| 1 | Alloying Design for High Wear-Resistant Cast Hot-Forging Die Steels显示文摘The alloying design of cast hot-forging die steels was analyzed.The relationship of the life of east hot-forg- ing dies with the failure patterns was studied.The thermal wear resistance was believed to be the key property for the alloying design of cast hot-forging die steels. The alloying design parameters were selected and optimized for the cast hot-forging die steel with high wear resistance.The wear resistance of the optimized east die steel was evaluated in comparison with commercial H13 steels and 3Cr2WSV steel. In the new cast hot-forging die steel, VC is predomi- nant carbide with Cr and Mo as the main solution elements inα-Fe. It is found that the cast die steel has significantly lower wear rate than normal H13 steel and 3Cr2W8V steel, almost the same as that of high purity H13 steel. | 2 | Synthesis of novel CeO_2–BiVO_4/FAC composites with enhanced visible-light photocatalytic properties显示文摘To utilize visible light more effectively in photocatalytic reactions,a fly ash cenosphere(FAC)-supported CeO2–BiVO4(CeO2–BiVO4/FAC)composite photocatalyst was prepared by modified metalorganic decomposition and impregnation methods.The physical and photophysical properties of the composite have been characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and UV–Visible diffuse reflectance spectra.The XRD patterns exhibited characteristic diffraction peaks of both BiVO4and CeO2crystalline phases.The XPS results showed that Ce was present as both Ce4+and Ce3+oxidation states in CeO2and dispersed on the surface of BiVO4to constitute a p–n heterojunction composite.The absorption threshold of the CeO2–BiVO4/FAC composite shifted to a longer wavelength in the UV–Vis absorption spectrum compared to the pure CeO2and pure BiVO4.The composites exhibited enhanced photocatalytic activity for Methylene Blue(MB)degradation under visible light irradiation.It was found that the 7.5 wt.%CeO2–BiVO4/FAC composite showed the highest photocatalytic activity for MB dye wastewater treatment. | Jin Zhang Bing Wang Chuang Li Hao Cui Jianping Zhai Qin Li | 2014 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2014,26,9: | 7 |

| 6 | Synthesis, characterization and photocatalytic application of H_3PW_(12)O_(40)/BiVO_4 composite photocatalyst显示文摘A series of H3PW12O40/BiVO4 composite with different H3PW12O40 loadings were prepared using a hydrothermal and impregnation method. The prepared composites were characterized by XRD, Raman, SEM, XPS, and DRS techniques. The bandgap of the composite was narrower compared with the as-prepared pure BiVO4 . As a novel photocatalytic material, the photocatalytic performance of the H3PW12O40/BiVO4 composite was investigated by the degradation of methylene blue (MB) dye solution under visible light irradiation and compared with that of pure BiVO4 . The results revealed that the introduction of H3PW12O40 could improve the photocatalytic performance and different concentrations of H3PW12O40 resulted in different photocatalytic activities. The highest activity was obtained by the sample with a loading HPW concentration of 10 wt%. The reason for the enhanced photocatalytic activities of H3PW12O40/BiVO4 samples was also discussed in this paper. | 8 | A Review on the Architecture of Software Defined Network显示文摘Software defined network(SDN) is a promising network architecture which can simplify network management, ease deployment of network applications, and enable independent evolution of control plane and data plane. However, the separation of control plane and data plane intensifies performance concerns. In this paper, we review the performance of SDN from the perspective of I Ching which has a history of more than two and half millennia of commentary and interpretation, and provides inspiration to the worlds of business, military and religion. We utilize I Ching to model and abstract the architecture of SDN, and discuss the architecture and performance of SDN based on the statements of I Ching. Then we study current works and researches on the performance and architecture of SDN, and discuss the promising directions to the development and evolvement of SDN. | 9 | Hot Deformation Behavior and Workability of(SiC_p + Mg_2B_2O_(5w))/6061 Al Hybrid and SiC_p/6061 Al Composites显示文摘The hot deformation behavior of(3 vol%SiC_p + 3 vol%Mg_2B_2O_(5w))/6061 Al(W_3P_3) hybrid composite and6 vol%SiCp/6061 Al(P_6) composite have been characterized in the temperature range of 300-450 ℃ and strain rate range of 0.0001-0.1 s^(-1) using isothermal constant true strain rate tests.The flow behavior and processing maps have been investigated using the corrected data to eliminate the effect of friction.Under the same deformation conditions,the compressive resistance of the singular composite remains superior to that of the hybrid composites.The processing map of W_3P_3 hybrid composite exhibits a single hot working domain at the temperature between 350 and 450 ℃ with strain rate between 0.0001 and 0.003 s^(-1)(domain A).Two hot working domains exist for P_6 composite:(i) 300-400 ℃/0.0001-0.003 s^(-1)(domain Bl);(ii) 380-450 ℃/0.01-0.1 s^(-1)(domain B2).The processing maps also reveal the flow instability of the two composites,which is associated with whiskers breakage,whisker/matrix interfacial debonding,SiCp/matrix interfacial decohesion,adiabatic shear bands or flow localization,and wedge cracking in the corresponding regions.The estimated apparent activation energies are about 224 kJ mol^(-1) in domain A for W3P3 hybrid composite,177 kJ mol^(-1) in domain Bl and 263 kJ mol^(-1) in domain B2 for P_6 composite,respectively.These values are higher than that for self-diffusion in Al(142 kJ mol^(-1)),suggesting that there is a significant contribution from the back stress caused by the presence of particles and/or whiskers in the matrix.The deformation mechanisms corresponding to domain Bl and domain B2 are dislocation climb controlled creep and cross-slip for P_6 composite,respectively.For W_3P_3 hybrid composite,the deformation mechanisms contain dislocation climb controlled creep and grain boundary sliding caused by DRX in domain A. | Mingliang Wang Peipeng Jin Jinhui Wang Li Han Chuang Cui | 2014 | Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2014,27,1: | 2 |

| 13 | Versatile sensing devices for self-driven designated therapy based on robust breathable composite films显示文摘Flexible wearable electronics were developed for applications such as electronic skins,human-machine interactions,healthcare monitoring,and anti-infection therapy.But conventional materials showed impermeability,single sensing ability,and no designated therapy,which hindered their applications.Thus it was still a great challenge to develop electronic devices with multifunctional sensing properties and self-driven anti-infection therapy.Herein,flexible and breathable on-skin electronic devices for multifunctional fabric based sensing and self-driven designated anti-infection therapy were prepared successfully with cellulose nanocrystals/iron(Ⅲ)ion/polyvinyl alcohol(CNC/Fe^(3+)/PVA)composite.The resultant composite films possessed robust mechanical performances,outstanding conductivity,and distinguished breathability(3.03 kg/(m^(2)·d)),which benefited from the multiple interactions of weak hydrogen bonds and Fe^(3+) chelation and synergistic effects among CNC,polyaniline(PANI),and PVA.Surprisingly,the film could be assembled as a multifunctional sensor to actively monitor real-time physical and infection related signals such as temperature,moisture,pH,NH3,and human movements even at sweat states.More importantly,this multifunctional device could act as a self-driven therapist to eliminate bacterial by the release of Fe^(3+),which was driven by the damage of metal coordination Fe-O bonds due to the high temperature caused by infection at wound sites.Thus,the composite films had potential versatile applications in electronic skins,smart wound dressings,human-machine interactions,and self-driven anti-infection therapy. | Zhaofeng Ouyang Songbo Cui Houyong Yu Dewen Xu Chuang Wang Dongping Tang Kam Chiu Tam | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,2: | 1 |
