| 1 | Stoichiometric effect on electrical and near-infrared photodetection properties of full-composition-range GaAs1−xSbx nanowires显示文摘As one of the most important narrow bandgap ternary semiconductors, GaAs1−xSbx nanowires (NWs) have attracted extensive attention recently, due to the superior hole mobility and the tunable bandgap, which covers the whole near-infrared (NIR) region, for technological applications in next-generation high-performance electronics and NIR photodetection. However, it is still a challenge to the synthesis of high-quality GaAs1−xSbx NWs across the entire range of composition, resulting in the lack of correlation investigation among stoichiometry, microstructure, electronics, and NIR photodetection. Here, we demonstrate the success growth of high-quality GaAs1−xSbx NWs with full composition range by adopting a simple and low-cost surfactant-assisted solid source chemical vapor deposition method. All of the as-prepared NWs are uniform, smooth, and straight, without any phase segregation in all stoichiometric compositions. The lattice constants of each NW composition have been well correlated with the chemical stoichiometry and confirmed by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and Raman spectrum. Moreover, with the increase of Sb concentration, the hole mobility of the as-fabricated field-effect-transistors and the responsivity and detectivity of the as-fabricated NIR photodetectors increase accordingly. All the results suggest a careful stoichiometric design is required for achieving optimal NW device performances. | Jiamin Sun Mingming Han Meng Peng Lei Zhang Dong Liu Chengcheng Miao Jiafu Ye Zhiyong Pang Longbing He Hailu Wang Qing Li Peng Wang Lin Wang Xiaoshuang Chen Chongxin Shan Litao Sun Weida Hu Zai-xing Yang | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,11: | 1 |

| 3 | Partial Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Connection and the Nature of Associated Sinus Venosus Defect显示文摘Background:Partial anomalous pulmonary venous connection(PAPVC)is frequently associated with atrial septal defect(ASD),especially sinus venosus defect(SVD).Although Waggstaffe described the pathology of SVDs in 1868,the exact anatomic features and the nature of SVD remains controversial.SVDs with no posterior atrial rim were observed in recent years. However,no studies suggested that absence of the residual posterior atrial septal tissue might be the key feature of SVD.The aims of this study were to investigate if absence of posterior rim of atrial septum played a crucial role in patients with SVD.Methods:From January 2011 to December 2019,256 children with PAPVC combined ASD and 878 children with isolated ASD who underwent corrective cardiac surgery were consecutively enrolled.Comprehensive review of preoperative transthoracic echocardiography,computed-tomography images and surgical findings were performed by experienced pediatric cardiologists. The subtypes of PAPVC,locations and types of ASD,and presence of posterior atrial rim of associated ASD were investigated. Results:PAPVC was right-sided in 244 children,left-sided in 6 children, and bilateral in 6 children. In PAPVC cases,ASD without posterior atrial rim existed in 226 SVD cases.ASD without posterior atrial septum only existed in cases with one or more right pulmonary veins returning to right atrium(RA)or to RA-superior vena cava junction. In cases with isolated ASD,there were 3 SVD,and the other 875 cases were secundum ASD.Conclusions:ASD without posterior atrial rims was associated with one or more right pulmonary veins returning to RA or RA-superior venous cava(SVC)junction. For SVD,the key feature is that the defect is in the posterior of the interatrial septum with no posterior septal rim, rather than adjacent to the SVC or to the inferior vena cava. | Ling Sun Chengcheng Pang Xiaoyan Wang Mingguo Xu Zhiwei Zhang Shushui Wang | 2022 | Congenital Heart Disease2022,17,2: | 0 |
| 4 | Screening Coarctation of Aorta with Clinical and Echocardiographic Profiles in Infants:A Pilot Study显示文摘Aim:To determine the profiles of clinical features including four-limb blood pressure(BP),saturations of peripheral oxygen(SpO2),and echocardiographic features in infants with coarctation of aorta(CoA)to facilitate congenital heart diseases screening. Methods:The charts of infants with CoA were retrospectively reviewed. All in-hospital infants suspected of congenital heart diseases by clinical teams were prospectively measured of four limbs BPs and SpO2 in a regional cardiac transferring center during 2013 and 2019.Echocardiography as a gold standard test was followed within 2 days after suspicion. All infants were divided into non-significant CoA group or significant CoA group based on the difference of BPs between right arm and lower limbs.Predictors of nonsignificant CoA were determined with multivariable logistic regression. Results:One hundred thirty-three infants with CoA were identified. The BPs on upper limbs were higher than those on lower limbs(P=0.001).No statistical difference in SpO2 was found between four limbs.Fifty-three(39.8%)infants presented with significant CoA.Thirty-four infants presented with low SpO2 and 26 of 34 presented with non-significant CoA.Small ascending aorta diameter[0.070(95%CI:0.005–0.136),P=0.036]was an independent risk factors for non-significant CoA.Eighteen(13.5%)infants with CoA didn’t present with any of the BP difference, low SpO2,murmur,or weak femoral pulse. Conclusion:Less than half of the infants with CoA presented with a significant BP difference.Another one fifth presented with low SpO2.Small ascending aorta diameter was an independent factor for non-significant CoA. | Ruikun Zou Yifei Wang Chengcheng Pang Yunxia Sun Chen Chen Jian Zhuang | 2021 | Congenital Heart Disease2021,16,2: | 0 |
