1Design of Novel S-plane Controller of Autonomous Underwater Vehicle Established on Sliding Mode Control显示文摘Based on the deep analysis of the mathematical model of an autonomous underwater vehicle( AUV),comprehensive considerations are given to the coupling effect of AUV's longitudinal velocity on the other degrees of freedom. In the meantime,discussions are made on the influence of residual buoyancy and restoring moment.A novel S-plane controller established on sliding mode control( SMC) is hereby proposed in this study. The strengths of traditional S-plane controller including simple structure and easily adjustable parameters are maintained in the improved design while the weakness of unsatisfactory control effect at the time of high-speed operation is also overcome. Lyapunov function is introduced to make the stability analysis of the controller before it is successfully applied to the basic motion control of AUV-X. Then the comparative experiment test is carried out between the traditional S-plane controller and the novel S-plane controller. 2PC4 serves as a negative regulator of skin wound healing in mice显示文摘Background:Human positive cofactor 4(PC4)was initially characterized as a multifunctional transcriptional cofactor,but its role in skin wound healing is still unclear.The purpose of this study was to explore the role of PC4 in skin wound healing through PC4 knock-in mouse model.Methods:A PC4 knock-in mouse model(PC4^(+/+))with a dorsal full-thickness wound was used to investigate the biological functions of PC4 in skin wound healing.Quantitative PCR,Western blot analysis and immunohistochemistry were performed to evaluate the expression of PC4;Sirius red staining and immunofluorescence were performed to explore the change of collagen deposition and angiogenesis.Proliferation and apoptosis were detected using Ki67 staining and TUNEL assay.Primary dermal fibroblasts were isolated from mouse skin to perform cell scratch experiments,cck-8 assay and colony formation assay.Results:The PC4^(+/+)mice were fertile and did not display overt abnormalities but showed an obvious delay in cutaneous healing of dorsal skin.Histological staining showed insufficient re-epithelialization,decreased angiogenesis and collagen deposition,increased apoptosis and decreased cell proliferation in PC4^(+/+)skin.Our data also showed decreased migration rate and proliferation ability in cultured primary fibroblasts from PC4^(+/+)mice in vitro.Conclusions:This study suggests that PC4 might serve as a negative regulator of skin wound healing in mice.Fengying Liao Long Chen Peng Luo Zhongyong Jiang Zelin Chen Ziwen Wang Chi Zhang Yu Wang JintaoHe Qing Wang Yawei Wang Lang Liu Yu Huang Huilan Wang Qingzhi Jiang Min Luo YiboGan Yunsheng Liu Yang Wang Jie Wu Wentao Xie Zhuo Cheng Yali Dai Jialun Li Zujuan Liu Fan Yang Chunmeng Shi 2020Burns & Trauma2020,8,1:1
3Macro-superlubricity in sputtered MoS_(2)-based films by decreasing edge pinning effect显示文摘To date,MoS_(2) can only be achieved at microscale.Edge pinning effect caused by structure defects is the most obvious barrier to expand the size of structural superlubricity to macroscale.Herein,we plan to pin edge planes of MoS_(2) with nanospheres,and then the incommensurate structure can be formed between adjacent rolling nanoparticles to reduce friction.The sputtered MoS_(2) film was prepared by the physical vapor deposition(PVD)in advance.Then enough Cu_(2)O nanospheres(~40 nm)were generated in situ at the edge plane of MoS_(2) layers by liquid phase synthesis.An incommensurate structure(mismatch angle(θ)=8°)caused by MoS_(2) layers was formed before friction.The friction coefficient of the films(5 N,1,000 r/min)was~6.0×10^(−3) at the most.During friction,MoS_(2) layers pinned on numerous of Cu_(2)O nanoparticles reduced its edge pinning effect and decreased friction.Moreover,much more incommensurate was formed,developing macro-superlubricity.Chunmeng DONG Dong JIANG Yanlong FU Desheng WANG Qinqin WANG Lijun WENG Ming HU Xiaoming GAO Jiayi SUN 2024Friction2024,12,1:0
