peaks of anthropogenic Hg were observed during the 1910s to 1950s and in the 1980s,likely associated with the two world wars and modern Chinese wars.In addition,a further sharp increase in anthropogenic Hg from the mid-1970s to the present occurred,likely originating from the intense industrial activities in China triggered by the reform and opening-up policy of China in 1978 and some countries in Southeast Asia.LI Yanting XUE Jibin CHEN Jingqiang LU Yi MA Xinlu 2023Chinese Geographical Science2023,33,6:0
12Interleukin 35 protects cardiomyocytes following ischemia/reperfusion-induced apoptosis via activation of mitochondrial STAT3显示文摘Mitochondrial reactive oxygen species(mtROS)-induced apoptosis has been suggested to contribute to myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury.Interleukin 35(IL-35),a novel anti-inflammatory cytokine,has been shown to protect the myocardium and inhibit mtROS production.However,its effect on cardiomyocytes upon exposure to hypoxia/reoxygenation(H/R)damage has not yet been elucidated.The present study aimed to investigate the potential protective role and underlying mechanisms of IL-35 in H/R-induced mouse neonatal cardiomyocyte injury.Mouse neonatal cardiomyocytes were challenged to H/R in the presence of IL-35,and we found that IL-35 dose dependently promotes cell viability,diminishes mtROS,maintains mitochondrial membrane potential,and decreases the number of apoptotic cardiomyocytes.Meanwhile,IL-35 remarkably activates mitochondrial STAT3(mitoSTAT3)signaling,inhibits cytochrome c release,and reduces apoptosis signaling.Furthermore,co-treatment of the cardiomyocytes with the STAT3 inhibitor AG490 abrogates the IL-35-induced cardioprotective effects.Our study identified the protective role of IL-35 in cardiomyocytes following H/R damage and revealed that IL-35 protects cardiomyocytes against mtROS-induced apoptosis through the mitoSTAT3 signaling pathway during H/R.Fengyun Zhou Ting Feng Xiangqi Lu Huicheng Wang Yangping Chen Qiuxia Zhang Xinlu Zhang Jiancheng Xiu 2021Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,4:0
13Innovative design and optimization of a two-dimensional deployable nine-grid planar antenna mechanism with a flat reflection surface显示文摘With the development of the aerospace industry,space missions are becoming more complicated and diversified,and there is a demand for antenna mechanisms with a larger physical aperture.In this paper,a planar deployable mechanism is proposed,which can form a flat reflection surface with a small gap between plates.To this end,a novel large-scale two-dimensional deployable nine-grid planar antenna mechanism is designed.First,two antenna folding schemes and four supporting mechanism schemes are proposed.Through comparison analysis,the antenna configuration scheme with the best comprehensive performance is selected.A kinematic model of the deployable mechanism is established,and its kinematic characteristics are analyzed.Then,the correctness of the kinematic model is verified by comparing the analytical and simulation results of the kinematic model.Subsequently,a finite element model of the antenna is developed.Based on the response surface method,the structural parameters of the support rods of the antenna are optimized,and a set of optimized solutions with lightweight and high fundamental frequency characteristics are obtained.Finally,a prototype of the proposed nine-grid planar antenna is fabricated.The feasibility of the deployment principle and the rationality of the designed mechanism are verified by deployment experiments.Bo CHEN Ze JIANG Xinlu WEI Luyao GUO Xin ZHOU Yundou XU Junjie QIAN Yongsheng ZHAO 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,11:0

15Sinistral strike slip of the Zhangjiakou-Penglai Fault and its control on hydrocarbon accumulation in the northeast of Shaleitian Bulge,Bohai Bay Basin,East China显示文摘The structural style, fault activity, strike-slip displacement, and the formation mechanism and hydrocarbon migration and accumulation in the center tectonic zone in the northeast Shaleitian Bulge of Zhangjiakou-Penglai Fault Zone were studied by seismic attribute analysis, structural geometric analysis, fault activity analysis, structure evolution history and simulation of hydrocarbon migration, based on 3-D seismic and drilling data. The main results are as follows:(1) The study area is a superimposed tectonic zone, which experienced early(Paleocene and Eocene) extension and late(Oligocene and Pliocene-Quaternary) strike-slip and pull-apart.(2) The sinistral strike slip of the northeast Shaleitian Bulge of Zhangjiakou-Penglai Fault Zone went through two periods, Oligocene and Pliocene-Quaternary, and the Bohai section was active earlier than the inland section.(3) The sinistral strike slip displacement of Zhangjiakou-Penglai Fault is 4 km since Cenozoic, including 1 km in the Oligocene, and 3 km in the Pliocene-Quaternary.(4) The strike-slip movements have resulted in the increase of fault activity and basin-mountain restructure in the fault zone, also contributed to the formation of the central tectonic belt and the conjugate evolution in north-east structural belt.(5) The conjugate strike slip of the Zhangjiakou-Penglai Fault Zone dominated the migration and accumulation of hydrocarbon in shallow formations by controlling the injection points and segments of hydrocarbon from the deep layers to shallow layers.PENG Jingsong WEI Ajuan SUN Zhe CHEN Xinlu ZHAO Dijiang 2018Petroleum Exploration and Development2018,45,2:0
16LncRNA ZFAS1 regulates cardiomyocyte differentiation of human embryonic stem cells显示文摘Background:Cardiomyocytes derived from human embryonic stem cells(hESCs)are regulated by complex and stringent gene networks during differentiation.Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)exert critical epigenetic regulatory functions in multiple differentiation processes.However,the involvement of lncRNAs in the differentiation of hESCs into cardiomyocytes has not yet been fully elucidated.Here,we identified the key roles of ZFAS1(lncRNA zinc finger antisense 1)in the differentiation of cardiomyocytes from hESCs.Methods:A model of cardiomyocyte differentiation from stem cells was established using the monolayer differentiation method,and the number of beating hESCs-derived cardiomyocytes was calculated.Gene expression was analyzed by quantitative real-time PCR(qRTPCR).Immunofluorescence assays were performed to assess the expression of cardiac troponin T(cTnT)andα-actinin protein in cardiomyocytes.Results:qRT-PCR showed that ZFAS1 expression in the mesoderm was significantly higher than that in embryonic stem cells,cardiac progenitor cells,and cardiomyocytes.Knockdown of ZFAS1 inhibited cardiomyocyte differentiation from hESCs,which was characterized by reduced expression of the cardiac-specific markers cTnT,α-actinin,myosin heavy chain 6(MYH6),and myosin heavy chain 7(MYH7).In contrast,ZFAS1 overexpression remarkably increased the percentage of spontaneously beating cardiomyocytes.In terms of the mechanism,we found that ZFAS1 is an antisense lncRNA at the 5′end of the protein-coding gene ZNFX1.Knockdown of ZFAS1 could increase the mRNA expression level of ZNFX1.Furthermore,qRT-PCR demonstrated that the silencing of ZNFX1 led to an increase in cardiac-specific markers that predicted the promotion of cardiomyocyte differentiation.Conclusion:Altogether,these data suggest that lncRNA-ZFAS1 is required for cardiac differentiation by functionally inhibiting the expression of ZNFX1,which may provide a reference for the treatment of heart disease to a certain extent.YANG CAO YINING LIU YANG YU XIAOFEI GUO XIUXIU WANG WENYA MA HANJING LI ZHONGYU REN XINLU GAO SIJIA LI HAOYU JI HONGYANG CHEN HONG YAN YANAN TIAN XIN WANG BENZHI CAI 2023BIOCELL2023,47,6:0
17Highly Uniform Alkali Doped Cobalt Oxide Derived from Anionic Metal-Organic Framework:Improving Activity and Water Tolerance for CO Oxidation显示文摘A sequence of alkali metal cation-exchanged Co metal-organic frameworks(Co-MOFs),therein after denoted as M@Co-MOF,M=Na+,K+,Rb\and Cs+,was prepared and used as the precursors to obtain the corresponding alkali doped cobalt oxide(defined as M/C03O4,M=Na+,K\Rb\and Cs+)through calcination under air atmosphere.The cobalt oxide modified by unifbnn alkali metals exhibited a significant promotion of catalytic activity for CO oxidation.The activity of M/Co3O4 decreased in the order of Cs+>Na+>K+>Rb+.Experimental and theoretical results revealed that the anionic skeleton of Co-MOF could tacilely adsorb alkali metal cations and play a cnicial role in the formation of higlily unilonn alkali doped cobalt oxide.The further characterizations,such as temperature-programmed reduction of H2(H2-TPR),oxygen temperature-programmed desorption(O2-TPD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transiorm(DRIFT)spectra demonstrated that the enlianced catalytic activity is originated from the interfacial electron transfer as well as weakened the Co-O bond strength,which promoted oxygen desorption from CO3O4 and fomiation of cobalt species with the lower valence state.The Cs/Co3O4 catalyst was maintained for 60 h without deactivation and still showed a high activity in the presence of water.LEI Huijin ZHANG Xinlu JIN Jiongke WANG Shuhua DING Shunmin ZHANG Ning CHEN Chao 2020Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2020,36,5:0
18NITROGEN USE AND MANAGEMENT IN ORCHARDS AND VEGETABLE FIELDS IN CHINA: CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS显示文摘China is the largest producer and consumer of fruits and vegetables in the world.Although the annual planting areas of orchards and vegetable fields(OVF)account for 20%of total croplands,they consume more than 30%of the mineral nitrogen fertilizers in China and have become hotspots of reactive N emissions.Excess N fertilization has not only reduced the N use efficiency(NUE)and quality of grown fruits and vegetables but has also led to soil acidification,biodiversity loss and climate change.Studies using 15N labeling analysis showed that the recovery rate of N fertilizer in OVFs was only 16.6%,and a high proportion of fertilizer N resided in soils(48.3%)or was lost to the environment(35.1%).Nitrate accumulation in the soil of OVFs is the main fate of N fertilizer in northern China,which threatens groundwater quality,while leaching and denitrification are the important N fates of N fertilizer in southern China.Therefore,taking different measures to reduce N loss and increase NUE based on the main pathways of N loss in the various regions is urgent,including rational N fertilization,substituting mineral N fertilizers with organic fertilizers,fertigation,and adding mineral N fertilizers with urease inhibitors and nitrification inhibitors.Xueqiang ZHU Peng ZHOU Peng MIAO Haoying WANG Xinlu BAI Zhujun CHEN Jianbin ZHOU 2022Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2022,9,3:0
