1Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine injection in treatment of primary liver cancer:a review显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections(TCMIs) for treatment of primary liver cancer(PLC).METHODS:A literature review was conducted using PubMed/Medline,Cochrane Library Controlled Clinical Trials Database,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Scientific Journal Database(CSJD) and China Biology Medicine(CBM).Online websites including journal websites and databases of ongoing trials,as well as some Traditional Chinese Medicine journals that are not indexed in the electronic databases were also searched.RESULTS:The literature review showed that TCMIs as adjunctive medication for the treatment of PLC could regulate patient immunity,reduce bone marrow suppression,relieve clinical symptoms,and improve quality of life,as well as control disease progression and prolong survival time.CONCLUSION:Within the limitations of this review,we conclude that application of TCMIs as adjunctive medication may provide benefits for patients with PLC.Further large,high-quality trials are warranted.Mouduo Li Cuixia Qiao Liping Qin Junyong Zhang Changquan Ling 2012Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2012,32,3:22
2Infrared measurement of temperature field in coal gas desorption显示文摘In order to reveal the temperature change in coal gas desorption process,the temperature variation in coal gas desorption process under different particle sizes is analyzed with infrared thermal imager.The infrared video signals obtained by the experiment are processed with SAT.Then the infrared radiation signals are processed by EMD with Hilbert–Huang and the infrared radiation noise is effectively removed.The research results show that the desorption process,with the change of the temperature,is an endothermic process.The coal absorbs heat when the gas is desorbed and the temperature drops.The coal body temperature drop range is obviously related to coal particle size.The smaller the particle size is,the bigger the temperature drop becomes.The temperature variation curves in the process of coal gas desorption under different particle sizes are fitted,and they comply with the exponential function.The research results lay the theoretical and experimental foundation for non-contact prediction on working face of coal and gas outburst with infrared thermal image technology.Liu Jikun Wang Cuixia He Xueqiu Li Shugang 2014International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2014,24,1:6
3Spectral characteristics of micro-seismic signals obtained during the rupture of coal显示文摘This study was performed to investigate the spectral characteristics of micro-seismic signals observed during the rupture of coal. Coal rupture micro-seismic observations were obtained on a test system that included an electro-hydraulic servo pressure tester controlled by a YAW microcomputer, a micro-seismic sensor, a loading system, and a signal collection system. The results show that the micro-seismic signal increases with increasing compressive stress at the beginning of coal rupture. The signal remains stable for a period at this stage. A large number of micro-seismic signals appear immediately before the main rupture event. The frequency of micro-seismic events reaches a maximum immediately after the coal ruptures. Micro-seismic signals were decomposed into several Intrinsic Mode Functions (IMF's) by the empirical mode decomposition (EMD) method using a Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT). The main fre- quency band of the micro-seismic signals was found to range from 10 to 100 Hz in the Hilbert energy spectrum and from marginal spectrum calculations. The advantage of applying an HHT is that this can extract the main features of the signal. 5Orchestrating antigen delivery and presentation efficiency in lymph node by nanoparticle shape for immune response显示文摘Activating humoral and cellular immunity in lymph nodes(LNs)of nanoparticle-based vaccines is critical to controlling tumors.However,how the physical properties of nanovaccine carriers orchestrate antigen capture,lymphatic delivery,antigen presentation and immune response in LNs is largely unclear.Here,we manufactured gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)with the same size but different shapes(cages,rods,and stars),and loaded tumor antigen as nanovaccines to explore their disparate characters on above four areas.Results revealed that star-shaped AuNPs captured and retained more repetitive antigen epitopes.On lymphatic delivery,both rods and star-shaped nanovaccines mainly drain into the LN follicles region while cage-shaped showed stronger paracortex retention.A surprising finding is that the star-shaped nanovaccines elicited potent humoral immunity,which is mediated by CD4^(+)T helper cell and follicle B cell cooperation significantly preventing tumor growth in the prophylactic study.Interestingly,cage-shaped nanovaccines preferentially presented peptide-MHC I complexes to evoke robust CD8^(+)T cell immunity and showed the strongest therapeutic efficacy when combined with the PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor in established tumor study.These results highlight the importance of nanoparticle shape on antigen delivery and presentation for immune response in LNs,and our findings support the notion that different design strategies are required for prophylactic and therapeutic vaccines.Hongjuan Zhao Yatong Li Beibei Zhao Cuixia Zheng Mengya Niu Qingling Song Xinxin Liu Qianhua Feng Zhenzhong Zhang Lei Wang 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,9:1
6A genome-wide identification of the BLH gene family reveals BLH1 involved in cotton fiber development显示文摘Background:Cotton is the world’s largest and most important source of renewable natural fiber.BEL1-like homeodomain(BLH)genes are ubiquitous in plants and have been reported to contribute to plant development.However,there is no comprehensive characterization of this gene family in cotton.In this study,32,16,and 18 BLH genes were identified from the G.hirsutum,G.arboreum,and G.raimondii genome,respectively.In addition,we also studied the phylogenetic relationships,chromosomal location,gene structure,and gene expression patterns of the BLH genes.Results:The results indicated that these BLH proteins were divided into seven distinct groups by phylogenetic analysis.Among them,25 members were assigned to 15 chromosomes.Furthermore,gene structure,chromosomal location,conserved motifs,and expression level of BLH genes were investigated in G.hirsutum.Expression profiles analysis showed that four genes(GhBLH1_3,GhBLH1_4,GhBLH1_5,and GhBLH1_6)from BLH1 subfamily were highly expressed during the fiber cell elongation period.The expression levels of these genes were significantly induced by gibberellic acid and brassinosteroid,but not auxin.Exogenous application of gibberellic acid significantly enhanced GhBLH1_3,GhBLH1_4,and GhBLH1_5 transcripts.Expression levels of GhBLH1_3 and GhBLH1_4 genes were significantly increased under brassinosteroid treatment.Conclusions:The BLH gene family plays a very important role in many biological processes during plant growth and development.This study deepens our understanding of the role of the GhBLH1 gene involved in fiber development and will help us in breeding better cotton varieties in the future.LIU Cuixia LI Zhifang DOU Lingling YUAN Yi ZOU Changsong SHANG Haihong CUI Langjun XIAO Guanghui 2020Journal of Cotton Research2020,3,3:1
7Interactive System for Video Summarization Based on Multimodal Fusion显示文摘Biography videos based on life performances of prominent figures in history aim to describe great mens' life.In this paper,a novel interactive video summarization for biography video based on multimodal fusion is proposed,which is a novel approach of visualizing the specific features for biography video and interacting with video content by taking advantage of the ability of multimodality.In general,a story of movie progresses by dialogues of characters and the subtitles are produced with the basis on the dialogues which contains all the information related to the movie.In this paper,JGibbsLDA is applied to extract key words from subtitles because the biography video consists of different aspects to depict the characters' whole life.In terms of fusing keywords and key-frames,affinity propagation is adopted to calculate the similarity between each key-frame cluster and keywords.Through the method mentioned above,a video summarization is presented based on multimodal fusion which describes video content more completely.In order to reduce the time spent on searching the interest video content and get the relationship between main characters,a kind of map is adopted to visualize video content and interact with video summarization.An experiment is conducted to evaluate video summarization and the results demonstrate that this system can formally facilitate the exploration of video content while improving interaction and finding events of interest efficiently.Zheng Li Xiaobing Du Cuixia Ma Yanfeng Li Hongan Wang 2019Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2019,28,1:1

15The interaction between furosemide-palladium (Ⅱ) chelate and basic triphenylmethane dyes by resonance Rayleigh scattering spectra and resonance non-linear scattering spectra and their analytical applications显示文摘In pH 4.5-7.0 Britton-Robinson buffer solution,furosemide (FUR) reacted with Pd (II) to form a 1:1 anionic chelate.This chelate could further react with such basic triphenylmethane dyes (BTPMD) as ethyl violet (EV),crystal violet (CV),methyl violet (MV),methyl green (MeG) and brilliant green (BG) to form 1:1 ion-association complexes.This not only resulted in the change of absorption spectra,but also led to the significant enhancement of resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS),second-order scattering (SOS) and frequency doubling scattering (FDS).The maximum RRS wavelengths were located at 324 nm for the EV,CV and MV system,and 340 nm for the BG and MeG system.The maximum SOS wavelengths were located at 550 nm for the EV,CV,BG and MeG system,and 530 nm for the MV system.The maximum scattering peaks of all the systems were at 392 nm for FDS.The enhanced RRS,SOS and FDS intensities were directly proportional to the concentration of FUR.The detection limits for the different dye systems were 0.3-4.9 ng mL-1 for the RRS method,3.2-33.1 ng mL-1 for the SOS method and 9.0-85.7 ng mL-1 for the FDS method.These methods could be used for the determination of trace amounts of FUR.The effects of the formation of ternary ion-association complexes on the spectral characteristics and intensities of absorption,RRS,SOS and FDS have been investigated.The optimum conditions of these reactions,the influencing factors and the analytical properties have been tested.The influences of coexisting substances were tested by RRS method and the results showed that this method exhibited a high sensitivity.Based on the aforementioned research,the highly sensitive,simple and rapid methods for the determination of trace amounts of FUR by resonance light scattering technique have been established,which could be applied to the determination of FUR in tablet,injection,human serum and urine samples.The composition and structure of the ternary ion-association complex and the reaction mechanism were discussed.LI CuiXia,LIU ShaoPu,LIU ZhongFang & HU XiaoLi Key Laboratory on Luminescence and Real-Time Analysis,Ministry of Education School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering,Southwest University,Chongqing 400715,China 2010Science China Chemistry2010,53,8:1
