| 1 | 农田土壤有机碳含量对作物产量影响的模拟研究显示文摘【目的】探求土壤有机碳含量对作物产量的影响,以期为保障国家粮食安全和耕地持续利用与管理提供决策依据。【方法】利用农田生态系统生物地球化学模型DNDC,针对中国东北、华北、西北、中南、华东和西南6个典型农业区域,每个区域选择各自典型的种植模式和现行的农田管理措施,在各自特定的土壤和气候条件下,输入并运行模型,模拟考察在其它投入条件不变的情况下,改变土壤有机碳本底值对作物产量的影响。【结果】当土壤有机碳含量(SOC)增加1g C.kg-1,东北地区玉米产量可增加176kg·hm-2;华北地区夏玉米与冬小麦轮作,产量可增加约454kg·hm-2;西北地区春玉米产量约可增加328kg·hm-2;中南地区单季水稻产量可增加约185kg·hm-2;华东地区双季稻产量可增加约266kg·hm-2;西南地区水稻与冬小麦轮作产量可增加约229kg·hm-2。【结论】在其它投入既定的条件下,全国各地区均存在通过提高耕地土壤有机碳含量来增加作物产量的潜力。保持较高水平的土壤有机碳含量对节本增效具有十分明显的作用。 | 邱建军 王立刚 李虎 唐华俊 Changsheng Li Eric Van Ranst | 2009 | 中国农业科学2009,42,1: | 68 |
| 2 | 东北三省耕地土壤有机碳储量变化的模拟研究显示文摘利用农业生态系统生物地球化学模型(DNDC)方法,在GIS区域数据库支持下运行模型,研究了东北三省地区土壤有机碳储量状况,及其在现行农田管理措施下的变化特征。结果表明,以1998年为例,东北三省耕地土壤有机碳(SOC)储量(0-30cm土层)约为124 348万t,黑龙江、吉林和辽宁省分别占58.4%、25.5%和16.1%;在目前的农作制度下土壤有机碳库处于严重的负平衡,每年净丢失有机碳3122万t,黑龙江、吉林和辽宁省分别占59.3%、25.9%和14.8%;单位面积耕地SOC年减少量高达2.05 t·ha-1,黑龙江、吉林耕地SOC丢失最严重。增加秸秆还田比例,提倡免耕和人畜粪便还田,增施有机肥都有助于土壤有机碳的积累和有效地保持土壤有机碳平衡。 | 邱建军 王立刚 唐华俊 李红 Changsheng Li | 2004 | 中国农业科学2004,37,8: | 58 |

| 4 | Studies on the Situation of Soil Organic Carbon Storage in Croplands in Northeast of China显示文摘This paper aims to estimate the soil organic carbon (SOC) storage in Northeast of China, identify its balance situation and changing trends under current cropping systems, and finally put forward some strategies to keep the SOC in balance. A biogeochemical model (DNDC) for agro-ecosystem was employed to predict SOC dynamics in agricultural ecosystems at regional scale. Data on climate, soil properties, cropping systems, acreage, and management practices at county scale were collected from various sources and integrated into a GIS database to support the model runs at the regional scale. The model predicted results revealed that (1) Total SOC storage in agricultural lands in Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning provinces in Northeast of China is about 1 243.48 × 106 t (0-30cm soil layer), respectively occupying 58.4, 25.5 and 16.1%; (2) Under the current cultivation systems, SOC is in a situation of net loss with carbon losing at a high rate of 31.22 × 106 t a-1 (respectively 59.3, 25.9 and 14.8% in Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning provinces) and 2.05 t ha-1 a-1, the situation is more serious in Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces; and (3) Protective cultivations, such as manuring, returning more residue of crop to the field, adopting no-till, are very useful for the accumulation of SOC in these regions. | QIU Jian-jun WANG Li-gang TANG Hua-jun LI Hong Changsheng LI | 2005 | Agricultural Sciences in China2005,4,8: | 18 |

| 8 | Damage Identification in Simply Supported Bridge Based on Rotational-Angle Influence Lines Method显示文摘To locate and quantify local damage in a simply supported bridge, in this study, we derived a rotational-angle influence line equation of a simply supported beam model with local damage. Using the diagram multiplication method, we introduce an analytical formula for a novel damage-identification indicator, namely the diff erence of rotational-angle influence linescurvature(DRAIL-C). If the initial stiff ness of the simply supported beam is known, the analytical formula can be effectively used to determine the extent of damage under certain circumstances. We determined the effectiveness and anti-noise performance of this new damage-identification method using numerical examples of a simply supported beam, a simply supported hollow-slab bridge, and a simply supported truss bridge. The results show that the DRAIL-C is directly proportional to the moving concentrated load and inversely proportional to the distance between the bridge support and the concentrated load and the distance between the damaged truss girder and the angle measuring points. | 12 | Control of Surface Thermal Scratch of Strip in Tandem Cold Rolling显示文摘The thermal scratch seriously affects the surface quality of the cold rolled stainless steel strip. Some researchers have carried out qualitative and theoretical studies in this field. However, there is currently a lack of research on effective forecast and control of thermal scratch defects in practical production, especially in tandem cold rolling. In order to establish precise mathematical model of oil film thickness in deformation zone, the lubrication in cold rolling process of SUS410L stainless steel strip is studied, and major factors affecting oil film thickness are also analyzed. According to the principle of statistics, mathematical model of critical oil film thickness in deformation zone for thermal scratch is built, with fitting and regression analytical method, and then based on temperature comparison method, the criterion for deciding thermal scratch defects is put forward. Storing and calling data through SQL Server 2010, a software on thermal scratch defects control is developed through Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 by MFC technique for stainless steel in tandem cold rolling, and then it is put into practical production. Statistics indicate that the hit rate of thermal scratch is as high as 92.38%, and the occurrence rate of thermal scratch is decreased by 89.13%. Owing to the application of the software, the rolling speed is increased by approximately 9.3%. | 16 | Validation of housekeeping genes as internal controls for studying the gene expression in Pyropia haitanensis(Bangiales, Rhodophyta) by quantitative real-time PCR显示文摘Pyropia haitanensis is an economically important mariculture crop in China and has a high research value for several life phenomena, for example environmental tolerance. To explore the mechanisms underlying these characteristics, gene expression has been investigated at the whole transcriptome level. Gene expression studies using quantitative real-time PCR should start by selecting an appropriate internal control gene; therefore, the absolute expression abundance of six housekeeping genes(18S rRNA(18S), ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme(UBC), actin(ACT), β-tubulin(TUB), elongation factors 2(EF2), and glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GAPDH) examined by the quantitative real-time PCR in samples corresponding to different strains, life-cycle stages and abiotic stress treatments. Their expression stabilities were assessed by the comparative cycle threshold(Ct) method and by two different software packages: geNorm and NormFinder. The most stable housekeeping gene is UBC and the least stable housekeeping is GADPH. Thus, it is proposed that the most appropriate internal control gene for expression analyses in P. haitanensis is UBC. | 18 | Multi-functional polyethersulfone nanofibrous membranes with ultra-high adsorption capacity and ultra-fast removal rates for dyes and bacteria显示文摘The adsorption technology has been widely applied in water remediation for contamination removal of dyes and bacteria,by virtue of the advantages of adsorption technology including high efficiency,energy conservation and ease of operation.Simultaneous removal of dyes and bacteria has been realized by some reported materials,but to achieve satisfactory adsorption amounts and rates remain an unmet goal for decades.Herein,a poly(methacrylatoethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride-co-methyl methacrylate)copolymer was synthesized,and then blended with polyethersulfone for the fabrication of nanofibrous membranes via electrospinning for the use of fast and massive removal of dyes and bacteria.Owing to the introduction of abundant quaternary ammonium groups,the maximum adsorption amount for methyl orange was up to 909.8 mg g^(-1).In addition,the modified nanofibrous membranes showed good recyclability,broad applications in severe environments,selective adsorption ability,and excellent dynamic removal performance.Especially,thanks to the abundant functional groups,the membranes showed fast adsorption ability for bacteria through electrostatic interaction.It should be noted that the clearance ratio for Staphylococcus aureus or Escherichia coli by 6 min of static adsorption could reach 93%or 90%for each.Additionally,dynamic removal ratio via filtration with the nanofibrous membranes could reach 99.7%for Staphylococcus aureus or 98.7%for Escherichia coli in 90 s.Therefore,the proposed approach towards the quaternary ammonium modified polyethersulfone nanofibrous membranes creates a new route for ultra-high adsorption capacity and ultra-fast removal rates for dyes and bacteria in water remediation. | Jianxu Bao Hang Li Yuanting Xu Shengqiu Chen Zhoujun Wang Chunji Jiang Huilin Li Zhiwei Wei Shudong Sun Weifeng Zhao Changsheng Zhao | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,19: | 4 |

The result shows that clusters are formed by nanoparticles and large pores can be seen on the surface of the TiO2 films. The short circuit photocurrent density and photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cells are obviously enhanced compared with those without modification. The relationship between the photoelectric conversion efficiency and the amount of Ti-sol was investigated.
