1Effects of exogenous enzymes and dietary energy on performance and digestive physiology of broilers显示文摘The study was conducted to compare the effects of XG with AG and BM at different metabolizable energy diets on growth performance, digestive physiology and energy utilization of broilers fed with corn-SBM diet. A 2 × 4 factorial design was used with two basal diets(the positive control group, PC; negative control with ME reduction 100 kcal/ kg, NC) and with or without the addition of three exogenous enzymes(0.02% BM; 0.01% AG; 0.05% XG) respectively. 1,200 one-day-old broilers were randomly allocated to 8 treatments with 10 pens of 15 broilers. There was no significant difference on BW, BWG, and FI at 0-21d, 21-42d or 0-42d for diet, enzymes or their interactions, but FI at 22-42d and 0-42d were tend to be decreased with the addition of enzymes. The F/G was significantly improved by the addition of enzymes especially in NC diet. The dietary AME and TME in PC or NC diet were significantly increased by XG or AG in NC diet. The villus length and V/C of ileum were significantly increased by the addition of BM or XG. XG improved the activities of trypsin, chymotrypsin and amylase, BM improved the activity of trypsin at 21d, and AG improved the activity of chymotrypsin at 21d. Comparing to PC diet, the addition of enzymes in PC or NC diet decreased feed cost per kg body weight gain especially in NC diet(except AG in PC diet) with the highest profits for XG in NC diet. In conclusion, supplementation of 0.02% BM or 0.01% AG or 0.05% XG could improve feed conversion of broilers in corn-soybean meal diet by improving energy utilization and digestive physiology, and also supplementation of 0.05% XG had a preferable efficacy in low energy diet.Jialing Zou Ping Zheng Keying Zhang Xuemei Ding Shiping Bai 2013Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2013,4,4:2
2Photocrosslinking silver nanoparticles–aloe vera–silk fibroin composite hydrogel for treatment of full-thickness cutaneous wounds显示文摘Damage to the skin causes physiological and functional issues.The most effective treatment approach is the use of wound dressings.Silk fibroin(SF)is a promising candidate biomaterial for regulating wound healing;however,its antibacterial properties and biological activity must be further improved.In this study,a photocrosslinking hydrogel was developed to treat full-thickness cutaneous wounds.The composite hydrogel(Ag-AV-SF hydrogel)was prepared by introducing the silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)and aloe vera(AV)as the modifiers.In vitro study exhibited great antibacterial ability,biocompatibility and cell-proliferation and-migration-promoting capacities.It also showed the pH-response releasing properties which release more AgNPs in a simulated chronic infection environment.The healing effect evaluation in vivo showed the healing-promoting ability of the Ag-AV-SF hydrogel was stronger than the single-modifiers groups,and the healing rate of it reached 97.02%on Day 21,higher than the commercial wound dressing,silver sulfadiazine(SS)cream on sale.Additionally,the histological and protein expression results showed that the Ag-AV-SF hydrogel has a greater effect on the pro-healing regenerative phenotype with M2 macrophages at the early stage,reconstructing the blood vessels networks and inhibiting the formation of scars.In summary,the Ag-AV-SF hydrogel developed in this study had good physical properties,overwhelming antibacterial properties,satisfactory biocompatibility and significantly promoting effect on cell proliferation,migration and wound healing.Overall,our results suggest that the Ag-AV-SF hydrogel we developed has great potential for improving the wound healing in clinical treatment.Yangkun Liu JinChuan Fan MingQi Lv Kepeng She Jiale Sun Qingqing Lu Changhao Han SongTao Ding Shuang Zhao GuiXue Wang YuChan Zhang GuangChao Zang 2021Regenerative Biomaterials2021,8,6:2
3UV light absorbers executing synergistic effects of passivating defects and improving photostability for efficient perovskite photovoltaics显示文摘Metal halide perovskite-based solar cells(PSCs) have rapidly-increased power conversion efficiency(PCE)exceeding 25% but poor stability especially under ultraviolet(UV) light. Meanwhile, non-radiative recombination caused by diverse defects in perovskite absorbers and related interfaces is one of the major factors confining further development of PSCs. In this study, we systematically investigate the role of 2-(2-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl)benzotriazole(UVP) additive in perovskite layers. By adjusting the amount of doped UVP, the quality of perovskite absorbers is significantly improved with enlarged grains, longer lifetime and diffusion length of charge carriers. Furthermore, UVP not only reduces defects for less nonradiative recombination, but also matches energy level alignment for efficient interfacial charge extraction. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy confirms that N-donor of UVP molecule coordinates with undercoordinated Pb^(2+) on the surface. Interestingly, UVP incorporated in PbI_(2) protects the perovskite by absorbing UV through the opening and closing of the chelating ring. Eventually, the UVP treated PSCs obtain a champion PCE of 22.46% with remarkably enhanced UV stability, retaining over 90% of initial PCE after 60 m W/cm^(2) strong UV irradiation for 9 h while the control maintaining only 74%. 6All-organic nanocomposite dielectrics contained with polymer dots for high-temperature capacitive energy storage显示文摘High-temperature polymer dielectrics with high energy density are urgently needed for capacitive energy storage fields.However,the huge conduction loss at elevated temperatures makes the capacitive performance of polymers degrade sharply,limiting the application of them.Herein,the polymer dots(PDs)with high-electron-affinity were introduced into high-temperature polymers to prepare all-organic nanocomposite dielectrics by solution casting.It is found that polymer dots capture injected electrons via strong electrostatic attraction and impede charges transport and accumulation inside composites,thus reducing leakage current density and improving high-temperature energy storage performance.Consequently,the high-temperature capacitance performance of nanocomposites was improved significantly and reached over 2.5 times that of the pristine polymers,e.g.,the energy density of polyetherimide(PEI)/PD reached 3.24 J·cm^(-3)with excellent electrical fatigue reliability over 20,000 times.This work addresses the current problem of poor discharged energy density of polymer dielectrics at high temperatures with a simple and universal method.Jiale Ding Wenhan Xu Xuanbo Zhu Zheng Liu Yunhe Zhang Zhenhua Jiang 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0

8Enhanced electrical,mechanical and tribological properties of Cu-Cr-Zr alloys by continuous extrusion forming and subsequent aging treatment显示文摘As a promising material for the new generation of high-speed railway contact wires,the comprehensive optimization of the electrical conductivity,strength,hardness and wear resistance of the Cu-Cr-Zr alloy has received extensive attention.In this paper,a high-performance Cu-1Cr-0.1Zr alloy with an ultimate tensile strength of 599.1 MPa,a uniform elongation of 8.6%,a microhardness of 195.7 HV_(0.2) and an electrical conductivity of 80.07%IACS was achieved by the continuous extrusion forming(CEF)and subsequent peak-aging treatment.The grain refinement strengthening,dislocation strengthening and precipitation strengthening are identified to be responsible for the excellent electrical and mechanical properties of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy.The wear behavior of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy was investigated by examining the evolution of worn surface morphology and subsurface microstructure.The microhardness(H)and reduced elastic modulus(E_(r))of the subsurface below the worn surface measured by nanoindentation were calculated to gage the tribological performance of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy.Results show that the continuously extruded and subsequently peak-aged specimen has the best wear resistance,which indicates that the tribological properties of CuCr-Zr alloy strongly depend on its strength and hardness.It can be concluded that the CEF and subsequent aging treatment process provides a new and high-efficiency procedure for the continuous preparation of Cu-Cr-Zr alloys.Zhe Shen Zhongze Lin Peijian Shi Jiale Zhu Tianxiang Zheng Biao Ding Yifeng Guo Yunbo Zhong 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,15:0
9Ultraviolet‑Irradiated All‑Organic Nanocomposites with Polymer Dots for High‑Temperature Capacitive Energy Storage显示文摘Polymer dielectrics capable of operating efficiently at high electric fields and elevated temperatures are urgently demanded by next-generation electronics and electrical power systems.While inorganic fillers have been extensively utilized to improved high-temperature capacitive performance of dielectric polymers,the presence of thermodynamically incompatible organic and inorganic components may lead to concern about the long-term stability and also complicate film processing.Herein,zero-dimensional polymer dots with high electron affinity are introduced into photoactive allyl-containing poly(aryl ether sulfone)to form the all-organic polymer composites for hightemperature capacitive energy storage.Upon ultraviolet irradiation,the crosslinked polymer composites with polymer dots are efficient in suppressing electrical conduction at high electric fields and elevated temperatures,which significantly reduces the high-field energy loss of the composites at 200℃.Accordingly,the ultraviolet-irradiated composite film exhibits a discharged energy density of 4.2 J cm^(−3)at 200℃.Along with outstanding cyclic stability of capacitive performance at 200℃,this work provides a promising class of dielectric materials for robust high-performance all-organic dielectric nanocomposites.Jiale Ding Yao Zhou Wenhan Xu Fan Yang Danying Zhao Yunhe Zhang Zhenhua Jiang Qing Wang 2024Nano-Micro Letters2024,16,3:0

11Hyperbranched phthalocyanine enabling black-phase formamidinium perovskite solar cells processing and operating in humidity open air显示文摘The extreme instability of pureα-phase FAPbI_(3) under high humidity conditions restricts the highthroughput fabrication in unmodified air environments,resulting in poor performance ofα-phase FAPbI_(3) perovskite devices obtained by scalable fabrication methods.Here we synthesized hyperbranched copper phthalocyanine(HCuPc)as a supramolecular additive with twisted phthalocyanine units to realize the molecular-level encapsulation at the grain boundaries through supramolecular interaction,which greatly broadened the processing window of FAPbI_(3) under high humidity.At the same time,unlike traditional encapsulation layer that carrier can only be collected by tunneling effect,the twisted phthalocyanine ring of HCu Pc in perovskite films is more conducive to hole extraction.Finally,a record efficiency was achieved in pure FAPbI_(3) based inverted structured solar cell by blade-coating to the best of our knowledge,even under unmodified humid air conditions(relative humidity of 65%–85%).The best operational stability of 3D pure FAPbI_(3) devices can also be achieved at the same time and unencapsulated HCuPc-FAPbI_(3) device can even operate with negligible degradation for 100 h in the open air(RH 30%–40%).Rong Li Jiale Ding Xijiao Mu Yifei Kang Anran Wang Weihui Bi Yunhe Zhang Jing Cao Qingfeng Dong 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,8:0
12Enhancement of dual-broadband NIR emissions in Ag NPs embedded tellurite glass doped with Er^(3+)/Tm^(3+)/Ho^(3+) ions显示文摘Tellurite glasses combined with metal silver nanoparticles(Ag NPs) and Er^(3+)/Tm^(3+)/Ho^(3+) ions were synthesized using melting and quenching technique, and the enhanced two-band near-infrared(NIR) fluorescence induced by Ag NPs was reported. Upon the excitation of 808 nm laser diode(LD), dual-broadband and flat NIR fluorescence ranging from 1 350 nm to 1 600 nm and from 1 600 nm to 2 200 nm with full width at half maximum(FWHM) of 154 nm and 374 nm respectively in Ag NPs embedded tellurite glass doped with appropriate concentrations of Er^(3+)/Tm^(3+)/Ho^(3+) ions has an obvious enhancement of about 40% with respect to the glass sample without Ag NPs, which is attributed to the local field effect caused by Ag NPs and energy transfer from Ag species to rare-earth ions.
