| 1 | Development of Light Cycle Oil(LCO) Hydrocracking Technology over a Commercial W-Ni Based Catalyst显示文摘Because of its high density and low cetane number, the light cycle oil(LCO) containing heavy aromatics(60%—80%) can hardly be transformed through the conventional hydro-upgrading technology. In this report, a novel LCO hydrocracking technology(FD2G) was proposed for the utilization of LCO to manufacture high value-added products. Through the ingenious combination of hydroprocessing catalyst and the hydrocracking process, the high octane gasoline and the ultra-low sulfur diesel(ULSD) blendstocks were produced simultaneously. The influence of catalyst type, reaction temperature, pressure, respectively, on the research octane number(RON) of produced gasoline was studied in a fixed bed hydrogenation reactor. It indicated that high reaction temperature and medium pressure would favor the production of highoctane gasoline through the conversion of bi-aromatic and tri-aromatic hydrocarbons. The typical results of FD2 G technology on commercial units showed that it could produce clean diesel with a sulfur content of less than 10 μg/g and clean gasoline with a research octane number(RON) of up to 92. | 2 | A first-principles investigation into the hydrogen bond interaction in β-HMX显示文摘A theoretical study of structural and electronic properties of β-HMX crystal is performed using density-functional theory(DFT). The total density of states(TDOS) is presented. The atomic orbit projected density of state(PDOS) from the p-type orbit of C,N,O and the s-type orbit of H is discussed. The study by analyzing the PDOS shows that the structure of β-HMX crystal possesses C-H···O intra- and inter-molecular hydrogen-bonding. There exists a hydrogen bonding between H5 -1s and O12 -2p orbits,between H19 -1s and O28 -2p orbits of intra molecules,and between H19 -1s and O24 -2p orbits of inter molecules. | 4 | Inelastic partial cross sections for scattering of HF by neon显示文摘An analytic expression of the potential energy surface(PES) of the ground state of the Ne-HF complex is obtained by utilizing nonlinear least square method to fit the intermolecular interaction energies [Zhang Y. Guizhou Science,2003,21(3):9-13(in Chinese)],which have been computed using the augmented correlation-consistent polarized quadruple zeta basis set aug-cc-pVQZ at the theoretical level of CCSD(T). On the basis of the PES,the partial cross sections(PCSs) at the incident energies of 60,75,100 and 150 meV for collisions between Ne atoms and HF molecules are calculated using the quantum close coupling approach. The effects of the long-range attractive and the short-range anisotropic interactions on the inelastic PCSs are discussed in detail. The results show:(1) The long-range attractive well of the EPS makes the significant contribution to the lower excitation PCSs,especially the tail maximum for j = 0→j′ = 1 transitions,whereas no contribution is to the j′≥3 inelastic transitions.(2) The short-range(the repulsive and attractive) interaction makes the significant contri-bution to the lower excitation PCSs,especially the main peak for j = 0→j′ = 1,2. | 9 | Agrobacterium–mediated Transformation of Kalanchoe laxiflora显示文摘Plants with crassulacean acid metabolism(CAM) generally utilize water 20%–80% more efficiently than non-CAM plants. The whole genomes of several CAM plants have been sequenced or are being sequenced. For effective genome characterization and genome editing of CAM plants,an efficient transformation system is essential. In this study, we developed an Agrobacterium-mediated transformation protocol for Kalanchoe laxiflora, an obligate CAM plant,by optimizing several factors affecting the transformation efficiency. Agrobacterium strains AGL1, C58, EHA105,and GV3101 were all suitable for K. laxiflora transformation. Fifty-nine percent of the leaf explants yielded kanamycin-resistant and GUS-positive shoots. Polymerase chain reaction and quantitative real-time PCR(qRT-PCR) using gus A-, gus Plus-, npt II-and hpt-specific primers confirmed that the transgenes were integrated into K. laxiflora genome and expressed. | 11 | Analysis of influence of the length of ground heat exchangers on the operation characteristics and economy of ground source heat pumps显示文摘A three-dimensional finite element dynamic simulation platform of the ground source heat pump system(GSHPS)is established.According to the outlet temperature of ground heat exchangers(GHEs)required by the code in summer and winter,the calculated minimum buried depth of GHEs meeting the requirements is 60 m,when the number of borehole is 9.By using the established platform,the annual operation performance and cost of the GSHPS under different buried pipe depths are studied.The results show that the deeper the buried depth of GHEs is,the better the heat exchange effect of GHEs is.Compared with the GHEs with 60 m buried depth,when the buried depth of GHEs is 65 m,70 m,75 m and 80 m,the average coefficient of performance(COP)of the unit increases by 4.1%,6.3%,7.7%and 8.2%in cooling period and 1.0%,1.6%,1.8%and 1.9%in heating period,respectively.Considering the performance and initial investment of the GHSPS comprehensively,the optimal buried depth of GHEs is 60 m.However,considering the performance the system and the total cost of the system running for 20 years comprehensively,the optimal buried depth of GHEs is 70 m. | Hongzhi Zhang Zongwei Han Lingyan Yang Jiawei Yuan Xinlu Cheng Mingzhen Ji Gui Li | 2021 | Energy and Built Environment2021,2,2: | 1 |

| 13 | Lattice instability of V_2AlC at high pressure显示文摘We investigate the elastic and thermodynamic properties of nanolaminate V2 AlC by using the ab initio pseudopotential total energy method. The axial compressibility shows that the c axis is always stiffer than a axis. The elastic constants revealed the structural instability at about 500 and 732 GPa. Furthermore, elastic constants C44 reached its maximum at about 550 GPa, differing with the other four C11 , C12 , C13 and C33 constants. The Poisson's ratio investigations demonstrated that a higher ionic or weaker covalent contribution in intra-atomic bonding and the degree of ionicity increases with pressure. The G/B and B/C44 investigations revealed that V2 AlC is brittle and the brittleness decreases with pressure. Also, we found that V2 AlC is elastic anisotropic materials and the degree of anisotropy rapidly rises with pressure. | 15 | The aquaporin MePIP2;7 improves MeMGT9-mediated Mg2+ acquisition in cassava显示文摘Aquaporins are important transmembrane water transport proteins which transport water and several neutral molecules. However, how aquaporins are involved in the synergistic transport of Mg2+and water remains poorly understood. Here, we found that the cassava aquaporin Me PIP2;7 was involved in Mg2+transport through interaction with Me MGT9, a lower affinity magnesium transporter protein. Knockdown of Me PIP2;7 in cassava led to magnesium deficiency in basal mature leaves with chlorosis and necrotic spots on their edges and starch over-accumulation. Mg2+content was significantly decreased in leaves and roots of Me PIP2;7-RNA interference(PIP-Ri) plants grown in both field and Mg2+-free hydroponic solution. Xenopus oocyte injection analysis verified that Me PIP2;7 possessed the ability to transport water only and Me MGT9 was responsible for Mg^(2+)effux.More importantly, Me PIP2;7 improved the transportability of Mg^(2+)via Me MGT9 as verified using the CM66 mutant complementation assay and Xenopus oocytes expressing system. Yeast twohybrid, bimolecular fuorescence complementation,co-localization, and co-immunoprecipitation assays demonstrated the direct protein–protein interaction between Me PIP2;7 and Me MGT9 in vivo. Mg2+fux was significantly elevated in Me PIP2;7-overexpressing lines in hydroponic solution through non-invasive micro-test technique analysis. Under Mg^(2+)-free condition, the retarded growth of PIP-Ri transgenic plants could be recovered with Mg^(2+)supplementation.
