4Design of TRIP Steel With High Welding and Galvanizing Performance in Light of Thermodynamics and Kinetics显示文摘A new type of transformation induced plasticity (TRIP) steel with not only high strength and high ductility but also superior welding and galvanizing properties was designed and developed recently. Low carbon and low silicon content were preliminarily selected with the aim of meeting the requirements of superior quality in both welding and galvanizing. Phosphorus was chosen as one of the alloying elements, because it could reduce carbon activity in cementite and increase the stability of austenite. In addition, the possibility of phosphorus segregating at grain boundary was also discussed by thermodynamics as well as kinetics. Phase diagram was estimated at high temperature and the composition of the steel was then selected in the hyperperitectic range to avoid problems, which might occur in sheet steel continuous casting. Phase diagram in the inter-critical temperature was estimated for the steel to obtain the starting temperature of fast cooling. For understanding the minimum rate of fast cooling, pearlite growth kinetics was calculated with self-developed diffusion coefficients of elements in grain boundary. 5现场诊断日本血吸虫感染常用方法比较显示文摘目的 比较三种常用诊断日本血吸虫感染的方法 ,在日本血吸虫病流行区进行现场诊断时的特性。方法 在湖北省和江西省各选取一个村庄为研究对象 ,各试点每位居民均接受改良加藤法、间凝法和孵化法检测感染 ,湖北试点只收集一次新鲜粪便标本制作 2张加藤涂片 ,江西试点收集连续 7d的新鲜粪便标本 ,每天制涂片 2张。同时收集相关的流行病学基础资料。结果 在两个试点中 ,各年龄组和性别的各种检测方法的阳性率变化趋势相同 ;间凝法和孵化法的检出率随着感染率的增加而上升。江西试点间凝法的敏感度和特异度分别为80 %和 48% ,单次加藤法和孵化法的敏感度分别为 6 8%和 33 % ;而湖北试点的孵化法阳性率却高于单次加藤法。结论 加藤法为现场诊断首选 ;孵化法易受现场条件限制 ,稳定性较差 ;间凝法假阳性率较高 。余金明 袁鸿昌 杨求吉 SJ de Vlas B Gryseels 2001同济大学学报(医学版)2001,22,1:13

10Studies on the Antibacterial Activity of the Extract of Stachytarpheta angusti folia显示文摘Objective : To investigate the scientific bases for the traditional use of Stachytarpheta angustifolia. Methods: In vitro antibacterial activity of the aqueous and ethanol extract of the plant was investigated using the agar cup plate diffusion method. Results: The ethanol extract of the plant shoued antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli , Streptococcus faecalis , Shigella dysenteriae ,Staphylococcus aureus ( S. Aureus ), Salmonella sp. , Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Neisseria gonorrhoeae, while the water extract was active against Escherichia coli, Streptococcus faecalis, Shigella dysenteriae, Staphylococcus aureus and. Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The ethanol extract exhibited higher antibacterial activity than the water extract. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bacterwidal concentration ( M BC ) of the ethanol extract were 0.65 mg / ml and 0.85 mg / ml , respectively, against S. Aureus. Treatment of the extract at higher temperature, 60 ℃ increased the sensitivity of the test organisms to the plant extract. Phytochemical analysis indicated that the plant possesses tannins, saponins as well as phenols. 12Sessile serrated adenomas:Demographic,endoscopic and pathological characteristics显示文摘AIM:To study the demographic and endoscopic characteristics of patients with sessile serrated adenoma(SSA) in a single center.METHODS:Patients with SSA were identified by review of the pathology database of Mayo Clinic Arizona from 2005 to 2007.A retrospective chart review was performed to extract data on demographics,polyp characteristics,presence of synchronous adenomatous polyps or cancer,polypectomy methods,and related complications.RESULTS:One hundred and seventy-one(2.9%) of all patients undergoing colonoscopy had a total of 226 SSAs.The mean(SE) size of the SSAs was 8.1(0.4) mm;42% of SSAs were ≤ 5 mm,and 69% were ≤ 9 mm.Fifty-one per cent of SSAs were located in the cecum or ascending colon.Approximately half of the patients had synchronous polyps of other histological types,including hyperplastic and adenomatous polyps.Synchronous adenocarcinoma was present in seven(4%) cases.Ninety-seven percent of polyps were removed by colonoscopy.CONCLUSION:Among patients with colon polyps,2.9% were found to have SSAs.Most of the SSAs were located in the right side and were safely managed by colonoscopy.Suryakanth R Gurudu Russell I Heigh Giovanni De Petris Evelyn G Heigh Jonathan A Leighton Shabana F Pasha Isaac B Malagon Ananya Das 2010World Journal of Gastroenterology2010,16,27:7

14Selecting suitable solid organ transplant donors: Reducing the risk of donor-transmitted infections显示文摘Selection of the appropriate donor is essential to a successful allograft recipient outcome for solid organ transplantation. Multiple infectious diseases have been transmitted from the donor to the recipient via transplantation. Donor-transmitted infections cause increased morbidity and mortality to the recipient. In recent years, a series of high-profile transmissions of infections have occurred in organ recipients prompt-ing increased attention on the process of improving the selection of an appropriate donor that balances the shortage of needed allografts with an approach that mitigates the risk of donor-transmitted infection to the recipient. Important advances focused on improving donor screening diagnostics, using previously excluded high-risk donors, and individualizing the selection of allografts to recipients based on their prior infection history are serving to increase the donor pool and improve outcomes after transplant. 15Systematic mechanism-orientated approach to chronic pancreatitis pain显示文摘Pain in chronic pancreatitis(CP) shows similarities with other visceral pain syndromes(i.e.,inflammatory bowel disease and esophagitis),which should thus be managed in a similar fashion.Typical causes of CP pain include increased intrapancreatic pressure,pancreatic inflammation and pancreatic/extrapancreatic complications.Unfortunately,CP pain continues to be a major clinical challenge.It is recognized that ongoing pain may induce altered central pain processing,e.g.,central sensitization or pro-nociceptive pain modulation.When this is present conventional pain treatment targeting the nociceptive focus,e.g.,opioid analgesia or surgical/endoscopic intervention,often fails even if technically successful.If central nervous system pain processing is altered,specific treatment targeting these changes should be instituted(e.g.,gabapentinoids,ketamine or tricyclic antidepressants).Suitable tools are now available to make altered central processing visible,including quantitative sensory testing,electroencephalograpy and(functional) magnetic resonance imaging.These techniques are potentially clinically useful diagnostic tools to analyze central pain processing and thus define optimum management approaches for pain in CP and other visceral pain syndromes.The present review proposes a systematic mechanism-orientated approach to pain management in CP based on a holistic view of the mechanisms involved.Future research should address the circumstances under which central nervous system pain processing changes in CP,and how this is influenced by ongoing nociceptive input and therapies.Thus we hope to predict which patients are at risk for developing chronic pain or not responding to therapy,leading to improved treatment of chronic pain in CP and other visceral pain disorders.Stefan AW Bouwense Marjan de Vries Luuk TW Schreuder Soren S Olesen Jens B Frokjær Asbjorn M Drewes Harry van Goor Oliver HG Wilder-Smith 2015World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,1:6
16Effect of Temperature and Strain Rate on Dynamic Properties of Low Silicon TRIP Steel显示文摘The dynamic tensile test of 0·11C-0·62Si-1·65 Mn TRIP steel was carried out at different strain ratesand test temperatures . The results showthat both temperature and strain rate affect the retained austenite trans-formation . At high strain rates ,the uniformelongation decreases , whereas the total elongation and energy absorp-tionincrease . The tensile strengthis less strain rate sensitive . With raising test temperature ,the tensile strengthis reduced and the mechanical properties generally deteriorate ,especially at 110 ℃. 19Effects of selenomethionine on acute toxicities from concurrent chemoradiation for inoperable stage Ⅲ nonsmall cell lung cancer显示文摘AIM: To prospectively determine the safety and tolerability of oral L-selenomethionine(SLM) with concurrent chemoradiation(CCRT) for Stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and estimate if the incidence and/or severity of adverse events could be reduced by its use.METHODS: Sixteen patients with stage Ⅲ NSCLC were accrued to this single arm, phase Ⅱ study. CCRT consisted of radiation given at 2 Gy per fraction for 30-33 fractions, 5 d per week with concurrent weekly Ⅳ paclitaxel 50 mg/m2 followed by carboplatin dosed at an area under the time-concentration curve of 2. SLM was dosed in a loading phase at 4800 μg twice daily for one week prior to CCRT followed by once daily dosing during treatment. RESULTS: No selenium-related toxicity was observed. Analysis revealed grade 3 or higher esophagitis in 3 of 16 patients(19%), pneumonitis in 0, leukopenia in 2(12.5%), and anemia in 1(6%); the latter two were significantly reduced when compared to the protocolstated expected rate of 35%(P = 0.045 for leukopenia, and P < 0.01 for anemia). Median overall survival was 14.9 mo and median failure-free survival was 9 mo(95%CI: 3.3-21.5).CONCLUSION: There may be some protective benefit of selenium in the setting of CCRT for inoperable NSCLC. The data suggests decreased rates of myelosuppression when compared to similarly-treated historical and contemporary controls.
