| 1 | SnS_2@C Hollow Nanospheres with Robust Structural Stability as High?Performance Anodes for Sodium Ion Batteries显示文摘Constructing unique and highly stable structures with plenty of electroactive sites in sodium storage materials is a key factor for achieving improved electrochemical properties through favorable sodium ion di usion kinetics. An SnS_2@carbon hollow nanospheres(SnS_2@C) has been designed and fabricated via a facile solvothermal route, followed by an annealing treatment. The SnS_2@C hybrid possesses an ideal hollow structure, rich active sites, a large electrode/electrolyte interface, a shortened ion transport pathway, and, importantly, a bu er space for volume change, generated from the repeated insertion/extraction of sodium ions. | 2 | Fracture analysis of rock mass based on 3-D nonlinear Finite Element Method显示文摘Traditional fracture analysis is based on fracture mechanics and damage mechanics. They focus on the propagation of the fracture. However, their propagation criterions are not easily applied in practice and the current analysis is limited in planar problem. This paper presents a new theory that the occurrence of the unbalanced force (derived from the Deformation Reinforcement Theory) could be the criterion of the initiation of the fracture, and the distribution area and propagation of the unbalanced force could be the indication of the fracture propagation direction. By aggregate analysis with Stress Intensity Factor (SIF) criterion, the unbalanced force actually is the opposite external load that is the SIF difference incurred between the external loads and permitted by the structure. Numerical simulation and physical experiments on pre-fracture cuboid rock specimens proved that the occurrence of the unbalanced force could be the initiation of the fracture. Mesh size dependence was also considered by analysis of different mesh size finite element gravity dam models. Furthermore, the theory was applied to the feasibility analysis of the Baihetan arch dam together with physical experiments in order to evaluate the fracture propagation of dam heel. | 6 | A 20.8-Gbps Dual-Carrier Wireless Communication Link in 220-GHz Band显示文摘With the successful demonstration of terahertz(THz)high-speed wireless data transmission,the THz frequencies are now becoming a worth candidate for post-5G wireless communications.On the other hand,to bring THz communications a step closer to real scenario application,solving high data rate realtime transmission is also an important issue.This paper describes a 220-GHz solid-state dual-carrier wireless link whose maximum transmission real-time data rates are 20.8 Gbps(10.4 Gbps per channel).By aggregating two carrier signals in the THz band,the contradiction between high real-time data rate communication and low sampling rate analog-to-digital(ADC)and digital-to-analog converter(DAC)is alleviated.The transmitting and receiving front-ends consist of 220-GHz diplexers,220-GHz sub-harmonic mixers based on anti-parallel Schottky barrier diodes,G-band low-noise amplifiers(LNA),WR-4.3 band high-gain Cassegrain antennas,high data rates dual-DAC and-ADC baseband platform and other components.The low-density parity-check(LDPC)encoding is also realized to improve the bit error rate(BER)of the received signal.Modulated signals are centered at 214.4 GHz and 220.6 GHz with-11.9 dBm and-13.4 dBm output power for channel 1 and 2,respectively.This link is demonstrated to achieve 20.8-Gbps real-time data transmission using 16-QAM modulation over a distance of 1030 m.The measured signal to noise ratio(SNR)is 17.3 dB and 16.5 dB,the corresponding BER is 8.6e-7 and 3.8e-7,respectively.Furthermore,4K video transmission is also carried out which is clear and free of stutter.The successful transmission of aggregated channels in this wireless link shows the great potential of THz communication for future wireless high-rate real-time data transmission applications. | Yinian Feng Bo Zhang Chen Zhi Ke Liu Weilong Liu Fang Shen Chuanqi Qiao Jicong Zhang Yong Fan Xiaobo Yang | 2021 | China Communications2021,18,5: | 2 |

| 12 | Decellularized extracellular matrix mediates tissue construction and regeneration显示文摘Contributing to organ formation and tissue regeneration,extracellular matrix(ECM)constituents provide tissue with three-dimensional(3D)structural integrity and cellular-function regulation.Containing the crucial traits of the cellular microenvironment,ECM substitutes mediate cell–matrix interactions to prompt stem-cell proliferation and differentiation for 3D organoid construction in vitro or tissue regeneration in vivo.However,these ECMs are often applied generically and have yet to be extensively developed for specific cell types in 3D cultures.Cultured cells also produce rich ECM,particularly stromal cells.Cellular ECM improves 3D culture development in vitro and tissue remodeling during wound healing after implantation into the host as well.Gaining better insight into ECM derived from either tissue or cells that regulate 3D tissue reconstruction or organ regeneration helps us to select,produce,and implant the most suitable ECM and thus promote 3D organoid culture and tissue remodeling for in vivo regeneration.Overall,the decellularization methodologies and tissue/cell-derived ECM as scaffolds or cellular-growth supplements used in cell propagation and differentiation for 3D tissue culture in vitro are discussed.Moreover,current preclinical applications by which ECM components modulate the wound-healing process are reviewed. | Chuanqi Liu Ming Pei Qingfeng Li Yuanyuan Zhang | 2022 | Frontiers of Medicine2022,16,1: | 1 |
