| 3 | Design and test of 4ZZ-4A2 full-hydraulic self-propelled jujube harvester显示文摘The cultivated area of jujube in Xinjiang has increased rapidly in recent years.While the jujube harvest by hand has the shortage of high labor intensity,low efficiency and high labor cost,in addition,the harvesting machinery applying to dwarf and dense planting mode of jujubes is unavailable in Xinjiang.The 4ZZ-4A2 based on the full-hydraulic self-propelled jujube harvester was designed to solve the above problems.The harvester was mainly composed of a frame,a vibrating device,a jujube collecting and conveying device,an air separation device,a steering system,a hydraulic system and a jujube suction device and was capable of completing vibration,collection,conveying,cleaning and sundries removal work of jujubes through one step.The jujubes dropped on the ground were picked up at the same time.The AMESim simulation software was adopted to perform simulation analysis on the overall hydraulic system.The results showed that the speed of the vibrating motor was stable at about 650 r/min(the corresponding vibration frequency is 10.83 Hz)with the torque of 80 N·m,the speed of the conveyor motor was stable at 77 r/min with the torque of 77 N·m;the speed of the fan motor was stable at 54 r/min with the torque of 53.6 N·m;the speed of the walking motor fluctuated around 100 r/min with the torque of about 1000 N·m;the hydraulic steering system responded rapidly and could satisfy the actual working requirements of the jujube harvester.The jujube garden test results showed that the harvester could reach to the optimum harvesting effect when running at the speed of 0.5 m/s.Under such speed,the ground jujube picking rate was 45.1%,the tree jujube harvesting rate was 93.2%,the loss rate was 2.9%,and the damage rate was 0.9%.This study can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the jujube harvester. | Wei Fu Zhiyuan Zhang Kai Ding Weibin Cao Za Kan Junbing Pan Yudong Liu | 2018 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,4: | 4 |
| 4 | Fault detection for centrifugal chillers using a Kernel Entropy Component Analysis (KECA) method显示文摘Fault detection is beneficial for chiller routine operation management in building automation systems.Considering the limitations of traditional principal component analysis(PCA)algorithm for chiller fault detection,a so-called kernel entropy component analysis(KECA)method has been developed and the development results are reported in this paper.Unlike traditional PCA,in KECA,the feature extraction or dimensionality reduction is implemented in a new space,called kernel feature space.The new space is nonlinearly related to the input space.The data set in the kernel feature space is projected onto a principal component subspace constructed by the feature space principal axes determined by the maximum Rényi entropy rather than the top eigenvalues.The proposed KECA is more suitable to deal with nonlinear process without Gaussian assumption.Using the available experimental data from ASHRAE RP-1043,seven typical chiller faults were tested by the proposed KECA method,and the results were compared to that of PCA.Two statistics,i.e.T2 and squared prediction error(SPE),were employed for fault detection monitoring.The fault detection results showed that the proposed KECA method had a better performance in terms of a higher detection accuracy in comparison to the traditional PCA.For the seven typical faults,the fault detection ratios were over 55%,even at their corresponding least severity level when using the proposed KECA based chiller fault detection method. | Yudong Xia Qiang Ding Zhao Li Aipeng Jiang | 2021 | Building Simulation2021,14,1: | 2 |

| 8 | Design and optimization of VLC based small-world data centers显示文摘The visible light communication (VLC) has the potential to provide dense and fast connectivity at low cost. In this paper, we propose a novel VLC enabled Wireless Small-World Data Center (WSWDC). It employs VLC links to achieve a fully wireless data center network (DCN) across racks for the first time. The using of VLC links eliminates hierarchical switches and inter-rack cables, and thus reducing hardware investment, as well as maintenance cost. More precisely, to simplify the configuration and control operations, we propose three DCN design rationales:(1) fully-wireless, all inter-rack links are wireless;(2) easy-deployable, it is not necessary to change the existing infrastructure inside data center;(3) plug-and-play, no extra centralized control operations are required. Previous proposals, however, cannot achieve the three rationales simultaneously. To this end, we first use regular VLC links to interconnect racks as a regular grid DCN and optimize the rack placement to shorten the average path length and the network diameter. To further exploiting the benefits of VLC links, a few random VLC links are carefully introduced to update the wireless grid DCN as a wireless small-world DCN. To avoid the potential interference among VLC links, we deploy VLC transceivers at different heights on the top of each rack. In this way, VLC links would not interfere with others at each height level. Moreover, we design a greedy but efficient routing method for any pair of racks using their identifiers as inputs. | 9 | 原发性肝脏类癌的诊断一例报道(英文)显示文摘Primary hepatic carcinoid tumor (PHCT) is a extremely rare neoplasm, usually lacking specific symptoms. We present a histologically proved case and review the cases in the literature. The patient was an 65-year-old man with right upper abdominal pain and weight loss who underwent exploratory laparotomy for huge mass of the liver. Ultrasonography showed a well-demarked, cystic mass with irregular thick wall, whereas CT revealed a low-density tumor in nephrographic phase and peripheral enhanced areas in artery phase. He was diagnosed as PHCT by histological findings including positive staining of tumor cells for chromogranin A and synaptophysin, and no evidence of other primary source of tumor. | 11 | SlWRKY30 and SlWRKY81 synergistically modulate tomato immunity to Ralstonia solanacearum by directly regulating SlPR-STH2显示文摘Bacterial wilt is a devastating disease of tomato(Solanum lycopersicum)caused by Ralstonia solanacearum that severely threatens tomato production.Group III WRKY transcription factors(TFs)are implicated in the plant response to pathogen infection;however,their roles in the response of tomato to R.solanacearum infection(RSI)remain largely unexplored.Here,we report the crucial role of SlWRKY30,a group III SlWRKY TF,in the regulation of tomato response to RSI.SlWRKY30 was strongly induced by RSI.SlWRKY30 overexpression reduced tomato susceptibility to RSI,and also increased H2O2 accumulation and cell necrosis,suggesting that SlWRKY30 positively regulates tomato resistance to RSI.RNA sequencing and reverse transcription–quantitative PCR revealed that SlWRKY30 overexpression significantly upregulated pathogenesis-related protein(SlPR-STH2)genes SlPR-STH2a,SlPR-STH2b,SlPR-STH2c,and SlPR-STH2d(hereafter SlPR-STH2a/b/c/d)in tomato,and these SlPR-STH2 genes were directly targeted by SlWRKY30.Moreover,four group III WRKY proteins(SlWRKY52,SlWRKY59,SlWRKY80,and SlWRKY81)interacted with SlWRKY30,and SlWRKY81 silencing increased tomato susceptibility to RSI.Both SlWRKY30 and SlWRKY81 activated SlPR-STH2a/b/c/d expression by directly binding to their promoters.Taking these results together,SlWRKY30 and SlWRKY81 synergistically regulate resistance to RSI by activating SlPR-STH2a/b/c/d expression in tomato.Our results also highlight the potential of SlWRKY30 to improve tomato resistance to RSI via genetic manipulations. | Fengfeng Dang Jinhui Lin Yajing Li Ruoyun Jiang Yudong Fang Fei Ding Shuilin He Yanfeng Wang | 2023 | Horticulture Research2023,10,5: | 1 |
| 12 | Physical activity and cancer risk:a dose-response analysis for the Global Burden of Disease Study 2019显示文摘Objective Adopting a healthy lifestyle,including regular physical activity,is widely believed to decrease cancer risk.This study aimed to quantitatively establish the dose-response relationships between total physical activity and the risk of breast,colon,lung,gastric,and liver cancers.Methods A systematic review and dose-response analysis were conducted using PubMed and Embase from January 1,1980 to March 20,2023.Prospective cohort studies that examined the association between physical activity and the risks of any of the 5 outcomes were included.The search was confined to publications in the English language with a specific focus on human studies.Physical activity is standardized by using the data from US National Health and Nutrition Examination Surveys(NHANES)and the Global Burden of Disease 2019 database.Results A total of 98 studies,involving a combined population of 16,418,361 individuals,were included in the analysis.Among the included studies,57 focused on breast cancer,17 on lung cancer,23 on colon cancer,5 on gastric cancer,and 7 on liver cancer.Overall,elevated levels of physical activity exhibited an inverse correlation with the risk of cancer.The dose-response curve for lung cancer exhibited a non-linear pattern,with the greatest benefit risk reduction observed at 13,200 MET-minutes/week of physical activity,resulting in a 14.7%reduction in risk(relative risk 0.853,uncertainty interval 0.798 to 0.912)compared to the inactive population.In contrast,the dose-response curves for colon,gastric,breast,and liver cancers showed linear associations,indicating that heightened levels of total physical activity were consistently associated with reduced cancer risks.However,the increase in physical activity yielded a smaller risk reduction for colon and gastric cancers compared to breast and liver cancers.Compared to individuals with insufficient activity(total activity level<600 MET-minutes/week),individuals with high levels of activity(≥8,000 MET-minutes/week)experienced a 10.3%(0.897,0.860 to 0.934)risk reduction for breast cancer;5.9%(0.941,0.884 to 1.001)for lung cancer;7.1%(0.929,0.909 to 0.949)for colon cancer;5.1%(0.949,0.908 to 0.992)for gastric cancer;17.1%(0.829,0.760 to 0.903)for liver cancer.Conclusions This study demonstrated a significant inverse relationship between total physical activity and the risk of breast,gastric,liver,colon,and lung cancers. | Xiayao Diao Yudong Ling Yi Zeng Yueqian Wu Chao Guo Yukai Jin Xiaojiang Chen Shoucheng Feng Jianrong Guo Chao Ding Feiyu Diao Zhicheng Du Shanqing Li Haibo Qiu | 2023 | Cancer Communications2023,43,11: | 1 |

| 16 | A Novel Method to Fabricate CNT/Mg–6Zn Composites with High Strengthening Efficiency显示文摘A novel method was developed to fabricate carbon nanotubes(CNTs)-reinforced Mg matrix composites. The method consists of two steps: CNTs pre-dispersion by ball-milling and the ultrasonic melt processing. Mechanical ballmilling effectively pre-dispersed CNTs on Zn flakes with suitable rotational speed and ball-milling time. Serious CNT entanglements were dispersed by the ball-milling. However, ball-milling for a long time at high speed would damage the morphology of CNTs. The ultrasonic overcame the poor wettability between Mg melt and CNTs and then dispersed predispersed CNTs in the Mg melt. CNTs were distributed well in the composites and maintained integrated structure. CNTs significantly improved the mechanical properties of the matrix. The strengthening efficiency reached to 37.1, which proves the superiority of this novel method. The structure and the surface morphology of the as-prepared samples were characterized by FT–IR, XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption and SEM. These as-prepared X-LDOs could act as sulfur-transfer catalysts for desulfurization. The activity of SOx adsorption and regeneration was evaluated via a self-assembled fixed-bed reactor simulating the conditions found in the fluid catalytic cracking units. | 20 | Adaptive Multi-Feature Fusion for Vehicle Micro-Motor Noise Recognition Considering Auditory Perception显示文摘The deployment of vehicle micro-motors has witnessed an expansion owing to the progression in electrification and intelligent technologies.However,some micro-motors may exhibit design deficiencies,component wear,assembly errors,and other imperfections that may arise during the design or manufacturing phases.Conse-quently,these micro-motors might generate anomalous noises during their operation,consequently exerting a substantial adverse influence on the overall comfort of drivers and passengers.Automobile micro-motors exhibit a diverse array of structural variations,consequently leading to the manifestation of a multitude of distinctive auditory irregularities.To address the identification of diverse forms of abnormal noise,this research presents a novel approach rooted in the utilization of vibro-acoustic fusion-convolutional neural network(VAF-CNN).This method entails the deployment of distinct network branches,each serving to capture disparate features from the multi-sensor data,all the while considering the auditory perception traits inherent in the human auditory sys-tem.The intermediary layer integrates the concept of adaptive weighting of multi-sensor features,thus affording a calibration mechanism for the features hailing from multiple sensors,thereby enabling a further refinement of features within the branch network.For optimal model efficacy,a feature fusion mechanism is implemented in the concluding layer.To substantiate the efficacy of the proposed approach,this paper initially employs an augmented data methodology inspired by modified SpecAugment,applied to the dataset of abnormal noise sam-ples,encompassing scenarios both with and without in-vehicle interior noise.This serves to mitigate the issue of limited sample availability.Subsequent comparative evaluations are executed,contrasting the performance of the model founded upon single-sensor data against other feature fusion models reliant on multi-sensor data.The experimental results substantiate that the suggested methodology yields heightened recognition accuracy and greater resilience against interference.Moreover,it holds notable practical significance in the engineering domain,as it furnishes valuable support for the targeted management of noise emanating from vehicle micro-motors. | Ting Zhao Weiping Ding Haibo Huang Yudong Wu | 2023 | Sound & Vibration2023,57,1: | 0 |
