| 1 | Design of Novel S-plane Controller of Autonomous Underwater Vehicle Established on Sliding Mode Control显示文摘Based on the deep analysis of the mathematical model of an autonomous underwater vehicle( AUV),comprehensive considerations are given to the coupling effect of AUV's longitudinal velocity on the other degrees of freedom. In the meantime,discussions are made on the influence of residual buoyancy and restoring moment.A novel S-plane controller established on sliding mode control( SMC) is hereby proposed in this study. The strengths of traditional S-plane controller including simple structure and easily adjustable parameters are maintained in the improved design while the weakness of unsatisfactory control effect at the time of high-speed operation is also overcome. Lyapunov function is introduced to make the stability analysis of the controller before it is successfully applied to the basic motion control of AUV-X. Then the comparative experiment test is carried out between the traditional S-plane controller and the novel S-plane controller. | 3 | Time-Programmed Delivery of Sorafenib and Anti-CD47 Antibody via a Double-Layer-Gel Matrix for Postsurgical Treatment of Breast Cancer显示文摘The highly immunosuppressive microenvironment after surgery has a crucial impact on the recurrence and metastasis in breast cancer patients.Programmable delivery of immunotherapy-involving combinations through a single drug delivery system is highly promising,yet greatly challenging,to reverse postoperative immunosuppression.Here,an injectable hierarchical gel matrix,composed of dual lipid gel(DLG)layers with different soybean phosphatidylcholine/glycerol dioleate mass ratios,was developed to achieve the time-programmed sequential delivery of combined cancer immunotherapy.The outer layer of the DLG matrix was thermally responsive and loaded with sorafenib-adsorbed graphene oxide(GO)nanoparticles.GO under manually controlled near-infrared irradiation generated mild heat and provoked the release of sorafenib first to reeducate tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)and promote an immunogenic tumor microenvironment.The inner layer,loaded with anti-CD47 antibody(aCD47),could maintain the gel state for a much longer time,enabling the sustained release of aCD47 afterward to block the CD47-signal regulatory proteinα(SIRPα)pathway for a long-term antitumor effect.In vivo studies on 4T1 tumor-bearing mouse model demonstrated that the DLG-based strategy efficiently prevented tumor recurrence and metastasis by locally reversing the immunosuppression and synergistically blocking the CD47-dependent immune escape,thereby boosting the systemic immune responses. | Liping Huang Yiyi Zhang Yanan Li Fanling Meng Hongyu Li Huimin Zhang Jiasheng Tu Chunmeng Sun Liang Luo | 2021 | Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,9: | 1 |

| 5 | Macro-superlubricity in sputtered MoS_(2)-based films by decreasing edge pinning effect显示文摘To date,MoS_(2) can only be achieved at microscale.Edge pinning effect caused by structure defects is the most obvious barrier to expand the size of structural superlubricity to macroscale.Herein,we plan to pin edge planes of MoS_(2) with nanospheres,and then the incommensurate structure can be formed between adjacent rolling nanoparticles to reduce friction.The sputtered MoS_(2) film was prepared by the physical vapor deposition(PVD)in advance.Then enough Cu_(2)O nanospheres(~40 nm)were generated in situ at the edge plane of MoS_(2) layers by liquid phase synthesis.An incommensurate structure(mismatch angle(θ)=8°)caused by MoS_(2) layers was formed before friction.The friction coefficient of the films(5 N,1,000 r/min)was~6.0×10^(−3) at the most.During friction,MoS_(2) layers pinned on numerous of Cu_(2)O nanoparticles reduced its edge pinning effect and decreased friction.Moreover,much more incommensurate was formed,developing macro-superlubricity. | Chunmeng DONG Dong JIANG Yanlong FU Desheng WANG Qinqin WANG Lijun WENG Ming HU Xiaoming GAO Jiayi SUN | 2024 | Friction2024,12,1: | 0 |
