2Optimization of Formula of Matsutake Highland Barley Biscuit by Response Surface Methodology显示文摘Taking refined flour,matsutake powder,and highland barley powder as main raw materials,this experiment studied the optimal formula of matsutake highland barley biscuit. Besides,single factor experiment was carried out for the amount of highland barley powder,white granulated sugar,and shortening. Then,the response surface optimization analysis was made on crispness and sensory score of the biscuit. 5Recent progress about 2D metal dichalcogenides: Synthesis and application in photodetectors显示文摘In recent years, two-dimensional (2D) layered metal dichalcogenides (MDCs) have received enormous attention on account of their excellent optoelectronic properties. Especially, various MDCs can be constructed into vertical/lateral heterostructures with many novel optical and electrical properties, exhibiting great potential for the application in photodetectors. Therefore, the batch production of 2D MDCs and their heterostructures is crucial for the practical application. Recently, the vapour phase methods have been proved to be dependable for growing large-scale MDCs and related heterostructures with high quality. In this paper, we summarize the latest progress about the synthesis of 2D MDCs and their heterostructures by vapour phase methods. Particular focus is paid to the control of influence factors during the vapour phase growth process. Furthermore, the application of MDCs and their heterostructures in photodetectors with outstanding performance is also outlined. 9In-situ structural evolution of Bi_(2)O_(3) nanoparticle catalysts for CO_(2) electroreduction显示文摘Under the complex external reaction conditions,uncovering the true structural evolution of the catalyst is of profound significance for the establishment of relevant structure–activity relationships and the rational design of electrocatalysts.Here,the surface reconstruction of the catalyst was characterized by ex-situ methods and in-situ Raman spectroscopy in CO_(2)electroreduction.The final results showed that the Bi_(2)O_(3) nanoparticles were transformed into Bi/Bi_(2)O_(3) two-dimensional thin-layer nanosheets(NSs).It is considered to be the active phase in the electrocatalytic process.The Bi/Bi_(2)O_(3) NSs showed good catalytic performance with a Faraday efficiency(FE)of 94.8%for formate and a current density of 26 mA cm^(−2) at−1.01 V.While the catalyst maintained a 90%FE in a wide potential range(−0.91 V to−1.21 V)and long-term stability(24 h).Theoretical calculations support the theory that the excellent performance originates from the enhanced bonding state of surface Bi-Bi,which stabilized the adsorption of the key intermediate OCHO^(∗) and thus promoted the production of formate.Hongbo Wang Chongyang Tang Bo Sun Jiangchao Liu Yan Xia Wenqing Li Changzhong Jiang Dong He Xiangheng Xiao 2022International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing2022,4,3:1

12Analysis on Chemical Constituents of Rhodiola crenulata显示文摘[Objectives] To measure and analyze chemical composition of R. crenulata. [Methods] Taking R. crenulata in Lang County of Tibet as the research object,the routine nutritional components,trace elements and amino acid were determined,and the nutrition was evaluated by the international general evaluation method. [Results]The protein content of R. crenulata in Lang County of Tibet was 2. 08%,and fat was 5. 67%. Amino acid was incomplete amino acid,and Ile,Met + Cys were the first limiting amino acids of rhodiola root protein,while Leu was the second limiting amino acid of rhodiola root protein. The final amino acid score was 0. Magnesium,iron,zinc and other mineral elements were abundant,and there was no mercury,cadmium,lead and other heavy metals residues. 13Experiments and insights of desalination by a freezing/thawing method at low subcooling显示文摘Desalination by freezing/thawing method was a very important method to obtain fresh water from seawater.In this work,desalination by freezing/thawing method was conducted with initial sodium chloride of 3.5 wt% in consideration of stirring speed,freezing time and subcooling.The subcooling ranged from 1.2 K to 4 K.The optimum conditions for desalination in this work were stirring speed of 200 r·min^−1,freezing time of 120 min,and subcooling of 3 K.The results also showed that sodiumchloride cannot be effectively removed by once freezing/thawing process.The maximumremoval efficiency of sodiumchloride was 64.3%.Two major reasons resulting in the impurity of obtained melted water by freezing/thawing method were proposed.The first reason was the inevitable adhesion of salt solution to the surface of ice,which could be removed easily by distilled water flushing.The second reason was that salt solution was heterogeneously wrapped in the accumulated ice,which was difficult to be removed by distilled water flushing.The liquid flushing method was proposed to verify the conjecture,and the results were in accordance with the two reasons mentioned above.Additional method,such as multiple flushing liquid method,was suggested to be used during the freezing/thawing process for effectively removing sodium chloride,and obtaining fresh water.Jun Chen Jianjian Wu Jiafeng Xu Qing Yuan Bin Deng Changzhong Chen Zhi Li 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,12:1

15The effect of Laves phase on heavy-ion radiation response of Nb-containing FeCrAl alloy for accident-tolerant fuel cladding显示文摘As a promising candidate material for the accident tolerant fuel cladding in light water reactors,the Nb-containing FeCrAl alloy has shown outstanding out-of-pile service performance due to the Laves phase precipitation.In this work,the radiation response in FeCrAl alloys with gradient Nb content under heavy ion radiation has been investigated.The focus is on the effect of the Laves phase on irradiation-induced defects and hardening.We found that the phase boundary between the matrix and Laves phase can play a critical role in capturing radiation defects,as verified by in-situ heavy-ion radiation experiments and molecular dynamic simulations.Additionally,the evolution of Laves phase under radiation is analyzed.Radiation-induced amorphization and segregations observed at high radiation doses will deepen the fundamental understanding of the stability of Laves phases in the radiation environment.Hang Xu Shuyao Si Yipeng Li Xiangbing Liu Wenqing Li Changzhong Jiang Shijun Zhao Hui Wang Xiangheng Xiao 2022Fundamental Research2022,2,3:1

17Interfacial Chemistry Enables Highly Reversible Na Extraction/Intercalation in Layered-Oxide Cathode Materials显示文摘Comprehensive Summary Layered transition-metal oxides are promising cathode candidates for sodium-ion batteries.However,the inferior interphase formation and particulate fracture during sodiation/desodiation result in structure degradation and poor stability.Herein,the interface chemistry of P2-Na_(0.640)Ni_(0.343)Mn_(0.657)O_(2)in an electrolyte of 1.0 mol/L NaPF6 in diglyme is unveiled to enable highly reversible Na extraction and intercalation.The uniform and robust cathode-electrolyte interphase layer is in situ formed with decomposition of diglyme molecules and anions in initial cycles.The NaF-and CO-rich CEI film exhibits high mechanical strength and ionic conductivity,which suppresses the reconstruction of its electrode interphase from P2 phase to spinel-like structure and reinforces its structure integrity without cracks.This favours facile Na+transport and stable bulk redox reactions.It is demonstrated to show long cycling stability with capacity retention of 94.4%for 180 cycles and superior rate capability.This investigation highlights the cathode interphase chemistry in sodium-ion batteries.Chenchen Wang Kuan Wang Meng Ren Yaohui Huang Kai Zhang Changzhong Liao Kaimin Shih Pengfei Yan Fujun Li 2023Chinese Journal of Chemistry2023,41,15:0
18Low operating voltage memtransistors based on ion bombarded p-type GeSe nanosheets for artificial synapse applications显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)layered materials have many potential applications in memristors owing to their unique atomic structures and electronic properties.Memristors can overcome the in-memory bottleneck for use in brain-like neuromorphic computing.However,exploiting additional lateral memtransistors based on 2D layered materials remains challenging.There are few studies on p-type semiconductors that have not been theoretically analyzed.In this study,a lateral memtransistor based on p-type GeSe nanosheets is investigated.A threeterminal GeSe memtransistor that modulated the interfacial barrier height was fabricated using low-energy ion irradiation;the memtransistor exhibited a low operating voltage.The memtransistor successfully mimics biological synapse,including neuroplasticity functions,such as short-term plasticity,long-term plasticity,paired-pulse facilitation,and spike-timing-dependent plasticity.The mechanism of interfacial modulation was verified by experimental results and theoretical calculations.The results show that it is feasible to modulate the interface of 2D GeSe nanosheets using low-energy ion irradiation to realize a lateral memtransistor.This may provide promising opportunities for artificial neuromorphic system applications based on 2D layered materials.Jing Wang Dong He Rui Chen Hang Xu Hongbo Wang Menghua Yang Qi Zhang Changzhong Jiang Wenqing Li Xiaoping Ouyang Xiangheng Xiao 2023InfoMat2023,5,12:0
