1SINS/GNSS integrated navigation system based on maximum versoria filter显示文摘In the missile-borne Strapdown Inertial Navigation System/Global Navigation Satellite System(SINS/GNSS)integrated navigation system,due to the factors such as the high dynamics,the signal blocking by obstacles,the signal intefereces,etc.,there always exist pulse interferences or measurement information interruptions in the satellite receiver,which make nonstationary measurement process.The traditional Kalman Filter(KF)can tackle the state estimation problem under Gaussian white noise,but its performance will be significantly reduced under nonGaussian noises.In order to deal with the non-Gaussian conditions in the actual missile-borne SINS/GNSS integrated navigation systems,a Maximum Versoria Criterion Extended Kalman Filter(MVC-EKF)algorithm is proposed based on the MVC and the idea of M-estimation,which assigns a smaller weight to the anomalous measurements so as to suppress the influence of anomalous measurements on the state estimation while maintaining a relatively low calculation cost.Finally,the integrated navigation simulation experiments prove the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed algorithm.Chunhui ZHAO Zhenyu YANG Xiaoran CHENG Jinwen HU Xiaolei Hou 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,8:3
2Neodymium-doped Yttrium Aluminum Garnet Transparent Laser Ceramics Prepared by Co-precipitation Method显示文摘Transparent polycrystalline neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet ceramics (Nd∶YAG) with better chemical stability, excellent optical and high temperature mechanical property is becoming a new laser host material. The Nd∶YAG precursor powders with loosely dispersed, slightly agglomerated and YAG cubic crystal phase were synthesized at 1100 ℃ by the co-precipitation method combined with the reverse strike, using Nd2O3, Y2O3, Al(NO3)3·9H2O and NH4HCO3 as raw materials, (NH4)2SO4 as electrical stabilizer, TEOS as sintering additive. The Nd∶YAG transparent ceramics were fabricated after being sintered at 1700 ℃ in vacuum for 5 h. The Nd∶YAG ceramic materials were characterized by the TG-DTA, XRD, FT-IR, TEM, FT-PL and FEG-ESEM. The results show that the precursor powders are amorphous at 800 ℃, the large amount YAlO3(YAP) and tiny amout Y3Al5O 12(YAG) appear when the calcination temperature is 890 ℃ and the YAP hexagonal crystal phase transforms to YAG cubic crystal phase at 1012 ℃. There are agglomerations in the precursor powders resulting from the high calcination temperature and the agglomerates link together, but as a whole the particles distribute homogeneously. The lasing wavelength of (Nd 0.01Y 0.99)3Al5O 12 transparent ceramics is 1.065 μm and there exists a slight red-shift compared to the single crystal with the same chemical composition. 8Genome-wide identification of functional enhancers and their potential roles in pig breeding显示文摘Background:The pig is an economically important livestock species and is a widely applied large animal model in medical research.Enhancers are critical regulatory elements that have fundamental functions in evolution,development and disease.Genome-wide quantification of functional enhancers in the pig is needed.Results:We performed self-transcribing active regulatory region sequencing(STARR-seq)in the porcine kidney epithelial PK15 and testicular ST cell lines,and reliably identified 2576 functional enhancers.Most of these enhancers were located in repetitive sequences and were enriched within silent and lowly expressed genes.Enhancers poorly overlapped with chromatin accessibility regions and were highly enriched in chromatin with the repressive histone modification H3K9me3,which is different from predicted pig enhancers detected using ChIP-seq for H3K27ac or/and H3K4me1 modified histones.This suggests that most pig enhancers identified with STARR-seq are endogenously repressed at the chromatin level and may function during cell type-specific development or at specific developmental stages.Additionally,the PPP3CA gene is associated with the loin muscle area trait and the QKI gene is associated with alkaline phosphatase activity that may be regulated by distal functional enhancers.Conclusions:In summary,we generated the first functional enhancer map in PK15 and ST cells for the pig genome and highlight its potential roles in pig breeding.Yinqiao Wu Yuedong Zhang Hang Liu Yun Gao Yuyan Liu Ling Chen Lu Liu David M.Irwin Chunhui Hou Zhongyin Zhou Yaping Zhang 2022Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,6:1

11Understanding Miocene Climate Evolution in Northeastern Tibet: Stable Carbon and Oxygen Isotope Records from the Western Tianshui Basin, China显示文摘To investigate climate evolution during the Miocene, especially during the Middle Miocene climate transition on the northeastern Tibetan Plateau, stable oxygen and carbon isotopes of carbonates from a 288-m-thick lacustrine-fluvial sediment sequence covering the period from 17.1 to 6.1 Ma from Tianshui Basin, China, were analyzed. The relatively low stable oxygen isotope values indicate the prevalence of wet climate conditions during the period of 17.1–13.6 Ma, an interval corresponding to the well-known Middle Miocene Climate Optimum. The interval between 13.6 and 11.0 Ma(i.e., the late Middle Miocene) is marked by a progressive increase in the δ18O values, indicative of a decrease in precipitation, probably linked to the expansion of the East Antarctic Ice Sheet and global cooling since about 14 Ma. The climate in the study area continued to get drier as shown by the enrichment of the heavy oxygen isotope from 11 Ma. 12Comparative tribological behavior of friction composites containing natural graphite and expanded graphite显示文摘In this study, expanded graphite and natural graphite were introduced into resin-based friction materials, and the tribological behavior of the composites was investigated. The tribo-performance of the two friction composites was evaluated using a constant speed friction tester. The results showed that the expanded graphite composite (EGC) displayed better lubricity in both the fading and the recovery processes. The wear rate of the EGC decreased by 22.43%more than that of the natural graphite composite (NGC). In the fading process, and the EGC enhanced the stability of the coefficient of friction. The recovery maintenance rate of the NGC was 4.66% higher than that of the EGC. 13Interactions between HMG proteins (HMG1/2 and HMG14/17) and human ε-globin gene promoter (ε-promoter)显示文摘High mobility group (HMG) proteins are abundant non-histone proteins in the nuclei of eukaryocytes. It has been shown that HMG proteins may play important roles in the structure and function of chromatin. In the present study, the binding of HMG proteins (HMG1/2 and HMG14/17) to the human e-globin gene promoter (e-promo-ter, -177-+1 bp) has been examined by using both the in vitro nucleosome reconstitution and the electrophoresis mobility shift assay (EMSA). We found that HMG1/2 proteins could bind to the naked e-promoter DNA, however, HMG14/17 could not. Using the in vitro nucleosome reconstitution, we revealed that HMG14/17 could bind to the mononucleosome reconstituted in vitro with E-promoter, while HMG1/2 could not. Those results indicate that the binding of HMG proteins to e-promoter is dynamic as the nucleosome assembling and disassembling. 14Global Quantitative Mapping of Enhancers in Rice by STARR-seq显示文摘Enhancers activate transcription in a distance-,orientation-,and position-independent manner,which makes them difficult to be identified. Self-transcribing active regulatory region sequencing (STARR-seq) measures the enhancer activity of millions of DNA fragments in parallel. Here we used STARR-seq to generate a quantitative global map of rice enhancers. Most enhancers were mapped within genes,especially at the 5' untranslated regions (5'UTR) and in coding sequences. Enhancers were also frequently mapped proximal to silent and lowly-expressed genes in transposable element (TE)-rich regions. Analysis of the epigenetic features of enhancers at their endogenous loci revealed that most enhancers do not co-localize with DNase I hypersensitive sites (DHSs) and lack the enhancer mark of histone modification H3K4me1. Clustering analysis of enhancers according to their epigenetic marks revealed that about 40%of identified enhancers car-ried one or more epigenetic marks. Repressive H3K27me3 was frequently enriched with positive marks,H3K4me3 and/or H3K27ac,which together label enhancers. Intergenic enhancers were also predicted based on the location of DHS regions relative to genes,which overlap poorly with STARR-seq enhancers. In summary,we quantitatively identified enhancers by functional analysis in the genome of rice,an important model plant.
