| 2 | Olmutinib(HM61713) reversed multidrug resistance by inhibiting the activity of ATPbinding cassette subfamily G member 2 in vitro and in vivo显示文摘Overexpressing of ATP-binding cassette(ABC) transporters is the essential cause of multidrug resistance(MDR), which is a significant hurdle to the success of chemotherapy in many cancers.Therefore, inhibiting the activity of ABC transporters may be a logical approach to circumvent MDR.Olmutinib is an epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI), which has been approved in South Korea for advanced EGFR T790 M-positive non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Here,we found that olmutinib significantly increased the sensitivity of chemotherapy drug in ABCG2-overexpressing cells. Furthermore, olmutinib could also increase the retention of doxorubicin(DOX) and rhodamine 123(Rho 123) in ABC transporter subfamily G member 2(ABCG2)-overexpressing cells. In addition, olmutinib was found to stimulate ATPase activity and inhibit photolabeling of ABCG2 with [^(125) I]-iodoarylazidoprazosin(IAAP). However, olmutinib neither altered ABCG2 expression at protein and m RNA levels nor blocked EGFR, Her-2 downstream signaling of AKT and ERK. Importantly,olmutinib enhanced the efficacy of topotecan on the inhibition of S1-MI-80 cell xenograft growth. All the results suggest that olmutinib reverses ABCG2-mediated MDR by binding to ATP bind site of ABCG2 and increasing intracellular chemotherapeutic drug accumulation. | 3 | Radiative transfer models(RTMs)for field phenotyping inversion of rice based on UAV hyperspectral remote sensing显示文摘The nondestructive and rapid acquisition of rice field phenotyping information is very important for the precision management of the rice growth process.In this research,the phenotyping information LAI(leaf area index),leaf chlorophyll content(C_(ab)),canopy water content(C_(w)),and dry matter content(C_(dm))of rice was inversed based on the hyperspectral remote sensing technology of an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV).The improved Sobol global sensitivity analysis(GSA)method was used to analyze the input parameters of the PROSAIL model in the spectral band range of 400-1100 nm,which was obtained by hyperspectral remote sensing by the UAV.The results show that C_(ab) mainly affects the spectrum on 400-780 nm band,C_(dm) on 760-1000 nm band,C_(w) on 900-1100 nm band,and LAI on the entire band.The hyperspectral data of the 400-1100 nm band of the rice canopy were acquired by using the M600 UAV remote sensing platform,and the radiance calibration was converted to the canopy emission rate.In combination with the PROSAIL model,the particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to retrieve rice phenotyping information by constructing the cost function.The results showed the following:(1)an accuracy of R^(2)=0.833 and RMSE=0.0969,where RMSE denotes root-mean-square error,was obtained for C_(ab) retrieval;R^(2)=0.816 and RMSE=0.1012 for LAI inversion;R^(2)=0.793 and RMSE=0.1084 for C_(dm);and R^(2)=0.665 and RMSE=0.1325 for C_(w).The C_(w) inversion accuracy was not particularly high.(2)The same band will be affected by multiple parameters at the same time.(3)This study adopted the rice phenotyping information inversion method to expand the rice hyperspectral information acquisition field of a UAV based on the phenotypic information retrieval accuracy using a high level of field spectral radiometric accuracy.The inversion method featured a good mechanism,high universality,and easy implementation,which can provide a reference for nondestructive and rapid inversion of rice biochemical parameters using UAV hyperspectral remote sensing. | Yu Fenghua Xu Tongyu Du Wen Ma Hang Zhang Guosheng Chen Chunling | 2017 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,4: | 8 |
| 4 | Relationships of ozone formation sensitivity with precursors emissions,meteorology and land use types,in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,China显示文摘Due to the influences of precursors emissions,meteorology,geography and other factors,ozone formation sensitivity(OFS)is generally spatially and temporally heterogeneous.This study characterized detailed spatial and temporal variations of OFS in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA)from 2012 to 2016 based on OMI satellite data,and analyzed the relationships of OFS with precursors emissions,meteorology and land use types(LUTs).From 2012 to 2016,the OFS tended to be NOx-limited in GBA,with the value of FNR(HCHO/NO 2)increasing from 2.04 to 2.22.According to the total annual emission statistics of precursors,NOx emissions decreased by 33.1%and VOCs emissions increased by 35.2%from 2012 to 2016,directly resulting in OFS tending to be NO x-limited.The Grey Relation Analysis results show that total column water(TCW),surface net solar radiation(SSR),air temperature at 2 m(T2)and surface pressure(SP)are the top four meteorological factors with the greatest influences on OFS.There are significant positive correlations between FNR and T2,SSR,TCW,and significant negative correlations between FNR and SP.In GBA,the OFS tends to be NO x-limited regime in wet season(higher T2,SSR,TCW and lower SP)and VOCs-limited regime in dry season(lower T2,SSR,TCW and higher SP).The FNR displays obvious gradient variations on different LUTs,with the highest in“Rural areas”,second in“Suburban areas”and lowest in“Urban areas”. | Yuping Chen Hui Yan Yijuan Yao Chunling Zeng Ping Gao Liyue Zhuang Liya Fan Daiqi Ye | 2020 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,8: | 5 |
| 5 | Multi-objective optimization design of wheat centralized seed feeding device based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm显示文摘In order to solve the problem of interaction between multiple evaluation indexes of seed metering performance under multiple factors of centralized seed feeding device,a multi-objective optimization of structure based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm was proposed in this paper.The wheat centralized seed feeding device was taken as the research object,and the experimental factors were cone angle of type hole,working speed and seed filling gap.The working process of wheat centralized seed feeding device was simulated by discrete element method(DEM).The average seed number of type hole,the variation coefficient of the average seed number of type hole,and the maximum tangential force between seed and seed feeding mechanism were selected as the evaluation indexes.Through the variance analysis of the evaluation indexes by the experimental factors,the optimization objective function was constructed.Using PSO algorithm,the multi-objective optimization was carried out for the wheat centralized seed feeding device.The optimization results show that the best structural combination parameters of the wheat centralized seed feeding device are the hole cone angle of 31.6°and the seed filling gap of 4.6 mm.The validity of the method was verified by simulation and field test.The results show that the PSO algorithm multi-objective optimization method proposed in this paper can provide a reference for the structural improvement and optimal design of the centralized seed feeding device. | Qingqing Wang Zhaodong Li Weiwei Wang Chunling Zhang Liqing Chen Ling Wan | 2020 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,6: | 4 |

| 7 | Short-term environmental enrichment exposure induces proliferation and maturation of doublecortin-positive cells in the prefrontal cortex显示文摘Previous studies have demonstrated that doublecortin-positive immature neurons exist predominantly in the superficial layer of the cerebral cortex of adult mammals such as guinea pigs, and these neurons exhibit very weak properties of self-proliferation during adulthood under physiological conditions. To verify whether environmental enrichment has an impact on the proliferation and maturation of these immature neurons in the prefrontal cortex of adult guinea pigs, healthy adult guinea pigs were subjected to short-term environmental enrichment. Animals were allowed to play with various cognitive and physical stimulating objects over a period of 2 weeks, twice per day, for 60 minutes each. Immunofluorescence staining results indicated that the number of doublecortin-positive cells in layer II of the prefrontal cortex was significantly increased after short-term environmental enrichment exposure. In addition, these doublecortin-positive cells co-expressed 5-bromo-2-deoxyuridine(a marker of cell proliferation), c-Fos(a marker of cell viability) and NeuN(a marker of mature neurons). | 8 | Heat-fluid-solid coupling model for gas-bearing coal seam and numerical modeling on gas drainage promotion by heat injection显示文摘Improving the absorbed gas to active desorption and seepage and delaying gas drainage attenuation are considered as key methods for increasing drainage efficiency and gas output.According to the solid mechanics theory,the nonlinear Darcy seepage theory and thermodynamics,the heat-fluid-solid coupling model for gassy coal has been improved.The numerical model was founded from the improved multi-field coupling model by COMSOL Multiphysics and gas drainage by borehole down the coal seam enhanced by heat injection was modelled.The results show that the heatfluid-solid model with adsorption effects for gassy coal was well simulated by the improved multi-field model.The mechanism of coal seam gas desorption seepage under the combined action of temperature,stress and adsorption can be well described.Gas desorption and seepage can be enhanced by heat injection into coal seams.The gas drainage rate was directly proportional to the temperature of injected heat in the scope of 30-150 ℃ and increasing in the whole modelleddrainage process (0-1000 d).The increased level was maximum in the initial drainage time and decreasing gradually along with drainage time.The increasing ratio of drainage rate was maximum when the temperature raised from 30 to 60 ℃.Although the drainage rate would increase along with increasing temperature,when exceeding 60 ℃,the increasing ratio of drainage rate with rising temperature would decrease.Gas drainage promotion was more effective in coal seams with lower permeability than with higher permeability.The coal seam temperature in a 5 m distance surrounding the heat injection borehole would rise to around 60 ℃ in 3 months.That was much less than the time of gas drainage in the coal mines in sites with low permeability coal seams.Therefore,it is valuable and feasible to inject heat into coal seams to promote gas drainage,and this has strong feasibility for coal seams with low permeability which are widespread in China. | Ruifu Yuan Chunling Chen Xiao Wei Xiaojun Li | 2019 | International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2019,6,4: | 4 |
| 9 | Establishment and characterization of arsenic trioxide resistant KB/ATO cells显示文摘Arsenic trioxide(ATO) is used as a chemotherapeutic agent for the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia. However, increasing drug resistance is reducing its efficacy. Therefore, a better understanding of ATO resistance mechanism is required. In this study, we established an ATO-resistant human epidermoid carcinoma cell line, KB/ATO, from its parental KB-3-1 cells. In addition to ATO, KB/ATO cells also exhibited cross-resistance to other anticancer drugs such as cisplatin, antimony potassium tartrate, and 6-mercaptopurine. The arsenic accumulation in KB/ATO cells was significantly lower than that in KB-3-1 cells. Further analysis indicated that neither application of P-glycoprotein inhibitor, breast cancer resistant protein(BCRP) inhibitor, or multidrug resistance protein 1(MRP1) inhibitor could eliminate ATO resistance. We found that the expression level of ABCB6 was increased in KB/ATO cells.In conclusion, ABCB6 could be an important factor for ATO resistance in KB/ATO cells. | 13 | Effects of blade sliding cutting angle and stem level on cutting energy of rice stems显示文摘Previous studies highlighted the significance of optimizing the cutting blade for crop harvesting and size reduction.This study investigated the effect of blade sliding cutting angle and stem level on cutting energy of single rice stem using a cutting apparatus that combined with texture analyzer.The cutting energy was determined for four blade angles.The results showed that the average cutting energy was the highest for cutting stem upper level and the lowest for cutting stem lower level.It was found that the peak cutting force per unit stem area decreased with blade sliding cutting angle increased.However,the least average cutting energy was 9.12 J/mm^(2) of 45°sliding angle when cutting without counter support blade and 32.3%less than that of 60°sliding angle.When cutting with counter support blade,the cutting energy per unit stem area varied from 6.57 to 12.54 J/mm 2 as the sliding angle varied from 0°to 60°,whereas the peak cutting force per unit stem area varied from 2.46 to 0.98 N/mm 2.It was concluded that the optimal sliding cutting angle was 45°without support blade and 30°with support blade,respectively.The experiments on rice stems in this study indicated that optimization of sliding cutting angle and stem level have a significant effect on cutting energy savings.Also this study emphasized the need to further investigate the effect of the case of more moisture content and cutting speed on the cutting energy to help in selection of optimum cutting speed and harvesting time. | Chunling Zhang Liqing Chen Junfang Xia Jumin Zhang | 2019 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,6: | 2 |
