6In situ assembly of fibrinogen/hyaluronic acid hydrogel via knob-hole interaction for 3D cellular engineering显示文摘Hyaluronic acid(HA)-based hydrogels have applied widely for biomedical applications due to its biocompatibility and biodegradability.However,the use of initiators or crosslinkers during the hydrogel formation may cause cytotoxicity and thereby impair the biocompatibility.Inspired by the crosslinking mechanism of fibrin gel,a novel HA-based hydrogel was developed via the in situ supramolecular assembly based on knob-hole interactions between fibrinogen and knob-grafted HA(knob-g-HA)in this study.The knob-grafted HA was synthesized by coupling knob peptides(GPRPAAC,a mimic peptide of fibrin knob A)to HA via Michael addition.Then the translucent fibrinogen/knob-g-HA hydrogels were prepared by simply mixing the solutions of knob-g-HA and fibrinogen at the knob/hole ratio of 1.2.The rheological behaviors of the fibrinogen/knob-g-HA hydrogels with the fibrinogen concentrations of 50,100 and 200 mg/mL were evaluated,and it was found that the dynamic storage moduli(G0)were higher than the loss moduli(G00)over the whole frequency range for all the groups.The SEM results showed that fibrinogen/knob-g-HA hydrogels presented the heterogeneous mesh-like structures which were different from the honeycomb-like structures of fibrinogen/MA-HA hydrogels.Correspondingly,a higher swelling ratio was obtained in the groups of fibrinogen/knob-g-HA hydrogel.Finally,the cytocompatibility of fibrinogen/knob-g-HA hydrogels was proved by live/dead stainings and MTT assays in the 293T cells encapsulation test.All these results highlight the biological potential of the fibrinogen/knob-g-HA hydrogels for 3D cellular engineering.Shengjie Huang Chunfen Wang Jingwei Xu Lie Ma Changyou Gao 2017Bioactive Materials2017,2,4:1

8Insights into the mechanism of shortened developmental duration and accelerated weight gain associated with Wolbachia infection in Hylyphantes graminicola显示文摘Wolbachia infection is known to affect host reproduction and development.To date,however,the underlying mechanism related to the effects of Wolbachia on host development has not yet been reported.Here,we compared the developmental duration and body weight in different instars of Wolbachia-positive(W+)and Wolbachia-negative(W−)spiders(Hylyphantes graminicola)and detected the relative expression levels of 6 insulin-related genes and 3 ecdysone-related genes using reverse transcription qPCR.Results showed that the developmental duration was significantly shortened in W+spiders compared with W−spiders.Furthermore,W+spiders were significantly heavier thanW−spiders at the 3rd and 4th instars,although no significant differences in body weight were observed after maturity.We also found that the expression levels of insulin-like growth factor-2 mRNA-binding protein-1,insulin-degrading enzyme,and ecdysone-inducible protein-1 genes were significantly down-regulated in W+spiders compared with W−spiders,whereas the expression levels of insulin-like growth factor-binding protein-1,insulin-like peptide receptor,insulin receptor substrate 2-B,insulin-like,ecdysone-induced protein-2,and ecdysone receptor genes were significantly up-regulated inW+spiders.Our results suggest thatWolbachia may influence host development by affecting insulin and ecdysone signaling pathways.Chunfen LI Meng HE Yinjie CUI Yu PENG Jie LIU Yueli YUN 2022Integrative Zoology2022,17,3:0

10Localization Algorithm of Wireless Sensor Network Based on Concentric Circle Distance Calculation显示文摘Node Localization is one of the key technology in the field of wireless sensor network(WSN)that has become a challenging research topic under the lack of distance measurement.In order to solve this problem,a localization algorithm based on concentric circle distance calculation(LACCDC)is proposed.The LA-CCDC takes the beacon as the center of the concentric circle,then divides the task area into concentric circles with the k communication radius of sensor,which forms concentric rings.The node located in the k hops ring intersects the concentric circle with(k−1)r radius that forms an intersection area.This area is used to calculate the distance from the beacon to the unknown node,hyperbola is then adopted to locate the unknown node.In the application scenario with node random distribution,the simulation results show that the LA-CCDC algorithm gets the node location with low error under different node number,different beacons and different communication radius of sensor.KaiGuo Qian Chunfen Pu Yujian Wang ShaoJun Yu Shikai Shen 2020国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2020,,1:0

12Ru-based catalysts for efficient CO_(2) methanation:Synergistic catalysis between oxygen vacancies and basic sites显示文摘The fundamental insights of the reaction mechanism,especially the synergistic effect between oxygen vacancies and basic sites,are highly promising yet challenging for Ru-based catalysts during carbon dioxide(CO_(2))methanation.Herein,a series of Rubased catalysts were employed to study the mechanism of CO_(2) methanation.It is found that Ru/CeO_(2) catalyst exhibits a much higher CO_(2) conversion(86%)and CH4 selectivity(100%),as well as excellent stability of 30 h due to the existence of abundant oxygen vacancies and weak basic sites.Additionally,the in-situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(DRIFTS)and density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that the formate formation step dominated the hydrogenation route on Ru/CeO_(2) catalyst,and the b-HCOO^(*)could be the key intermediate due to b-HCOO^(*)is more easily hydrogenated to methane than m-HCOO^(*).The systematic study marks the significance of precise tailoring of the synergistic relationship between oxygen vacancies and basic sites for achieving the desired performance in CO_(2) methanation.Chunfen Wang Yonglian Lu Yu Zhang Hui Fu Shuzhuang Sun Feng Li Zhiyao Duan Zhen Liu Chunfei Wu Youhe Wang Hongman Sun Zifeng Yan 2023Nano Research2023,16,10:0
13Studies on the interactions of 2,5-diphenyl 1,3,4-oxadiazole and 2,5-diphenyl 1,3-oxazole with β-cyclodextrin显示文摘Interactions of 2,5-diphenyl 1,3,4-oxadiazole (PPD) and 2,5-diphenyl 1,3-oxazole (PPO) with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) are studied by 1H-NMR and steady-state fluorescence measurements, and the stoichiometries and the association constants are estimated. It is found that the hydrophobic interaction is the main driving force for the formation of inclusion complexes of PPD and PPO with β-CD. In the presence of aliphatic alcohols (from 1-propanol to 1-pentanol), PPD and PPO transfer from the CD cavity to the aqueous phase. Quenching experiments of PPD and PPO by iodide further prove the above conclusions. 14A Localization Algorithm in Wireless Sensor Network Based on Positioning Group Quality显示文摘Localization is fundamental component for many critical applicationsin wireless sensor networks (WSNs). However, DV-Hop localization algorithmand its improved ones cannot meet the requirement of positioning accuracy fortheir high localization errors. This paper proposes a localization algorithm basedon positioning group quality (LA-PGQ). The average estimate hop size was firstcorrected by link singularity and difference between the estimation hop lengthand true hop length among beacons, the best positioning group was constitutedfor unknown node by using node trust function and positioning group qualityevaluation function to choose three beacons with best topological distribution.Third, LA-PGQ algorithm uses two-dimensional hyperbolic algorithm instead ofthe classical three-side method/least square method to determine the coordinates ofnodes, which are more accurate.
