| 1 | Regulation of OsSPX1 and OsSPX3 on Expression of OsSPX Domain Genes and Pi-starvation Signaling in Rice显示文摘The rice(Oryza sativa L.) genome contains at least six genes exclusively with an SPX(SYG1/PHO81/XPR1) domain at the N-terminal,designated as OsSPX1-6.Here we report the diverse expression patterns of the OsSPX genes in different tissues and their responses to Pi-starvation.Among them,five genes,OsSPX1,2,3,5 and 6 are responsive to Pi-starvation in shoots and/or in roots.The subcellular localization analysis indicates that OsSPX1 and OsSPX2 is exclusively located in nucleus,OsSPX3 in the cytoplasm,and OsSPX4 is a membrane localization protein.OsSPX1 regulates OsSPX2,3 and 5 at the transcription level and is positively involved in the responses of the genes to Pi-starvation.Overexpression of OsSPX3 downregulates OsSPX5 in shoots under Pi-sufficiency.OsSPX3 negatively regulates the PSI(Pi-starvation induced) gene,OsIPS1 and is involved in the responses of miR399 and OsPHO2 to Pi-starvation.Our results suggest that OsSPX1 may be a regulator involved in the transcriptions of OsSPX2,3 and 5.OsSPX3 plays a role in OsIPS1/miR399 mediated long distance regulation on OsPHO2.Our results also indicate that OsSPX3 is involved in plant tolerance to Pi-starvation stress. | Zhiye Wang Han Hu Hongjie Huang Ke Duan Zhong changWu Ping Wu | 2009 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2009，51，7： | 18 |
| 2 | Irinotecan plus S-1 versus S-1 in patients with previously treated recurrent or metastatic esophageal cancer(ESWN 01):a prospective randomized,multicenter,open-labeled phase 3 trial显示文摘Background:The benefit of systemic treatments in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)which has pro-gressed after chemotherapy is still uncertain and optimal regimens based on randomized trials have not yet been established.We aimed to compare the efficacy of irinotecan plus S-1 with S-1 monotherapy in recurrent or metastatic ESCC patients who had resistance to platinum-or taxane-based chemotherapy.Methods:We conducted a prospective randomized,multicenter,open-label,phase 3 trial in 15 centers across China.Eligible patients were adults with histologically confirmed recurrent or metastatic ESCC,and were randomly assigned(ratio,1:1)to receive either irinotecan plus S-1(intravenous infusion of irinotecan[160 mg/m2]on day 1 and oral S-1[80-120 mg]on days 1-10,repeated every 14 days)or oral S-1 monotherapy(80-120 mg/day on days 1-14,repeated every 21 days)using a central computerized minimization procedure.The primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS).Results:Between December 23,2014 and July 25,2016,we screened 148 patients and randomly assigned 123 patients to receive either irinotecan plus S-1 regimen(n=61)or S-1 monotherapy(n=62).After a median follow-up of 29.2 months(95%confidence interval[CI]17.5-40.9 months),the median PFS was significantly longer in the irinotecan plus S-1 group than in the S-1 monotherapy group(3.8 months[95%CI 2.9-4.3 months]vs.1.7 months[95%CI 1.4-2.7 months],hazard ratio=0.58,95%CI 0.38-0.86,P=0.006).The objective response rates were 24.6%in the irinotecan plus S-1 group and 9.7%in the S-1 monotherapy group(P=0.002).The patients in the irinotecan plus S-1 group presented with increased rates of grade 3-4 leukopenia(16.4%vs.0%),neutropenia(14.8%vs.1.6%),and nausea(4.9%vs.0%).No significant difference in grade 3-4 diarrhea and no treatment-related deaths were observed in both groups.Conclusions: The combination of irinotecan with S-1 was similarly tolerable but significantly prolonged PFS compared to S-1 monotherapy as a second- or third-line treatment in patients with recurrent or metastatic ESCC. | Jing Huang Binghe Xu Ying Liu Junxing Huang Ping Lu Yi Ba Lin Wu Yuxian Bai Shu Zhang Jifeng Feng Ying Cheng Jie Li Lu Wen Xianglin Yuan Changwu Ma Chunhong Hu Qingxia Fan Xi Wang | 2019 | Cancer Communications2019，39，1： | 8 |

| 4 | Experimental Research on the Physical and Mechanical Properties of Concrete with Recycled Plastic Aggregates显示文摘In order to study the effect of recycled plastic particles on the physical and mechanical properties of concrete,recycled plastic concrete with 0,3%,5%and 7%content(by weight)was designed.The compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and the change of mass caused by water absorption during curing were measured.The results show that the strength of concrete is increased by adding recycled plastic into concrete.Among them,the compressive strength and the splitting tensile strength of concrete is the best when the plastic content is 5%.With the increase of plastic content,the development speed of early strength slows down.Silane coupling agent plays a positive role in the strength of recycled plastic concrete.The water absorption saturation of concrete has been basically completed in the early stage.The addition of silane coupling agent makes the porosity of concrete reduce and the water absorption of concrete become poor.By summing up the physical and mechanical properties of recycled plastic concrete,it could be found that the addition of recycled plastic was effective for the modification of concrete materials.Under the control of the amount of recycled plastic,the strength of concrete with recycled plastic aggregates can meet the engineering requirements. | Haikuan Wu Changwu Liu Song Shi Kangliang Chen | 2020 | Journal of Renewable Materials2020，8，7： | 2 |

| 12 | 大肠癌中Livin和IGF-Ⅱ表达的相关性研究(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of the study was to test the expressions of Livin and insulin-like growth factor Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ) in colorectal cancers and discuss their significance of carcinogenesis and progression in colorectal cancers,to provide a new target and theory basement for cancer therapy.Methods:The expressions of Livin and IGF-Ⅱ were detected by immunohistochemistry SABC in 60 cases of colorectal cancer and their associated colorectal tissues,and the associations between the expression levels of Livin and IGF-Ⅱ and clinical pathological characteristics were analyzed.Results:The positive rates of Livin and IGF-Ⅱ in colorectal carcinomas were 68.33% and 63.33% respectively,higher than those of para-carcinomatous normal tissues and colorectal adenomas.There were no significant correlations between the expressions of Livin,IGF-Ⅱ in colorectal carcinomas and the patient's age,sex,tumor size and location,while distant metastasis,Dukes stage,histological type,lymph node metastasis,and whether the tumors have received radiotherapy and chemotherapy were significantly correlated with the expressions of Livin,IGF-Ⅱ in colorectal carcinomas.Conclusion:Livin and IGF-Ⅱ play important roles in carcinogenesis and progression of colorectal cancer.This study showed obvious correlation between the expressions of Livin and IGF-Ⅱ in colorectal cancers.It could be used as the reference for further researches.Livin is hopeful to be a new molecular target in cancer therapy. | Guanming Bao Changwu Zhang Gexin Wang | 2010 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2010，9，8： | 1 |

| 19 | Physical modeling of salt structures in the middle south Atlantic marginal basins and their controlling factors显示文摘With many types of salt structures developed in the Lower Cretaceous Aptian Formation,the passive continental marginal basins in the middle segment of the south Atlantic are hot areas of deep-water petroleum exploration.Based on analysis of differential deformations of salt structures,the influences of the inclination of subsalt slope,subsalt topographic reliefs and basement uplifting on the formation of salt structures were analyzed by physical modeling in this work.The experimental results show that the subsalt slopes in the middle West Africa basins are steeper,so the salt rock is likely to rapidly flow towards the ocean to form larger and fewer salt diapirs.In the Santos and Campos basins,the basement uplifts outside the basins are far from the provenances,which is conducive to the intrusion and accumulation of salt rock on the top of the basement uplifts.In contrast,in the middle West Africa,the basement uplifts are close to the basin margin,the residual salt layers above them are thin,and small triangular salt structures develop on both sides of the uplifts.Moreover,the uplifting of the African plate is also conducive to the full development of salt diapirs in the middle West Africa and results in large-scale thrust faults and folds in the front compressional zone. | YU Yixin TAO Chongzhi SHI Shuaiyu YIN Jinyin WU Changwu LIU Jingjing | 2021 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2021，48，1： | 1 |
