| 6 | A streamlined high throughput screening method for the Mycobacterium neoaurum mutants with expected yield of biotransformation derivatives from sterols显示文摘Steroidal drugs have wide indications such as anti-inflammation, anti-tumor, endocrine regulation,fertility management. Phytosterol is the main starting materials for the industrial synthesis of steroid drugs. Microbial transformation of phytosterol is a simple and environmentally friendly process. Efficient microbial strains for industrial phytosterol transformation are critical for the commercial success. To this end, a 96-well plate based method was developed to discriminate the mixture of 4-androstene-3,17-dione, androsta-1,4-diene-3,17-dione, and bisnoraldehyde, with different ratio of the 3 components in the mixture, which mimics the sterol bioconversion products by using the Mycobacterium neoaurum. The M. neoaurum bioconversed broth test using phytosterol as substrate also found that the spectrum methodology can evaluate the relative content of different compounds. | 7 | Electroformation and collection of giant liposomes on an integrated microchip显示文摘Giant liposome is an important lipid structure widely used in biological and medical fields. In its main preparation method, electroformation, many influencing factors must be optimized for good effect. How to collect the desired giant liposomes is another major issue. In this work, a microchip with a reactor chamber array was used to study the influences of multiple parameters, and a suitable condition could be achieved rapidly and efficiently. A tailor-made collection chamber was also integrated on the chip. Based on the multifactor and multilevel orthogonal experiment, optimal conditions of the lipid solution, buffer solution, and electric signal were achieved with high efficiency. More than one thousand giant liposomes could be formed in each microscale reactor chamber, and most of them were unilamellar. | 9 | Iridic oxide nanoparticles grown in situ on BCN nanotubes as highly efficient dual electrocatalyst for rechargeable lithium-O2 batteries显示文摘Oxygen cathode catalysts can significantly address the issues faced by Li-O2 battery.In this research,a composite of IrO2 nanoparticles grown in situ on BCN nanotubes(IrO2@BCNNTs)has been synthesized by facile hydrothermal method,which is initially fabricated as cathode catalyst for Li-O2 battery.The results indicate that IrO2@BCNNTs nanocomposite has a better effect on improving the actual discharge capacity,voltage gap and cyclability of Li-O2 battery.In addition,it is also demonstrated that the Ir O2@BCNNTs composite exhibits bifunctional characteristics for both the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)through rotating disk electrode(RDE)measurements.The excellent performances of the synthesized catalyst may be attributed to the unique interconnected tubular structure and strong synergistic effect,which can provide more charged sites and defect sites and then facilitate reversible Li2 O2 formation and decomposition.Therefore,it is promising for applying the rational design of the bifunctional catalyst to Li-O2 battery. | Xufang Li Yajun Zhao Jing Zhang Chaoxiong Li Shan Wu Qiufan Shi Dawei Zhang Qingchun Yang | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,10: | 0 |
