| 1 | Protective effects of Yindanxinnaotong capsule in a rat model of myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of Yindanxinnaotong capsule(YDXNTC) and main components compatibility and ratios on myocardium against ischemia/reperfusion injury and the effect's underlying mechanism.METHODS: Myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury(MIRI) was induced by ischemia for 30 min and reperfusion for 30 min. Electrocardiogram data and coronary flow were recorded, and superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA), lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase-MB, cardiac troponin T and I(cT nT, cT n I) and interleukin-1β, interleukin-8,interleukin-18(IL-1β, IL-8, IL-18) in myocardium were measured. Hypoxia/reoxygenation and hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) injury were induced by hypoxia for 3 h/reoxygenation for 2 h, and 100 μM H2O2 for 1 h, respectively, in vitro rat myocardial cells(H9c2). Cell viability, SOD, MDA, cT nT and inflamma-tory factors(IL-1β, IL-8 and IL-18) were determined,and Toll-like receptor 4(TLR-4) expression was measured by western blotting.RESULTS: In the isolated heart experiment, elevated heart function, coronary flow and SOD levels,and decreased MDA levels and inflammatory factors were noted in the YDXNTC, main components and main components compatibility groups. Ventricular tachycardia/ventricular fibrillation occurrence decreased in the ginkgo biloba extract(GBE),and GBE and salvia miltiorrhiza ethanol extract compatibility(SM-E, GSEC) groups. Lactic dehydrogenase levels decreased in the YDXNTC and aqueous extract of salvia miltiorrhiza(SM-H) groups. Creatine kinase-MB decreased with GBE, SM-E, SM-H and GSEC treatment, and cT n I and cT nT levels decreased with GSEC. In the in vitro cell study,YDXNTC and main components ratios improved cell viability and SOD levels, and suppressed MDA,cT nT and inflammatory factors. TLR-4 expression was down-regulated.CONCLUSION: YDXNTC and main components compatibility showed protective effects on MIRI in this rat model and in vitro study. | 2 | Production of Free Amino Acid and Short Peptide Fertilizer from Rapeseed Meal Fermentation Using Bacillus flexus NJNPD41 for Promoting Plant Growth显示文摘Free amino acids and short peptides(FAPS)that play an important role in plant nutrition can be extracted from rapeseed meal(RSM)by microbial enzymolysis.The enzymolytic activity of one bacterial strain isolated from RSM for the production of FAPS fertilizer(FAPSF)via solid-state fermentation,as well as its detoxification activity for isothiocyanates and oxazolidinethione,was investigated in this study.The strain NJNPD41 isolated from RSM piled-soil possessed effective proteolytic activity and was identified as Bacillus flexus on the basis of its morphological,physiological,and biochemical properties,as well as 16S rDNA analysis.Compared to the uninoculated control,inoculation with the strain NJNPD41 significantly increased the yield of total free amino acids and short peptides by 115%and decreased the content of isothiocyanates and oxazolidinethione by 53%and 60%,respectively,after solid-state fermentation.The pot and field experiments showed that FAPSF significantly promoted eggplant growth and enhanced the fruit yield and quality of eggplant compared to the control.In conclusion,this study provided a novel method for the high-value utilization of RSM to produce high-quality and low-toxicity FAPSF using the newly isolated strain B.flexus NJNPD41. | LIU Hongjun ZHONG Xi HUANG Yan QIAO Cece SHAO Cheng LI Rong SHEN Qirong | 2018 | Pedosphere2018,28,2: | 5 |

| 5 | Recent research progress of bimetallic phosphides-based nanomaterials as cocatalyst for photocatalytic hydrogen evolution显示文摘Hydrogen energy(H_(2)) has been considered as the most possible consummate candidates for replacing the traditional fossil fuels because of its higher combustion heat value and lower environmental pollution.Photocatalytic hydrogen evolution(PHE) from water splitting based on semiconductors is a promising technology towards converting solar energy into sustainable H_(2)fuel evolution. Developing high-activity and abundant source semiconductor materials is particularly important to realize highly efficient hydrogen evolution as for photocatalysis technology. However, unmodified pristine photocatalysts are often unable to overcome the weakness of low performance due to their limitations. In recent years, transition metal phosphides(TMPs) were used as valid co-catalysts to replace the classic precious metal materials in the process of photocatalytic reaction owing to their lower cost and higher combustion heat value.What is more, bimetallic phosphides have been also caused widespread concern in H_(2)evolution reaction owing to its much lower overpotential, more superior conductivity, and weaker charge carriers transfer impedance in comparison to those of single metal phosphides. In this minireview, we concluded the latest developments of bimetallic phosphides for a series of photocatalytic reactions. Firstly, we briefly summarize the present loading methods of bimetallic phosphides(BMPs) anchored on the photocatalyst. After that, the H;evolution efficiency based on BMPs as cocatalyst is also studied in detail. Besides, the application of BMPs-based host photocatalyst for H_(2)evolution under dye sensitization effect has also been discussed. At last, the current development prospects and prospective challenges in many ways of BMPs are proposed. | 6 | Screening and evaluation of antioxidants from lees by micro-injector systems combined with a fluorescent probe,N-borylbenzyloxycarbonyl-3,7-dihydroxyphenoxazine,in living Drosophila显示文摘Over the past few decades, the determination of antioxidant activity by chemical probe has been widely reported, but in vivo evaluation via model organisms of Drosophila melanogaster and rapid discovery system has not been studied adequately. In this study, we determined the antioxidant activity of lees and demonstrated the ability of compounds in lees to scavenge H_2O_2 in vitro and in vivo by different chemical probes. Lees increased the ability of Drosophila against oxidative stress and antioxidant enzyme activity in vivo. Five ingredients of organic acids and flavones in lees extract that rapidly scavenged H_2O_2 were revealed by a post-column-derived HPLC-UV-FLD system based on 4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid(PHPAA)chemiluminescence. Additionally, another fluorescent probe,N-borylbenzyloxycarbonyl-3,7-dihydroxyphenoxazine(NBCD), was selected to evaluate the reactive oxygen species(ROS) scavenging capacity of lees in living Drosophila melanogaster using a microfluidic injection test coupled with microscopic imaging analysis, and similar effects were observed in flies when they were treated with tartaric acid and caffeic acid. | 9 | A biobased flame retardant towards improvement of flame retardancy and mechanical property of ethylene vinyl acetate显示文摘A new biobased flame retardant(MHPA)with remarkable compatibility was synthesized via a facile and low-cost neutralization reaction of magnesium hydroxide(MH)and phytic acid(PA).By blending the prepared MHPA into ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA),the fire retardancy,smoke suppression and mechanical properties of the composites were significantly improved.When 50 wt%of MH was added into EVA matrix,the value of limiting oxygen index(LOI)reached 26.1%.Whereas,when 10 wt%MH in the EVA composites(with initial 50 wt%MH)was replaced by MHPA,the resulted EVA composites had a LOI value of 30.8%,indicating high efficiency of addition of MHPA to improve flame retardancy.Moreover,the heat release rate(HRR)and total smoke production(TSP)of the EVA composites reduced by 54.4%and 27.6%,respectively,suggesting that incorporation of MHPA could effectively hinder rapid degradation of EVA composites during burning process.The fire-retardant mechanism may reside in that the MHPA combined with MH can present the excellent carbonization and expansion effects.This study illustrates that the biobased MHPA has a broad application prospect to develop flame-retardant EVA composites. | Siyi Xu Yue Han Cheng Zhou Jianxi Li Liguo Shen Hongjun Lin | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,1: | 1 |

| 18 | Spatial effect and resonance energy transfer for the construction of carbon dots composites with long-lived multicolor afterglow for advanced anticounterfeiting显示文摘Carbon dots(CDs)with room-temperature phosphorescence(RTP)have attracted dramatically growing interest in optical functional materials.However,the photoluminescence mechanism of CDs is still a vital and challenging topic.In this work,we prepared CD-based RTP materials via melting boric acid with various lengths of alkyl amine compounds as precursors.The spatial effect on the structure and the RTP properties of CDs were systematically investigated.With the increase in carbon chain length,the interplanar spacing of the carbon core expands and crosslink-enhanced emission weakens,resulting in a decrease in the phosphorescence intensity and lifetimes.Meanwhile,based on triplet-to-singlet resonance energy transfer,we employed intense and long-lived phosphorescence CDs as the donor and short-lived fluorescent dyes as the acceptor to achieve long-lived multicolor afterglow.By the triplet-to-singlet resonance energy transfer,the afterglow color can change from green to orange.The afterglow lifetimes are more than 0.9 s.Thanks to the outstanding afterglow properties,the composites were used for timeresolved and multiple-color advanced anticounterfeiting.This work will promote the design of multicolor and long-lived afterglow materials and expand their applications. | Qian Cheng Zhiyuan Chen Lai Hu Yuwei Song Senqiang Zhu Rui Liu Hongjun Zhu | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,8: | 0 |
