1Influences of working pressure on properties for TiO_2 films deposited by DC pulse magnetron sputtering显示文摘TiO2 films were deposited at room temperature by DC pulse magnetron sputtering system.The crystalline structures,morphological features and photocatalytic activity of TiO2 films were systematically investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),atomic force microscopy(AFM) and ultraviolet spectrophotometer,respectively.The results indicated that working pressure was the key deposition parameter in?uencing the TiO2 film phase composition at room temperature,which directly affected its photocatalytic activity.With increasing working pressure,the target self-bias decreases monotonously.Therefore,low temperature TiO2 phase(anatase) could be deposited with high working pressure.The anatase TiO2 films deposited with 1.4 Pa working pressure displayed the highest photocatalytic activity by the decomposition of Methyl Orange solution,which the degradation rate reached the maximum(35%) after irradiation by ultraviolet light for 1 h.ZHANG Can DING Wanyu WANG Hualin CHAI Weiping JU Dongying 2009Journal of Environmental Sciences2009,21,6:11
2Cooperative extended rough attribute reduction algorithm based on improved PSO显示文摘Particle swarm optimization (PSO) is a new heuristic algorithm which has been applied to many optimization problems successfully. Attribute reduction is a key studying point of the rough set theory, and it has been proven that computing minimal reduction of decision tables is a non-derterministic polynomial (NP)-hard problem. A new cooperative extended attribute reduction algorithm named Co-PSAR based on improved PSO is proposed, in which the cooperative evolutionary strategy with suitable fitness functions is involved to learn a good hypothesis for accelerating the optimization of searching minimal attribute reduction. 5Collective Entity Alignment for Knowledge Fusion of Power Grid Dispatching Knowledge Graphs显示文摘Knowledge graphs(KGs)have been widely accepted as powerful tools for modeling the complex relationships between concepts and developing knowledge-based services.In recent years,researchers in the field of power systems have explored KGs to develop intelligent dispatching systems for increasingly large power grids.With multiple power grid dispatching knowledge graphs(PDKGs)constructed by different agencies,the knowledge fusion of different PDKGs is useful for providing more accurate decision supports.To achieve this,entity alignment that aims at connecting different KGs by identifying equivalent entities is a critical step.Existing entity alignment methods cannot integrate useful structural,attribute,and relational information while calculating entities’similarities and are prone to making many-to-one alignments,thus can hardly achieve the best performance.To address these issues,this paper proposes a collective entity alignment model that integrates three kinds of available information and makes collective counterpart assignments.This model proposes a novel knowledge graph attention network(KGAT)to learn the embeddings of entities and relations explicitly and calculates entities’similarities by adaptively incorporating the structural,attribute,and relational similarities.Then,we formulate the counterpart assignment task as an integer programming(IP)problem to obtain one-to-one alignments.We not only conduct experiments on a pair of PDKGs but also evaluate o ur model on three commonly used cross-lingual KGs.Experimental comparisons indicate that our model outperforms other methods and provides an effective tool for the knowledge fusion of PDKGs.Linyao Yang Chen Lv Xiao Wang Ji Qiao Weiping Ding Jun Zhang Fei-Yue Wang 2022IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2022,9,11:3
6Exploration and functionalization of M1-macrophage extracellular vesicles for effective accumulation in glioblastoma and strong synergistic therapeutic effects显示文摘Glioblastoma multiforme(GBM)is a highly aggressive brain tumor with an extremely low survival rate.New and effective approaches for treatment are therefore urgently needed.Here,we successfully developed M1-like macrophage-derived extracellular vesicles(M1EVs)that overcome multiple challenges via guidance from two macrophage-related observations in clinical specimens from GBM patients:enrichment of M2 macrophages in GBM;and origination of a majority of infiltrating macrophage from peripheral blood.To maximize the synergistic effect,we further functionalized the membranes of M1EVs with two hydrophobic agents(the chemical excitation source CPPO(C)and the photosensitizer Ce6(C))and loaded the hydrophilic hypoxiaactivated prodrug AQ4N(A)into the inner core of the M1EVs.After intravenous injection,the inherent nature of M1-derived extracellular vesicles CCA-M1EVs allowed for blood-brain barrier penetration,and modulated the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment via M2-to-M1 polarization,which increased hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))levels.Furthermore,the reaction between H_(2)O_(2) and CPPO produced chemical energy,which could be used for Ce6 activation to generate large amounts of reactive oxygen species to achieve chemiexcited photodynamic therapy(CDT).As this reaction consumed oxygen,the aggravation of tumor hypoxia also led to the conversion of non-toxic AQ4N into toxic AQ4 for chemotherapy.Therefore,CCA-M1EVs achieved synergistic immunomodulation,CDT,and hypoxia-activated chemotherapy in GBM to exert a potent therapeutic effect.Finally,we demonstrated the excellent effect of CCA-M1EVs against GBM in cell-derived xenograft and patient-derived xenograft models,underscoring the strong potential of our highly flexible M1EVs system to support multi-modal therapies for difficult-to-treat GBM.Xiaojun Wang Hui Ding Zongyang Li Yaonan Peng Hui Tan Changlong Wang Guodong Huang Weiping Li Guanghui Ma Wei Wei 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,4:3

9Catalytic performance of iron oxide loaded on electron-rich surfaces of carbon nitride显示文摘Carbon nitride(CN) in CN encapsulated Ni/Al_2O_3(denoted as CN/Ni/Al_2O_3) catalyst was evidenced previously as a material in electron-rich state and possessed H2-dissociative adsorption activity due to the electron doping effect from underlying nickel. In this report, iron oxide loaded on the CN/Ni/Al_2O_3 was synthesized and investigated by Fischer-Tropsch(F-T) synthesis to test the special effect of electron-rich support on the catalytic activity of iron oxide. The Fe/CN/Al_2O_3 and CN/Ni/Al_2O_3 samples were accordingly synthesized for comparison. In Fe/CN/Ni/Al_2O_3, the iron oxide was reduced to magnetite by syngas as evidenced by the in-situ XPS measurements and XRD pattern of used catalyst. Compared with Fe/CN/Al_2O_3, more light hydrocarbons over Fe/CN/Ni/Al_2O_3 were observed. It should be understood by the interaction between iron oxide and support mainly due to the effect of electron-rich state and thus enhanced H_2 adsorption ability. In addition, such a novel support facilitated the CO conversion and retarded the water-gas shift reaction and CO2 formation. 10Ultrahigh rate capability of 1D/2D polyaniline/titanium carbide(MXene)nanohybrid for advanced asymmetric supercapacitors显示文摘High energy density and enhanced rate capability are highly sought-after for supercapacitors in today's mobile world.In this work,polyaniline/titanium carbide(MXene)(PANI/Ti3C2Tx)nanohybrid is synthesized through a facile and cost-effective self-assembly of.one-dimensional(10)PANI nanofibers and two-dimensional(20)Ti3C2Tx nanosheets.PANl!Ti3C2Tx delivers greatly improved specific capacitance,ultrahigh rate capability(67%capacitance retention from 1 to 100 A·g^(-1))as well as good cycle stability.Electrochemical kinetic analysis reveals that PANI/Ti3C2Tx is featured with surface capacitance-dominated process and has a quasi-reversible kinetics at high scan rates,giving rise to an ultrahigh rate capability.By using PANl!Ti3C2Tx as positive electrode,an 1.8 V aqueous asymmetric supercapacitor(ASC)is successfully assembled,showing a maximum energy density of 50.8 Wh·kg^(-1)·(at 0.9 kW-kg-1)and a power density of 18 kW·kg^(-1)(at 26 Wh·kg^(-1)).Moreover,an 3.0 V organic ASC is also elaborately fabricated,·by using PANI/Ti3C2Tx,achieving an ultrahigh energy density of 67.2 Wh·kg^(-1)(at 1.5 kW·kg^(-1))and a power density of 30 kW·kg^(-1)·(at 26.8 Wh·kg^(-1)).The present work not only improves fundamental understanding of the structure-property relationship towards ultrahigh rate capability electrode materials,but also provides valuable guideline for the rational design of high-performance:energy storage devices with both high energy and power densities.Jinhua Zhou Qi Kang Shuchi Xu Xiaoge Li Cong Liu Lu Ni Ningna Chen Chunliang Lu Xizhang Wang Luming Peng Xuefeng Guo Weiping Ding Wenhua Hou 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:2
11Effect of preparation methods of aluminum emulsions on catalytic performance of copper-based catalysts for methanol synthesis from syngas显示文摘Various Cu/ZnO/Al2O3 catalysts have been synthesized by different aluminum emulsions as aluminum sources and their performances for methanol synthesis from syngas have been investigated. The influences of preparation methods of aluminum emulsions on physicochemical and catalytic properties of catalysts were studied by XRD, SEM, XPS,N2 adsorption-desorption techniques and methanol synthesis from syngas. The preparation methods of aluminum emulsions were found to influence the catalytic activity, CuO crystallite size, surface area and Cu0 surface area and reduction process. 12Enhanced minimum attribute reduction based on quantum-inspired shuffled frog leaping algorithm显示文摘Attribute reduction in the rough set theory is an important feature selection method,but finding a minimum attribute reduction has been proven to be a non-deterministic polynomial(NP)-hard problem.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate some fast and effective approximate algorithms.A novel and enhanced quantum-inspired shuffled frog leaping based minimum attribute reduction algorithm(QSFLAR) is proposed.Evolutionary frogs are represented by multi-state quantum bits,and both quantum rotation gate and quantum mutation operators are used to exploit the mechanisms of frog population diversity and convergence to the global optimum.The decomposed attribute subsets are co-evolved by the elitist frogs with a quantum-inspired shuffled frog leaping algorithm.The experimental results validate the better feasibility and effectiveness of QSFLAR,comparing with some representative algorithms.Therefore,QSFLAR can be considered as a more competitive algorithm on the efficiency and accuracy for minimum attribute reduction.Weiping Ding Jiandong Wang Zhijin Guan Quan Shi 2013Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2013,24,3:2
13A durable 4-1BB-based CD19 CAR-T cell for treatment of relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma显示文摘Objective:Previous studies reported that 4-1BB-based CD19 chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)-T cells were more beneficial for the clinical outcomes than CD28-based CAR-T cells,especially the lower incidence rate of severe adverse events.However,the median progression-free survival(mPFS)of 4-1BB-based product Kymriah was shorter than that of CD28-based Yescarta(2.9 months vs.5.9 months),suggesting that Kymriah was limited in the long-term efficacy.Thus,a safe and durable 4-1BB-based CD19 CAR-T needs to be developed.Methods:We designed a CD19-targeted CAR-T(named as IM19)which consisted of an FMC63 scFv,4-1BB and CD3ζintracellular domain and was manufactured into a memory T-enriched formulation.A phase I/II clinical trial was launched to evaluate the clinical outcomes of IM19 in relapsed or refractory(r/r)B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma(B-NHL).Dose-escalation investigation(at a dose of 5×10^(5)/kg,1×10^(6)/kg and 3×106/kg)was performed in 22 r/r B-NHL patients.All patients received a single infusion of IM19 after 3-day conditional regimen.Results:At month 3,the overall response rate(ORR)was 59.1%,the complete response rate(CRR)was 50.0%.The mPFS was 6 months and the 1-year overall survival rate was 77.8%.Cytokine release syndrome(CRS)occurred in 13 patients(59.1%),with 54.5%of grade 1−2 CRS.Only one patient(4.5%)experienced grade 3 CRS and grade 3 neurotoxicity.Conclusions:These results demonstrated the safety and durable efficacy of a 4-1BB-based CD19 CAR-T,IM19,which is promising for further development and clinical investigation.Zhitao Ying Ting He Shanzhao Jin Xiaopei Wang Wen Zheng Ningjing Lin Meifeng Tu Yan Xie Lingyan Ping Weiping Liu Lijuan Deng Yanping Ding Xuelian Hu Bing Bu Xin’an Lu Yuqin Song Jun Zhu 2022Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2022,34,1:2

20A comparison of H^+-restacked nanosheets and nanoscrolls derived from K_4Nb_6O_(17) for visible-light degradation of dyes显示文摘H+-restacked nanosheets and nanoscrolls peeled from K4Nb6O17display different structures and surface characters. The two restacked samples with increased surface areas have an amazing visible-light response for the photodegradation of dyes, which is superior to commercial TiO2(P25) and Nb2O5. By comparison, H+/nanosheets have a relatively faster photodegradation rate originated from large and smooth basal plane.The work reveals that dye adsorbed on the unfolded nanosheets can effectively harvest sunlight.
