| 2 | A Review on Lithium-ion Power Battery Thermal Management Technologies and Thermal Safety显示文摘Lithium-ion power battery has become one of the main power sources for electric vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles because of superior performance compared with other power sources. In order to ensure the safety and improve the performance, the maximum operating temperature and local temperature difference of batteries must be maintained in an appropriate range. The effect of temperature on the capacity fade and aging are simply investigated. The electrode structure, including electrode thickness, particle size and porosity, are analyzed. It is found that all of them have significant influences on the heat generation of battery. Details of various thermal management technologies, namely air based, phase change material based, heat pipe based and liquid based, are discussed and compared from the perspective of improving the external heat dissipation. The selection of different battery thermal management(BTM) technologies should be based on the cooling demand and applications, and liquid cooling is suggested being the most suitable method for large-scale battery pack charged/discharged at higher C-rate and in high-temperature environment. | 3 | Incidence and mortality of cervical cancer in China,2013显示文摘Objective: Estimating the incidence and mortality rate of cervical cancer became necessary to establish prevention measures and healthy policies.The aim of this study was to estimate the updated incidence and mortality rate of cervical cancer in 2013 in China.Methods: According to the evaluation criteria developed by the National Central Cancer Registry of China,the data submitted from 255 cancer registries met the required standards in 2013.Cervical cancer cases were retrieved from the national database and combined with the 2013 national population data.The age-standardized incidence and mortality rates were based on the demographic structure of the national census 2000 and Segi's world population.Results: In 2013,the estimated number of new cases and deaths from cervical cancer were 100,700 and 26,400,respectively.The crude incidence of cervical cancer was 15.17/100,000.The age-standardized incidence rates based on the Chinese standard population(ASIRC) and the world standard population(ASIRW) were 11.30/100,000 and10.30/100,000,respectively.The incidence of cervical cancer in urban areas was 15.62/100,000 and the ASIRC was11.12/100,000.The incidence of cervical cancer in rural areas was 14.65/100,000 and the ASIRC was11.47/100,000.The mortality rate of cervical cancer was 3.98/100,000.The age-standardized mortality rates based on the Chinese(ASMRC) and world standard populations(ASMRW) were 2.76/100,000 and 2.62/100,000,respectively.The mortality rate of cervical cancer in urban areas was 3.85/100,000 and in rural areas was4.14/100,000.Cervical cancer incidence and mortality increased with age.Urban areas had a higher incidence of cervical cancer and lower mortality rates when compared with rural areas.Conclusions: Dynamic monitoring of cervical cancer incidence and mortality is the fundamental work of cervical cancer prevention and control.Cervical cancer is a serious issue in women's health,and prevention strategies need to be enhanced,such as human papilloma virus(HPV) vaccination and screening programs. | Bingbing Song Chao Ding Wangyang Chen Huixin Sun Maoxiang Zhang Wanqing Chen | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2017,29,6: | 35 |

| 6 | Long-term follow-up of the effects of fecal microbiota transplantation in combination with soluble dietary fiber as a therapeutic regimen in slow transit constipation显示文摘As some studies have reported that strategies targeting the gut microbiota such as fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT) with or without other microecological therapy might have efficacy in treating slow transit constipation(STC), we conducted a singlecenter, open-label trial to study the long-term effect of FMT combined with soluble dietary fiber(pectin) on STC. Thirty-one adult patients with STC were enrolled into the trial. Patients received 6-day FMT procedures repeatedly for the first 3 months and soluble dietary fiber(pectin) daily during the follow-up. The rate of clinical remission and improvement, stool consistency, the Wexner constipation scale, and assessment of constipation-related symptoms were evaluated at week 4 and 1 year later. The clinical remission and improvement rates at week 4 were 69.0%(20/29) and 75.9%(22/29), respectively. At the end of the study,48.3%(14/29) of patients continued to have at least three complete spontaneous bowel movements per week and 58.6%(17/29)of patients showed clinical improvements. Stool consistency, the Wexner constipation scale, and constipation symptoms improved both at short-term and long-term follow-up. | 9 | Precise nanomedicine for intelligent therapy of cancer显示文摘Precise nanomedicine has been extensively explored for efficient cancer imaging and targeted cancer therapy, as evidenced by a few breakthroughs in their preclinical and clinical explorations. Here, we demonstrate the recent advances of intelligent cancer nanomedicine, and discuss the comprehensive understanding of their structure-function relationship for smart and efficient cancer nanomedicine including various imaging and therapeutic applications, as well as nanotoxicity. In particular, a few emerging strategies that have advanced cancer nanomedicine are also highlighted as the emerging focus such as tumor imprisonment, supramolecular chemotherapy, and DNA nanorobot. The challenge and outlook of some scientific and engineering issues are also discussed in future development. | 11 | Trends in geographical disparities for cervical cancer mortality in China from 1973 to 2013:a subnational spatio-temporal study显示文摘Objective: This study was designed to explore the time trends in geographical variations of cervical cancer mortality in China's Mainland over the period 1973 to 2013,to provide subnational spatio-temporal patterns for targeted promotion of human papillomavirus vaccine in China.Methods: Data were extracted from three national retrospective death surveys and cancer registry.The rate ratio(RR) was estimated for the aggregated data for seven geographical regions using generalized linear models to evaluate time trends in geographical disparities of cervical cancer mortality.Results: There was a significant decrease in cervical cancer mortality in China from 1973–1975 to 2004–2005,but leveled off thereafter to 2011–2013.Compared to the period 1973–1975 the RR for the three last time periods were 0.33 [95% confidence interval(95% CI): 0.30–0.37] for 1990–1992,0.21(95% CI: 0.19–0.24) for 2004–2005 and 0.24(95% CI: 0.22–0.26) for 2011–2013.Females living in the Northwest China and Central China have a high risk of mortality from cervical cancer compared to the nationwide,with the RR being 2.09(95% CI:1.83–2.38) and 1.26(95% CI: 1.11–1.44) respectively,while the RRs for South China,Northeast China and Southwest China were below 1.00,indicating the lower death risk.Despite the mortality rate had increased slightly from 2004 to 2013,there was an encouraging sign that the geographical disparities in cervical cancer mortality had gradually narrowed over time across China.Conclusions: Although cervical cancer mortality in China has reduced to very low levels,the high risk of cervical cancer in Northwest China and Central China is still noteworthy.Public health policies including the promotion of vaccine should be targeted to further reduction of geographical disparities in cervical cancer mortality. | Changfa Xia Chao Ding Rongshou Zheng Siwei Zhang Hongmei Zeng Jinfeng Wang Yilan Liao Ningxu Zhang Zhixun Yang Wanqing Chen | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2017,29,6: | 13 |
| 12 | Impacts of continuously regenerating trap and particle oxidation catalyst on the NO_2 and particulate matter emissions emitted from diesel engine显示文摘Two continuously regenerating diesel particulate filter(CRDPF) with different configurations and one particles oxidation catalyst(POC) were employed to perform experiments in a controlled laboratory setting to evaluate their effects on NO 2,smoke and particle number emissions.The results showed that the application of the after-treatments increased the emission ratios of NO 2 /NOx significantly.The results of smoke emissions and particle number(PN) emissions indicated that both CRDPFs had sufficient capacity to remove more than 90% of total particulate matter(PM) and more than 97% of solid particles.However,the POC was able to remove the organic components of total PM,and only partially to remove the carbonaceous particles with size less than 30 nm.The negligible effects of POC on larger particles were observed due to its honeycomb structure leads to an inadequate residence time to oxidize the solid particles or trap them.The particles removal efficiencies of CRDPFs had high degree of correlations with the emission ratio of NO 2 /NOx.The PN emission results from two CRDPFs indicated that more NO 2 generating in diesel oxidation catalyst section could obtain the higher removal efficiency of solid particles.However this also increased the risk of NO 2 exposure in atmosphere. | Zhihua Liu Yunshan Ge Jianwei Tan Chao He Asad Naeem Shah Yan Ding LinxiaoYu Wei Zhao | 2012 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2012,24,4: | 11 |

| 16 | Effect of microRNA-155 on angiogenesis after cerebral infarction of rats through AT1R/VEGFR2 pathway显示文摘Objective:To explore the function and mechanism of microRNA-155 to regulate the angiogenesis after the cerebral infarction of rats through the angiotensin Ⅱ receptor 1(AT1R)/vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) signaling pathway.Methods:Female SD rats were chosen for the construction of cerebral infarction model of rats using the modified right middle cerebral artery occlusion.The real-time PCR(RT-PCR) method was employed to detect the expression of microRNA-155 in each group at different time points after the cerebral infarction(1 h,I d,3 d and 7 d).SD rats were randomly divided into four groups(n=20 rats):sham operation group(Sham group),MACO group,MACO+microRNA-155 mimic group,and MACO+microRNA-155 inhibitor group.Sham group was given the free graft,while MACO+microRNA-155 mimic group and MACO+microRNA-155 inhibitor group were treated with microRNA-155 mimic and microRNA-155 inhibitor respectively.The Zea Longa5-point scale was used to score the neurologic impairment of rats in each group;2,3,5-triphenyl tetrazolium chloride staining to evaluate the volume of cerebral infarction of rats in each group;the immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of CD31;Western blot and RT-PCR to detect the expression of AT1 R and VEGF receptor 2(VEGFR2).Results:The expression of microRNA-155 was increased in the cerebral ischemia tissue after the cerebral infarction.It was significantly increased at 1 d of ischemia and maintained at the high level for a long time.Rats in the Sham group had no symptom of neurologic impairment while rats in the MACO group had the obvious neurologic impairment.After being treated with microRNA-155 inhibitor,the neural function of MACO rats had been improved,with the decreased area of cerebral infarction.But after being treated with microRNA-155 mimic,the neural function was further worsened,with the increased area of cerebral infarction.Results of immunohistoehemical assay indicated that microRNA-155 inhibitor could up-regulate the expression of CD31,while microRNA-155 mimic could down-regulate the expression of CD31.The RT-PCR found that,after being treated with microRNA-155 inhibitor,MACO rats had the increased expression of ATIR and VEGFR2 messenger RNA(mRNA);but after being treated with microRNA-155 mimic,the expression of ATIR and VEGFR2 mRNA was decreased.Results of Western blot showed that,after being treated with microRNA-155 inhibitor,MACO rats had the increased expression of ATIR and VEGFR2 mRNA;but after being treated with microRNA-155 mimic,the expression of ATIR and VEGFR2 mRNA was decreased.Conclusions:The inhibition of microRNA-155 can improve the neurologic impairment of rats with the cerebral infarction,reduce the volume of cerebral infarction and effectively promote the angiogenesis in the region of ischemia,which may be mediated through AT1R/VEGFR2 pathway. | Ying-Chun Meng Zhen-Ying Ding Hai-Quan Wang Li-Ping Ning Chao Wang | 2015 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2015,8,10: | 10 |

| 19 | Petrogenesis and Tectonics of the Naruo Porphyry Cu(Au) Deposit Related Intrusion in the Duolong Area,Central Tibet显示文摘The Duolong area is the most important part of the Western Bangong-Nujiang Suture Zone porphyry Cu(Au) metallogenic belt, in Tibet, China. Here new detailed data are presented from LAICP-MS zircon U-Pb, whole-rock geochemical, and in-situ zircon Hf isotope analyses for igneous rocks in the large Naruo deposit(2.51 Mt of Cu and 82 t of Au) which is located ~2 km NE of the Duolong(Duobuza and Bolong) super-large gold-rich porphyry copper deposit. We integrated our results with previous research of other porphyry deposits in the Duolong area and have identified the timing, geodynamic setting, and petrogenesis of the mineralization-associated magmatic events. Based on the measurements, the Duolong area porphyry Cu(Au) deposit formations are associated with Early Cretaceous intermediate-felsic magmatism, which is consistent with U-Pb zircon ages of 120 Ma. All the main intrusive rocks in the ore-concentrated area have similar lithogeochemical characteristics; they show a relative enrichment in both light rare earth elements(LREEs) and large-ion lithophile elements(LILEs: Rb, Ba, K, etc.) and relative depletion in both heavy rare earth elements(HREEs) and high field strength elements(HFSEs: Nb, Ta, Zr, Hf, etc.). Moreover, the granite porphyry shows positive εHf(t) values between 1.38–7.37 suggesting that magmas were potentially derived from the partial melting of a depleted mantle wedge that had been metasomatized by subducted slab-derived fluids or melts. This paper points out that the formation of the porphyry-epithermal Cu(Au) deposit in the Duolong area was dominated by northward subduction of the Bangongco Tethys Plate beneath the Qiangtang block in the Early Cretaceous(124–114 Ma), when the subducted oceanic crust reached 50–70 km underground and generated different degrees of phase transformation, which lead to a melt produced by dehydration of amphibole minerals, a metasomatized mantle wedge, and induced mantle partial melting that produced the magma. | 20 | Variation in cis-regulation of a NAC transcription factor contributes to drought tolerance in wheat显示文摘Drought is a major environmental factor limiting wheat production worldwide,and developing drought-tolerant cultivars is a central challenge for wheat breeders globally.Therefore,it is important to identify genetic components determining drought tolerance in wheat.In this study,we identified a wheat NAC gene(TaNAC071-A)that is tightly associated with drought tolerance by a genome-wide association study.Knockdown of TaNAC071-A in wheat attenuated plant drought tolerance,whereas its overexpression significantly enhanced drought tolerance through improved water-use efficiency and increased expression of stress-responsive genes.This heightened water-saving mechanism mitigated the yield loss caused by water deficit.Further candidate gene association analysis showed that a 108-bp insertion in the promoter of TaNAC071-A alters its expression level and contributes to variation in drought tolerance among wheat accessions.This insertion contains two MYB cis-regulatory elements(CREs)that can be directly bound by the MYB transcription activator,TaMYBL1,thereby leading to increased TaNAC071-A expression and plant drought tolerance.Importantly,introgression of this 108-bp insertion allele,TaNAC071-AIn-693,into drought-sensitive cultivars could improve their drought tolerance,demonstrating that it is a valuable genetic resource for wheat breeding.Taken together,our findings highlight a major breakthrough in determining the genetic basis underlying phenotypic variation in wheat drought tolerance and showcase the potential of exploiting CRE-containing indels for improving important agronomical traits. | Hude Mao Shumin Li Bin Chen Chao Jian Fangming Mei Yifang Zhang Fangfang Li Nan Chen Tian Li Linying Du Li Ding Zhongxue Wang Xinxiu Cheng Xiaojing Wang Zhensheng Kang | 2022 | Molecular Plant2022,15,2: | 9 |
