1Development of Light Cycle Oil(LCO) Hydrocracking Technology over a Commercial W-Ni Based Catalyst显示文摘Because of its high density and low cetane number, the light cycle oil(LCO) containing heavy aromatics(60%—80%) can hardly be transformed through the conventional hydro-upgrading technology. In this report, a novel LCO hydrocracking technology(FD2G) was proposed for the utilization of LCO to manufacture high value-added products. Through the ingenious combination of hydroprocessing catalyst and the hydrocracking process, the high octane gasoline and the ultra-low sulfur diesel(ULSD) blendstocks were produced simultaneously. The influence of catalyst type, reaction temperature, pressure, respectively, on the research octane number(RON) of produced gasoline was studied in a fixed bed hydrogenation reactor. It indicated that high reaction temperature and medium pressure would favor the production of highoctane gasoline through the conversion of bi-aromatic and tri-aromatic hydrocarbons. The typical results of FD2 G technology on commercial units showed that it could produce clean diesel with a sulfur content of less than 10 μg/g and clean gasoline with a research octane number(RON) of up to 92. 2Discovery of ~4.0 Ga detrital zircons in the Aermantai ophiolitic mélange,East Junggar,northwest China显示文摘The East Junggar is an important part of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt(CAOB).Using in situ zircon dating and Hf isotopic analysis by LA-ICP-MS and MC-ICP-MS,respectively,a detrital zircon of 4040 Ma age was found in sedimentary sequences from the Aermantai ophiolitic mélange,East Junggar.This is the oldest age record in the East Junggar terrane,and also marks the first zircon locality in the CAOB with an age older than 4.0 Ga,which is attributed to the Hadean crust.The 4040 Ma detrital zircon has anεHf(t)value of–5.2 and a two-stage Hf modal age of 4474 Ma,suggesting the presence of very old(Hadean)crustal material in the source area.Beside peak ages of 446 Ma,we found four age groups of 3.6–3.1 Ga,2.53–2.37 Ga,1.14–0.89 Ga and 0.47–0.42 Ga from 141 effective measuring points.The age of 426±4 Ma for the five youngest detrital zircons defines the lower limit of the deposition time of sedimentary sequencess in the Aermantai ophiolitic mélange.The 0.47–0.42 Ga zircons exhibit176Hf/177Hf ratios of 0.282156 to 0.282850,corresponding to variableεHf(t)values from–9.3 to 12.0 and Hf model ages from2011 to 646 Ma.These characteristics are similar to those of the early Paleozoic igneous and gneissic zircons from the Altai,but significantly different from those of the East Junggar.Based on the material structures of felspathic greywacke,the morphology,internal texture and age distributions of dated detrital zircons,in combination with a study of the regional geological data,it is suggested that the sedimentary sequences in the Aermantai ophiolitic mélange was deposited in the Late Silurian,with the main provenance from the Altai Orogen in the north.This indicates that the early Paleozoic ocean represented by the Aermantai ophiolitic mélange was readily closed during the Late Silurian,and the northern edge of the East Junggar terrane was accreted to the Altai Orogen.The joint of them then served as a marginal orogen in the southern edge of the Siberia Paleocontinent.HUANG Gang NIU GuangZhi ZHANG ZhanWu WANG XinLu XU XueYi GUO Jun YU Feng 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,30:9
3Inhibitory effect of icariin on expression of myelin inhibitory factors in the central nervous system of rats with focal cerebral ischemia显示文摘Icariin, the major active component of Chinese medicinal herb epimedium brevicornum maxim, is used widely in traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of neurological diseases. However, the effects of icariin on myelin inhibitory factors are as yet unclear. In the present study, administration of icariin at 20 mg/kg showed a marked reduction in neurological deficit of middle cerebral artery occlusion rats. Icariin exhibited better inhibitory effects on myelin inhibitory factors: Nogo-A, myelin-associated glycoprotein and oligodendrocyte myelin glycoprotein in ischemia regions of middle cerebral artery occlusion rats compared with monosialotetrahexosylganglioside. These results indicate that icariin exhibits potent inhibitory effects on expression of myelin inhibitors after middle cerebral artery occlusion-induced focal cerebral ischemia in vivo. 6Isoflurane preserves energy balance in isolated hepatocytes during in vitro anoxia/reoxygenation显示文摘AIM: To investigate the protective effect of isoflurane on energy balance in isolated hepatocytes during in vitro anoxia/reoxygenation, and to compare isoflurane with halothane.METHODS: Hepatocytes freshly isolated from fed rats were suspended in Krebs-Henseleit buffer, and incubated in sealed flasks under O2/CO2 or N2/CO2 (95%/5%, V/V)for 30 or 60 min, followed by 5 or 10 min of reoxygenation,with an added volatile anesthetic or not. ATP, ADP, and adenosine monophosphate in hepatocytes were determined by high performance liquid chromatography, and energy charge was calculated.RESULTS: During 30 min of anoxia, the energy charge and total adenine nucleotide steadily increased with the isoflurane dose from 0 to 2 minimum alveolar anesthetic concentration (MAC), then decreased from 2 to 3 MAC.In short incubations (30-35 min) at 1 MAC isoflurane, energy charge modestly decreased during anoxia, which was partially prevented by isoflurane and completely reversed by reoxygenation, and total adenine nucleotide did not decrease. In long incubations (60-70 min), both energy charge and total adenine nucleotide greatly decreased during anoxia, with partial and no reversal by reoxygenation,respectively. Isoflurane partly prevented decreases in both energy charge and total adenine nucleotide during anoxia and reoxygenation. 7A first-principles investigation into the hydrogen bond interaction in β-HMX显示文摘A theoretical study of structural and electronic properties of β-HMX crystal is performed using density-functional theory(DFT). The total density of states(TDOS) is presented. The atomic orbit projected density of state(PDOS) from the p-type orbit of C,N,O and the s-type orbit of H is discussed. The study by analyzing the PDOS shows that the structure of β-HMX crystal possesses C-H···O intra- and inter-molecular hydrogen-bonding. There exists a hydrogen bonding between H5 -1s and O12 -2p orbits,between H19 -1s and O28 -2p orbits of intra molecules,and between H19 -1s and O24 -2p orbits of inter molecules. 8Selective hydrocracking of light cycle oil into high-octane gasoline over bi-functional catalysts显示文摘Light cycle oil(LCO) with high content of poly-aromatics was difficult to upgrade and convert,which had hindered upgrading fuel quality to meet with the standard of automotive diesel for the purpose of sustainable development.The hydrocracking behaviors of typical aromatics in LCO of naphthalene and tetralin were investigated over NiMo and CoMo catalysts.Several characterization methods including N2-adsoprtion and desorption,ammonia temperature-programmed desorption(NH3-TPD),Pyridine infrared spectroscopy(Py-IR),CO infrared spectroscopy(CO-IR),Raman and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) were applied to determine the properties of different catalysts.The results showed that CoMo catalyst with high concentration of S-edges could hydrosaturate more naphthalene to tetralin but exhibit lower yield of high-value light aromatics(carbon numbers less than 10) than NiMo catalyst.NiMo catalyst with high concentration of Mo-edges also presented a higher selectivity of converting naphthalene into cyclanes than CoMo catalyst.Subsequently,the naphthalene and LCO hydrocracking performances were also investigated over different catalysts systems.The activity evaluation and kinetic analysis results showed that the naphthalene hydrocracking conversion and the yield of light aromatics for CoMo-AY/NiMo-AY grading catalysts were higher than NiMo-AY/CoMo-AY grading catalysts at same condition.A stepwise reaction principle was proposed to explain the high efficiency of CoMo-AY/NiMoAY grading catalysts.Finally,the LCO hydrocracking evaluation results confirmed that CoMo-AY/NiMoAY catalysts grading system with low carbon deposition and high stability could remain high percentage of active phases,which was more efficient to convert LCO to high-octane gasoline.Zhengkai Cao Xia Zhang Chunming Xu Xinlu Huang Ziming Wu Chong Peng Aijun Duan 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,1:3
9Exploring the N-terminus region: Synthesis, bioactivity and 3D-QSAR of allatostatin analogs as novel insect growth regulators显示文摘Allatostatins(ASTs), a family of insect neuropeptide, can inhibit juvenile hormone(JH) biosynthesis by the corpora allata(CA) in Diploptera punctata, and therefore be regarded as potential leads for the discovery of new insect growth regulators(IGRs). But several shortcomings, such as their sensitivity to peptidases and high cost, impeded their practical application in pest management. In order to discover new IGRs, one AST analog B1 possessing non-peptide group was discovered with high ability to inhibit JH biosynthesis in vitro(IC_(50): 0.09 mmol/L) in our previous studies. In the present work, two series of B1 analogs with different substituents on the N-terminus region were designed and synthesized. The result suggested that benzene showed better activity than other heterocycles, and the para-substitution on the benzene was beneficial for activity. Moreover, analogs with log P value over 2.0 exhibited good activity,which indicated the hydrophobicity is important to the bioactivity. Three dimension quantitative structure-activity relationship(3D-QSAR) studies were performed to highlight the structural requirements of AST analogs, which demonstrated introduction of bulkier substituents on the N-terminus would increase the activity. Analog Ⅱ12(IC_(50): 0.08 mmol/L) exhibited similar inhibitory activity to the lead B1,but its synthetic route was simpler than B1. 10YB-1 stabilizes HIV-1 genomic RNA and enhances viral production显示文摘HIV-1 utilizes cellular factors for effi cient replication.The viral RNA is different from cellular mRNAs in many aspects,and is prone to attacks by cellular RNA quality control systems.To establish effective infection,the virus has evolved multiple mechanisms to protect its RNA.Here,we show that expression of the Y-box binding protein 1(YB-1)enhanced the production of HIV-1.Downregulation of endogenous YB-1 in producer cells decreased viral production.YB-1 increased viral protein expression by stabilizing HIV-1 RNAs.The stem loop 2 in the HIV-1 RNA packaging signal was mapped to be the YB-1-responsive element.Taken together,these results indicate that YB-1 stabilizes HIV-1 genomic RNA and thereby enhances HIV-1 gene expression and viral production.Xin Mu Wei Li Xinlu Wang Guangxia Gao 2013Protein & Cell2013,4,8:2
11Geochemistry, U-Pb Geochronology and Sr-Nd-Hf Isotopes of the Early Cretaceous Volcanic Rocks in the Northern Da Hinggan Mountains显示文摘Whole-rock geochemical, zircon U-Pb geochronological and Sr-Nd-Hf isotopic data are presented for the Early Cretaceous volcanic rocks from the northern Da Hinggan Mountains. The volcanic rocks generally display high SiO2(73.19–77.68 wt%) and Na2O+K2O(6.53–8.98 wt%) contents, with enrichment in Rb, Th, U, Pb and LREE, and depletion in Nb, Ta, P and Ti. Three rhyolite samples, one rhyolite porphyry sample, and one volcanic breccia sample yield weighted mean 206Pb/238 U ages of 135.1±1.2 Ma, 116.5±1.1 Ma, 121.9±1.0 Ma, 118.1±0.9 Ma and 116.9±1.4 Ma, respectively. All these rocks have moderate(87Sr/86Sr)i values of 0.704912 to 0.705896, slightly negative εNd(t) values of –1.4 to –0.1, and positive εHf(t) values of 3.7 to 8. Their zircon Hf and whole-rock Nd isotopic model ages range from 594 to 1024 Ma. 13Analyses of SELEX-derived ZAP-binding RNA aptamers suggest that the binding specificity is determined by both structure and sequence of the RNA显示文摘The zinc-finger antiviral protein(ZAP)is a host factor that specifically inhibits the replication of certain viruses,including murine leukemia virus,Sindbis virus and Ebola virus,by targeting the viral mRNAs for degradation.ZAP directly binds to the target viral mRNA and recruits the cellular RNA degradation machinery to degrade the RNA.No significant sequence similarity or obvious common motifs have been found in the so far identified target viral mRNAs.The minimum length of the target sequence is about 500 nt long.Short workable ZAP-binding RNAs should facilitate further studies on the ZAP-RNA interaction and characterization of such RNAs may provide some insights into the underlying mechanism.In this study,we used the SELEX method to isolate ZAP-binding RNA aptamers.After 21 rounds of selection,ZAP-binding aptamers were isolated.Sequence analysis revealed that they are G-rich RNAs with predicted stem-loop structures containing conserved“GGGUGG”and“GAGGG”motifs in the loop region.Insertion of the aptamer sequence into a luciferase reporter failed to render the reporter sensitive to ZAP.However,overexpression of the aptamers modestly but significantly reduced ZAP’s antiviral activity.Substitution of the conserved motifs of the aptamers significantly impaired their ZAP-binding ability and ZAP-antagonizing activity,suggesting that the RNA sequence is important for specific interaction between ZAP and the target RNA.The aptamers identified in this report should provide useful tools to further investigate the details of the interaction between ZAP and the target RNAs.Zhi Huang Xinlu Wang Guangxia Gao 2010Protein & Cell2010,1,8:2
14Inelastic partial cross sections for scattering of HF by neon显示文摘An analytic expression of the potential energy surface(PES) of the ground state of the Ne-HF complex is obtained by utilizing nonlinear least square method to fit the intermolecular interaction energies [Zhang Y. Guizhou Science,2003,21(3):9-13(in Chinese)],which have been computed using the augmented correlation-consistent polarized quadruple zeta basis set aug-cc-pVQZ at the theoretical level of CCSD(T). On the basis of the PES,the partial cross sections(PCSs) at the incident energies of 60,75,100 and 150 meV for collisions between Ne atoms and HF molecules are calculated using the quantum close coupling approach. The effects of the long-range attractive and the short-range anisotropic interactions on the inelastic PCSs are discussed in detail. The results show:(1) The long-range attractive well of the EPS makes the significant contribution to the lower excitation PCSs,especially the tail maximum for j = 0→j′ = 1 transitions,whereas no contribution is to the j′≥3 inelastic transitions.(2) The short-range(the repulsive and attractive) interaction makes the significant contri-bution to the lower excitation PCSs,especially the main peak for j = 0→j′ = 1,2. 15Prediction Model of Coal Reservoir Pressure and its Implication for the Law of Coal Reservoir Depressurization显示文摘The main methods of coalbed methane(CBM)development are drainage and depressurization,and a precise prediction of coal reservoir pressure is thus crucial for the evaluation of reservoir potentials and the formulation of reasonable development plans.This work established a new reservoir pressure prediction model based on the material balance equation(MBE)of coal reservoir,which considers the self-regulating effects of coal reservoirs and the dynamic change of equivalent drainage area(EDA).According to the proposed model,the reservoir pressure can be predicted based on reservoir condition data and the actual production data of a single well.Compared with traditional reservoir pressure prediction models which regard EDA as a fixed value,the proposed model can better predict the average pressure of reservoirs.Moreover,orthogonal experiments were designed to evaluate the sensitivity of reservoir parameters on the reservoir pressure prediction results of this proposed model.The results show that the saturation of irreducible water is the most sensitive parameter,followed by Langmuir volume and reservoir porosity,and Langmuir pressure is the least sensitive parameter.In addition,the pressure drop of reservoirs is negatively correlated with the saturation of irreducible water and the Langmuir volume,while it is positively correlated with porosity.This work analyzed the reservoir pressure drop characteristics of the CBM wells in the Shizhuangnan Block of the Qinshui Basin,and the results show that the CBM reservoir depressurization can be divided into three types,i.e.,rapidly drop type,medium-term stability type,and slowly drop type.The drainage features of wells were reasonably interpreted based on the comprehensive analysis of the reservoir depressurization type;the latter was coupled to the corresponding permeability dynamic change characteristics,eventually proving the applicability of the proposed model.YAN Xinlu ZHANG Songhang TANG Shuheng LI Zhongcheng WANG Kaifeng YI Yongxiang DANG Feng HU Qiuping 2019Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2019,93,3:2

18Graphene as a High-capacity Anode Material for Lithium Ion Batteries显示文摘Graphene was produced via a soft chemistry synthetic route for lithium ion battery applications. The sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction, nitrogen adsorption-desorption, field emission scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy, respectively. The electrochemical performances of graphene as anode material were measured by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge/discharge cycling. The experimental results showed that the graphene possessed a thin wrinkled paper-like morphology and large specific surface area (342 m2g1). The first reversible specific capacity of the graphene was as high as 905 mAhg1 at a current density of 100 mAg1.
