1Using Airgun Source Signals to Study Regional Wave Velocity Changes before and after the Yunlong M_S5.0 and Yangbi M_S5.1 Earthquakes显示文摘On the basis of the airgun source signals recorded by the stations from January,2016 to June,2017,we use cross-correlation detection technology to obtain the characteristics of the stable phase travel time change of each station.We used the Yunlong MS5.0 and Yangbi MS5.1 earthquakes as samples.According to regional characteristics,13 stations with high signal-to-noise ratios and complete data were selected(including 3 fixed stations and 10 active source stations).They are divided into four regions,and on the basis of the GNSS baseline data,the characteristics of regional wave velocity changes before and after the earthquake are analyzed.The results show that the station phase travel time change and the regional stress characteristics represented by the GNSS baseline data have good correlation in the short-term.Due to different degrees of regional stress,there are differences in the travel time changes of different stations in the four regions.Before the Yunlong MS5.0 and Yangbi MS5.1 earthquakes,with regional stress adjustment,there is an upward trend in the travel time changes of related stations in the adjacent areas of up to 0.02 s.The difference is that there are differences in the time nodes and duration of the travel time anomalies,and there is a reverse descent process after the Yangbi MS5.1 earthquake.There are different degrees of travel time fluctuations in the relevant stations before and after the two earthquakes,but the fluctuation range before and after the earthquake was small.Compared with the water level change of the reservoir,the adjustment of the regional stress is more likely to have a substantial impact on the travel time changes of the relevant stations.YANG Jianwen LI Lei ZHANG Pengying YE Beng HE Yingwen CHEN Jia CHA Wenjian 2019Earthquake Research in China2019,33,2:4

6Chitosan and β-cyclodextrin Microspheres as Pulmonary Sustained Delivery Systems显示文摘Chitosan andβ-cyclodextrin were used to prepare microspheres with theophylline for pulmonary delivery by spray drying method.The characteristics,mucociliotoxicity,permeation rate and drug release were studied.The drug entrapments of microspheresⅠ,ⅡandⅢ were from 35.70%to 21.09% and 13.33%,while yields and encapsulation efficiencies were higher than 45% and about 90% respectively. The microspheres possessed low tap densities(0.34-0.48 g/cm3),appropriate diameters(3.35-3.94μm)and theoretical aerodynamics diameters(2.20-3.04μm).SEM images showed the microspheres were spherical with smooth or wrinkled surface surfaces.FT-IR demonstrated theophylline had formed hydrogen bonds with chitosan and β-cyclodextrin.The microspheres could effectively reduce the ciliotoxicity and easy to penetrate the memberine.The in vitro release of the microspheres was related to the ratio of drug/polymer and microspheresⅡ had a prolong release,providing the release of 72.00%in 12 h.The results suggestes that chitosan/β-cyclodextrin microspheresⅡare a promising carrier as sustained release for pulmonary delivery.ZHANG Weifen CHEN Xiguang LI Piwu HE Qiangzhi ZHOU Huiyun CHA Dongsu 2008Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2008,23,4:2

20A urinary proteomic landscape of COVID-19 progression identifies signaling pathways and therapeutic options显示文摘Signaling pathway alterations in COVID-19 of living humans as well as therapeutic targets of the host proteins are not clear.We analyzed 317 urine proteomes,including 86 COVID-19,55 pneumonia and 176 healthy controls,and identified specific RNA virus detector protein DDX58/RIG-I only in COVID-19 samples.Comparison of the COVID-19 urinary proteomes with controls revealed major pathway alterations in immunity,metabolism and protein localization.Biomarkers that may stratify severe symptoms from moderate ones suggested that macrophage induced inflammation and thrombolysis may play a critical role in worsening the disease.Hyper activation of the TCA cycle is evident and a macrophage enriched enzyme CLYBL is up regulated in COVID-19 patients.As CLYBL converts the immune modulatory TCA cycle metabolite itaconate through the citramalyl-CoA intermediate to acetyl-CoA,an increase in CLYBL may lead to the depletion of itaconate,limiting its anti-inflammatory function.These observations suggest that supplementation of itaconate and inhibition of CLYBL are possible therapeutic options for treating COVID-19,opening an avenue of modulating host defense as a means of combating SARS-CoV-2 viruses.Yuntao Liu Lan Song Nairen Zheng Jinwen Shi Hongxing Wu Xing Yang Nianci Xue Xing Chen Yimin Li Changqing Sun Cha Chen Lijuan Tang Xiaotian Ni Yi Wang Yaling Shi Jianwen Guo Guangshun Wang Zhongde Zhang Jun Qin 2022Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,9:1
