1Microstructure and composition evolution of a single-crystal superalloy caused by elements interdiffusion with an overlay NiCrAlY coating on oxidation显示文摘MCrAlY(M=Ni and/or Co)overlay coating is widely used as a protective coating against high temperature oxidation and corrosion.However,due to its big difference in chemical composition with the underlying superalloy,elements interdiffusion occurs inevitably.One of the direct results is the formation of interdiffusion zone(IDZ)and secondary reaction zone(SRZ)with a high density of fine topological closed-packed phases(TCPs),weakening dramatically the mechanical properties of the alloy substrate.It is by now the main problem of modern high-temperature metallic coatings,but there are still hardly any reports studying the formation,growth and transformation of IDZ and SRZ in deep,as well as the precipitation of TCPs.In this work,a typical NiCrAlY coating is deposited by arc ion plating on a single-crystal superalloy N5.Elements interdiffusion between them and its relationship on microstructure were clarified.Cr rather than Al from the coating diffuses into the alloy at high temperatures and segregates immediately beneath their interface,contributing largely to the formation of IDZ.Simultaneously,diffusion of Ni from the deep alloy to IDZ leads to the formation and continuous expansion of SRZ.Lanlan Yang Minghui Chen Jinlong Wang Yanxin Qiao Pingyi Guo Shenglong Zhu Fuhui Wang 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,42,10:7
2Study on slope reliability method Response Surface Method based on Morgenstern-Price Method显示文摘The combination of Morgenstern-Price Method (MPM) with Response Surface Method (RSM) improves the conventional RSM by replacing Finite-Element Method (FEM) with MPM, which is a type of reliability analysis method--RSM based on MPM, and makes the computing process simpler. The stability of the slope was re-evaluated by use of Monte Carlo method (MCM) and the result contrasted with the fore is the conclusion. 3Expression of human soluble TRAIL in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii chloroplast显示文摘Tumor necrosis factor-related apop-tosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL) induces selectively apoptosis in various tumor cells and virus-infected cells, but rarely in normal cells. A chloroplast expres-sion vector, p64TRAIL, containing the cDNA coding for the soluble TRAIL (sTRAIL), was constructed with clpP-trnL-petB-chlL-rpl23-rpl2 as Chlamydomonas reinhardtii plastid homologous recombinant frag-ments and spectinomycin-resistant aadA gene as a select marker. The plasmid p64TRAIL was trans-ferred into the chloroplast genome of C. reinhardtii by the biolistic method. Three independently trans-formed lines were obtained by 100 mg/L spectino-mycin selection. PCR amplification, Southern blot analysis of the sTRAIL coding region DNA and culti-vation cells in the dark all showed that the exogenous DNA had been integrated into chloroplast genome of C. reinhardtii. Western blot analysis showed that human soluble TRAIL was expressed in C. reinhardtii chloroplast. The densitometric analysis of Western blot indicated that the expressed human sTRAIL protein in the chloroplasts of C. reinhardtii accounted for about 0.43%―0.67% of the total soluble proteins. 4Weaving 3D highly conductive hierarchically interconnected nanoporous web by threading MOF crystals onto multi walled carbon nanotubes for high performance Li-Se battery显示文摘Lithium-selenium(Li-Se)battery has attracted growing attention.Nevertheless,its practical application is still impeded by the shuttle effect of the formed polyselenides.Herein,we report in-situ hydrothermal weaving the three-dimensional(3 D)highly conductive hierarchically interconnected nanoporous web by threading microporous metal organic framework MIL-68(Al)crystals onto multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs).Such 3 D hierarchically nanoporous web(3 D MIL-68(Al)@MWCNTs web)with a very high surface area,a large amount of micropores,electrical conductivity and elasticity strongly traps the soluble polyselenides during the electrochemical reaction and significantly facilitates lithium ion diffusion and electron transportation.Molecular dynamic calculation confirmed the strong affinity of MIL-68(Al)for the adsorption of polyselenides,quite suitable for Li-Se battery.Their hexahedral channels(1.56 nm)are more efficient for the confinement of polyselenides and for the diffusion of electrolytes compared to their smaller triangular channels(0.63 nm).All these excellent characteristics of 3 D MIL-68(Al)@MWCNTs web with suitable confinement of a large amount of selenium and the conductive linkage between MIL-68(Al)host by MWCNTs result in a high capacity of 453 m Ah/g at 0.2 C with 99.5%coulombic efficiency after 200 cycles with significantly improved cycle stability and rate performance.The 3 D MIL-68(Al)@MWCNTs web presents a good performance in Li-Se battery in term of the specific capacity and cycling stability and also in terms of rate performance compared with all the metal-organic framework(MOF)based or MOF derived porous carbons used in Li-Se battery.Chao Li Yingying Wang Hongyan Li Jing Liu Jianping Song Luca Fusaro Zhi-Yi Hu Yanxin Chen Yu Li Bao-Lian Su 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,8:4
5Decomposition of ammonium sulfate residue in a high solid/gas ratio suspension state with an industrial-scale reactor system(production line)显示文摘Ammonium sulfate residue is a particulate solid and is produced during the manufacture of ammonium sulfate fertilizer.The residue used in this study contained a large portion of calcium carbonate,from which active lime(CaO) was recovered via thermal decomposition.We used a purpose-built device to decompose the residue in a semi-suspension state.We found that CaO had the highest activity when residue was decomposed at 850-900 ℃.Our experiments indicated that ammonium sulfate residue should be decomposed in a suspension state to produce active CaO.Based on our laboratory test findings,an industrial-scale production line with a high solid/gas ratio in a suspension state was devised.The optimal operating conditions for the decomposition of the ammonium sulfate residue to produce high quality CaO were also investigated.We found that the CaCO_3 decomposition rate was high and the CaO product was highly active,averaging 170 s by the citric acid method.Morphology measurements showed that the CaO product had a porous structure and a large specific surface ensuring high activity.Qi Li Delong Xu Yanxin Chen Yanfei Yao Zhi Sun Songxiong Ding 2015Particuology2015,13,5:4
6Effect of aging treatment on microstructure and corrosion behavior of a Fe-18Cr-15Mn-0.66N stainless steel显示文摘The effect of aging treatment on the microstructure and corrosion behavior of a Fe-18Cr-15Mn-0.66N high-nitrogen stainless steel(HNSS) in 3.5 wt.% Na Cl solution was investigated using a series of electrochemical tests, scanning electronic microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The results showed that the aging treatment led to the precipitation of CrN particles along the grain boundaries and their morphologies changed from dispersive particles to continuous network as the aging time increased up to 60 min. Aging time had minor effects on the corrosion potential and corrosion current density, but resulted in the sharp decrease in the pitting corrosion potential.The passive film behaved as a n-type semiconductor, and the donor density of the passive film increased with the aging time. Meanwhile, the fraction of stable oxide(CrO) in the passive film decreased with the aging time. 7Two-dimensional Numerical Model for Debris Flows in the Jiangjia Gully,Yunnan Province显示文摘Debris flows are recurrent natural hazards in many mountainous regions.This paper presents a numerical study on the propagation of debris flows in natural erodible open channels,in which the bed erosion and sedimentation processes are important.Based on the Bingham fluid theory,a mathematical model of the two-dimensional non-constant debris flow is developed.The governing equations include the continuity and momentum conservation equations of debris flow,the sediment convection-diffusion equation,the bed erosion-deposition equation and the bed-sediment size gradation adjustment equation.The yield stress and shear stress components are included to describe the dynamic rheological properties.The upwind control-volume Finite Volume Method (FVM) is applied to discretize the convection terms.The improved SIMPLE algorithm with velocity-free-surface coupled correction is developed to solve the equations on non-orthogonal,quadrilateral grids.The model is applied to simulate a debris flow event in Jiangjia Gully,Yunnan Province and to predict the flow pattern and bed erosion-deposition processes.The results show the effectiveness of the proposed numercial model in debris flow simulation and potential hazard analysis.PENG Hong ZHAO Yanxin CUI Peng ZHANG Wanshun CHEN Xuejiao CHEN Xiaoqing 2011Journal of Mountain Science2011,8,6:3

17Development of autonomous navigation controller for agricultural vehicles显示文摘Agricultural vehicles are adopted to undertake farming tasks by traversing along crop rows in the field.Working quality depends significantly on the driving skills of the operator.Automatic guidance has been introduced into agriculture to achieve high-accuracy path tracking during the last decades,which contributes considerably to straight-line navigation.The objective of this research was to develop an autonomous navigation controller that allowed movement autonomy for various agricultural vehicles.Three wheel-type vehicles were used as the test platform featuring automatic steering,hydrostatic transmission and speed control,which included a rice transplanter,a high-clearance sprayer and a tractor.A dual-antenna RTK-GNSS receiver was attached to the vehicles to provide spatial information on both positioning and heading by using the RTX service from Trimble.A path planning method was proposed to create a straight-line reference path by giving two points,and the target path was determined according to the vehicle initial status and working assignment.Headland turning was comprehensively taken into account by listing different turn patterns in order to realize autonomous navigation at the headland.The navigation controller hardware was fabricated for program execution,data processing and information communication with peripherals.A human-machine interface was designed for the operator to complete basic setting,path planning and navigation control by providing controls.Field experiments were conducted to evaluate the performance and versatility of the newly developed autonomous navigation controller in guiding agricultural vehicles to follow straight paths and turn at the headland.Results showed that an appropriate turn pattern was automatically executed when finishing straight-line navigation.The lateral error in straight-line tracking was no more than 6 cm,6 cm and 5 cm for the rice transplanter,the high-clearance sprayer and the tractor,respectively.And the maximum lateral RMS error was 3.10 cm,4.75 cm,2.21 cm in terms of straight-line tracking,which indicated that the newly developed autonomous navigation controller was versatile and of high robustness in guiding various agricultural vehicles.Xiang Yin Yanxin Wang Yulong Chen Chengqian Jin Juan Du 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,4:1
18Corrosion behavior of single-and poly-crystalline dual-phase TiAl–Ti3Al alloy in NaCl solution显示文摘To clarify the correlation of single-crystalline structure with corrosion performance in high-strength TiAl alloys, electrochemical and surface characterization was performed by comparing Ti–45Al–8Nb dual-phase single crystals with their polycrystalline counterparts in NaCl solution. Polarization curves show a lower corrosion rate and a higher pitting potential of ~280 mV for the dual-phase single crystals. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and potentiostatic polarization plots revealed a higher impedance of the charge transfer through the compact passive film.
