1Epidemiological characteristics and temporal-spatial analysis of overseas imported dengue fever cases in outbreak provinces of China, 2005–2019显示文摘Background Overseas imported dengue fever is an important factor in local outbreaks of this disease in the mainland of China.To better prevent and control such local outbreaks,the epidemiological characteristics and temporal-spatial distribution of overseas imported dengue fever cases in provincial-level administrative divisions(PLADs)where dengue fever is outbreak in the mainland of China were explored.Methods Using the Chinese National Notifiable Infectious Disease Reporting Information System(CNNDS),we identified overseas imported dengue fever cases in dengue fever outbreak areas in the mainland of China from 2005 to 2019 to draw the epidemic curve and population characteristic distribution of overseas imported cases in each PLAD.Based on spatial autocorrelation analysis of ArcGIS 10.5 and temporal-spatial scanning analysis of SaTScan 9.5,we analyzed the temporal-spatial distribution of overseas imported dengue fever in dengue fever outbreak areas in the mainland of China.Results A total of 11,407 imported cases,mainly from Southeast Asia,were recorded from 2005 to 2019 in these 13 PLADs.Of which 62.1%were imported into Yunnan and Guangdong Provinces.Among the imported cases,there were more males than females,mainly from the 21–50 age group.The hot spots were concentrated in parts of Yunnan,Guangdong and Fujian Provinces.We found the cluster of infected areas were expanding northward.Conclusions Based on the analysis of overseas imported dengue cases in 13 PLADs of the mainland of China from 2005 to 2019,we obtained the epidemiological characteristics and spatial distribution of imported dengue cases.Border controls need to pay attention to key population sectors,such as 21–50 years old men and education of key populations on dengue prevention.There is a need to improve the awareness of the prevention and control of imported cases in border areas.At the same time,northern regions cannot relax their vigilance.Xinchang Lun Yiguan Wang Chunchun Zhao Haixia Wu Caiying Zhu Delong Ma Mingfang Xu Jun Wang Qiyong Liu Lei Xu Fengxia Meng 2022Infectious Diseases of Poverty2022,11,1:3
2Single-cell transcriptomic landscape of human blood cells显示文摘High throughput single-cell RNA-seq has been successfully implemented to dissect the cellular and molecular features underlying hematopoiesis.However,an elaborate and comprehensive transcriptome reference of the whole blood system is lacking.Here,we profiled the transcriptomes of 7551 human blood cells representing 32 immunophenotypic cell types,including hematopoietic stem cells,progenitors and mature blood cells derived from 21 healthy donors.With high sequencing depth and coverage,we constructed a single-cell transcriptional atlas of blood cells(ABC) on the basis of both protein-coding genes and long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs),and showed a high consistence between them.Notably,putative lncRNAs and transcription factors regulating hematopoietic cell differentiation were identified.While common transcription factor regulatory networks were activated in neutrophils and monocytes,lymphoid cells dramatically changed their regulatory networks during differentiation.Furthermore,we showed a subset of nucleated erythrocytes actively expressing immune signals,suggesting the existence of erythroid precursors with immune functions.Finally,a web portal offering transcriptome browsing and blood cell type prediction has been established.Thus,our work provides a transcriptional map of human blood cells at single-cell resolution,thereby offering a comprehensive reference for the exploration of physiological and pathological hematopoiesis.Xiaowei Xie Mengyao Liu Yawen Zhang Bingrui Wang Caiying Zhu Chenchen Wang Qing Li Yingying Huo Jiaojiao Guo Changlu Xu Linping Hu Aiming Pang Shihui Ma Una Wang Wenbin Cao Shulian Chen Qiuling Li Sudong Zhang Xueying Zhao Wen Zhou Hongbo Luo Guoguang Zheng Erlie Jiang Sizhou Feng Lixiang Chen Lihong Shi Hui Cheng Sha Hao Ping Zhu Tao Cheng 2021National Science Review2021,8,3:3
3The retrieval of two-dimensional distribution of the earth's surface aerodynamic roughness using SAR image and TM thermal infrared image显示文摘After having analyzed the requirement on the aerodynamic earth’s surface rough- ness in two-dimensional distribution in the research field of interaction between land surface and atmosphere, this paper presents a new way to calculate the aerodynamic roughness using the earth’s surface geometric roughness retrieved from SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) and TM thermal infrared image data. On the one hand, the SPM (Small Perturbation Model) was used as a theoretical SAR backscattering model to describe the relationship between the SAR back- scattering coefficient and the earth’s surface geometric roughness and its dielectric constant re- trieved from the physical model between the soil thermal inertia and the soil surface moisture with the simultaneous TM thermal infrared image data and the ground microclimate data. On the basis of the SAR image matching with the TM image, the non-volume scattering surface geo- metric information was obtained from the SPM model at the TM image pixel scale, and the ground pixel surface’s equivalent geometric roughness—height standard RMS (Root Mean Square) was achieved from the geometric information by the transformation of the typical to- pographic factors. The vegetation (wheat, tree) height retrieved from spectrum model was also transferred into its equivalent geometric roughness. A completely two-dimensional distribution map of the equivalent geometric roughness over the experimental area was produced by the data mosaic technique. On the other hand, according to the atmospheric eddy currents theory, the aerodynamic surface roughness was iterated out with the atmosphere stability correction method using the wind and the temperature profiles data measured at several typical fields such as bare soil field and vegetation field. After having analyzed the effect of surface equivalent geo- metric roughness together with dynamic and thermodynamic factors on the aerodynamic surface roughness within the working area, this paper first establishes a scale transformation model to calculate the aerodynamic surface roughness from surface equivalent geometric roughness. The final result retrieved from above series of models was validated using the filed measurements. 4Nanostructured Ni/Ti3C2Tx MXene hybrid as cathode for lithium-oxygen battery显示文摘Ti3C2 belongs to MXenes family,which is a new two-dimensional material and has been applied in many fields.With simple method of hydrothermal and high temperature calcination,nano structured Ni/Ti3C2Tx hybrid was synthesized.The stable layer structure of Ti3C2 MXene providing high surface area as well as excellent electronic conductivity are beneficial for deposition and decomposition of discharge product Li2O2.Furthermore,possessing special catalytic activity,Ni nanoparticles with size of about 20 nm could accelerate Li2O2 breaking down.Taking advantage of two kinds of materials,Ni/Ti3C2Tx hybrid as cathode of Li-O2 battery can achieve a maximal specific capacity of 20,264 mAh/g in 100 mA/g and 10,699 mAh/g in 500 mA/g at the first cycle.This work confirms that the prepared Ni/Ti3C2Tx hybrid exhibiting better cycling stability points out a new guideline to improve the electrochemical performance of lithium-oxygen batteries.Caiying Wen Tianjiao Zhu Xingyu Li Huifeng Li Xianqiang Huang Genban Sun 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,4:2

11Activation of lineage competence in hemogenic endothelium precedes the formation of hematopoietic stem cell heterogeneity显示文摘Hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) are considered as a heterogeneous population, but precisely when, where and how HSPC heterogeneity arises remain largely unclear. Here, using a combination of single-cell multi-omics, lineage tracing and functional assays, we show that embryonic HSPCs originate from heterogeneous hemogenic endothelial cells (HECs) during zebrafish embryogenesis. Integrated single-cell transcriptome and chromatin accessibility analysis demonstrates transcriptional heterogeneity and regulatory programs that prime lymphoid/myeloid fates at the HEC level. Importantly, spi^(2+) HECs give rise to lymphoid/myeloid-primed HSPCs (L/M-HSPCs) and display a stress-responsive function under acute inflammation. Moreover, we uncover that Spi2 is required for the formation of L/M-HSPCs through tightly controlling the endothelial-to-hematopoietic transition program. Finally, single-cell transcriptional comparison of zebrafish and human HECs and human induced pluripotent stem cell-based hematopoietic differentiation results support the evolutionary conservation of L/M-HECs and a conserved role of SPI1 (spi2 homolog in mammals) in humans.
