1International consensus statement on robotic hepatectomy surgery in 2018显示文摘The robotic surgical system has been applied in liver surgery. However,controversies concerns exist regarding a variety of factors including the safety,feasibility, efficacy, and cost-effectiveness of robotic surgery. To promote the development of robotic hepatectomy, this study aimed to evaluate the current status of robotic hepatectomy and provide sixty experts' consensus and recommendations to promote its development. Based on the World Health Organization Handbook for Guideline Development, a Consensus Steering Group and a Consensus Development Group were established to determine the topics, prepare evidence-based documents, and generate recommendations. The GRADE Grid method and Delphi vote were used to formulate the recommendations. A total of 22 topics were prepared analyzed and widely discussed during the 4 meetings. Based on the published articles and expert panel opinion, 7 recommendations were generated by the GRADE method using an evidence-based method, which focused on the safety, feasibility, indication,techniques and cost-effectiveness of hepatectomy. 2Is the AIM65 score useful in predicting outcomes in peptic ulcer bleeding?显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the applicability of AIMS65 scores in predicting outcomes of peptic ulcer bleeding.METHODS:This was a retrospective study in a single center between January 2006 and December 2011.We enrolled 522 patients with upper gastrointestinal haemorrhage who visited the emergency room.Highrisk patients were regarded as those who had rebleeding within 30 d from the first endoscopy as well as those who died within 30 d of visiting the Emergency room.A total of 149 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding were analysed,and the AIMS65 score was used to retrospectively predict the high-risk patients.RESULTS:A total of 149 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding were analysed.The poor outcome group comprised 28 patients[male:23(82.1%)vs female:5(10.7%)]while the good outcome group included 121patients[male:93(76.9%)vs female:28(23.1%)].The mean age in each group was not significantly different.The mean serum albumin levels in the poor outcome group were slightly lower than those in the good outcome group(P=0.072).For the prediction of poor outcome,the AIMS65 score had a sensitivity of35.5%(95%CI:27.0-44.8)and a specificity of 82.1%(95%CI:63.1-93.9)at a score of 0.The AIMS65 score was insufficient for predicting outcomes in peptic ulcer bleeding(area under curve=0.571;95%CI:0.49-0.65).CONCLUSION:The AIMS65 score may therefore not be suitable for predicting clinical outcomes in peptic ulcer bleeding.Low albumin levels may be a risk factor associated with high mortality in peptic ulcer bleeding.Sung Hoon Jung Jung Hwan Oh Hye Yeon Lee Joon Won Jeong Se Eun Go Chan Ran You Eun Jung Jeon Sang Wook Choi 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,7:6
3Multiple-patterning colloidal lithography-implemented scalable manufacturing of heat-tolerant titanium nitride broadband absorbers in the visible to near-infrared显示文摘Broadband perfect absorbers have been intensively researched for decades because of their near-perfect absorption optical property that can be applied to diverse applications. Unfortunately, achieving large-scale and heat-tolerant absorbers has been remained challenging work because of costly and time-consuming lithography methods and thermolability of materials, respectively. Here, we demonstrate a thermally robust titanium nitride broadband absorber with >95% absorption efficiency in the visible and near-infrared region (400–900 nm). A relatively large-scale (2.5 cm × 2.5 cm) absorber device is fabricated by using a fabrication technique of multiple-patterning colloidal lithography. The optical properties of the absorber are still maintained even after heating at the temperatures >600 ∘C. 4Effects of microalgal polyunsaturated fatty acid oil on body weight and lipid accumulation in the liver of C57BL/6 mice fed a high fat diet显示文摘Dietary polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFAs),which are abundant in marine fish oils,have recently received global attention for their prominent anti-obesogenic effects.Among PUFAs,eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA;20:5n-3)and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA;22:6n-3),which are n-3 long-chain PUFAs widely referred to as omega-3 oils,were reported to prevent the development of obesity in rodents and humans.In the present study,we evaluated the anti-obesity effects of microalgal oil on high-fat induced obese C57BL/6 mice,compared with commercial omega-3fish oil and vegetable corn oil.Microalgal oil is an inherent mixture of several PUFAs,including EPA,DHA and other fatty acids produced from a marine microalgal strain of Thraustochytriidae sp.derived mutant.It was found to contain more PUFAs(>80%) and more omega-3 oils than commercial omega-3 fish oil(PUFAs >31%)and corn oil(PUFAs 59%).All three types of oils induced weight loss in high-fat-induced obese mice,with the loss induced by microalgal oil being most significant at 9 weeks(10%reduction).However,the oils tested did not improve blood lipid levels,although microalgal oil showed an apparent inhibitory effect on lipid accumulation in the liver.These findings may be attributed to the higher PUFA content,including omega-3 oils of microalgal oil than other oils.Collectively,these findings suggest that microalgal oil,derived from Thraustochytriidae sp.derived mutant,is a prominent candidate for replacement of omega-3 fish oils based on its apparent anti-obesity effect in vivo.Ryeo-Eun Go Kyung-A Hwang Geon-Tae Park Hae-Miru Lee Geum-A Lee Cho-Won Kim So-Ye Jeon Jeong-Woo Seo Won-Kyung Hong Kyung-Chul Choi 2016The Journal of Biomedical Research2016,30,3:2

7Microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of binary Mg-xBi(x=2,5,and 8 wt%)alloys显示文摘The microstructures and mechanical properties of Mg-x Bi(x=2,5,and 8 wt%)were investigated compared with pure Mg.The ascast Mg-Bi billets consist of dendriticα-Mg grain matrix,divorced eutectic Mg_(3)Bi_(2) phase and secondary precipitated Mg_(3)Bi_(2) phase.After homogenization,secondary precipitated Mg_(3)Bi_(2) particles were all dissolved into the matrix,while most of the divorced eutectic Mg_(3)Bi_(2) intermetallic compounds retained.All the as-extruded samples exhibit fully dynamic recrystallization(DRX)and the average grain size decreases and the amount of nano-scale Mg_(3)Bi_(2) precipitates increases with increasing Bi content.Additionally,Bi alloying has little influence on the texture of the as-extruded pure Mg,with all the samples showing typical basal texture.As the results of grain refinement and precipitation hardening,the strengths of the as-extruded samples increase under both tensile and compressive tests.Besides,the yield asymmetry significantly decreases with Bi content.Moreover,all the as-extruded samples represent similar ductility under compression,while the tensile elongation first increases and then decreases with more Bi added.The as-extruded Mg-5Bi alloy demonstrates good combination of strength and ductility.However,Mg-8Bi alloy displays lower tensile ductility than that of Mg-5Bi alloy due to the presence of abundant undissolved coarse Mg_(3)Bi_(2) particles,which act as cracking sources during tensile test.Furthermore,the strain hardening rate,strain hardening exponent n,and hardening capacity Hc are greatly reduced by Bi addition,mainly owing to the enhanced synergy effects of grain refinement and numerous Mg_(3)Bi_(2) precipitates.Hui Yu Shaoda Fan Shuaiju Meng Jae Ok Choi Zhongjie Li Yohan Go Young Min Kim Weimin Zhao Bong Sun You Kwang Seon Shin 2021Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2021,9,3:1
