Modeling of radionickel sorption on MX-80 bentonite as a function of pH and ionic strength显示文摘MX-80 bentonite was detected using acid-based titration, XRD and FTIR in detail. The sorption behavior of 63Ni(Ⅱ) from aqueous solution to MX-80 bentonite was investigated as a function of solid content, ionic strength and pH by using batch technique. The experimental data of 63Ni(Ⅱ) sorption on MX-80 bentonite was obtained using the diffuse layer model (DLM) with the aid of FITEQL 3.1 program. The results indicated that the sorption of 63Ni(Ⅱ) on MX-80 bentonite was mainly dominated by surface complexation, and cation exchange also contributed partly to 63Ni(Ⅱ) sorption at low pH values. The sorption isotherms were simulated by Langmuir and Freundlich models, and the results indicated that Freundlich isotherm model fitted the sorption data better than the Langmuir isotherm model. The results are crucial to evaluate the sorption and migration of radionickel in MX-80 bentonite.SHAO DaDong XU Di WANG SuoWei FANG QiaoHui WU WangSuo DONG YunHui WANG XiangKe 2009Science China Chemistry2009,52,3:13
Simultaneous removal of uranium and humic acid by cyclodextrin modified graphene oxide nanosheets显示文摘Cyclodextrin-modified graphene oxide nanosheets(denoted as CD/GO) were synthesized by an in-situ polymerization method and characterized by as well as Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and potentiometric acid-base titration. The characterization results indicated that CD was successfully grafted onto GO surfaces by forming a chemical bond. Mutual effects on the simultaneous removal of hexavalent uranium and humic acid by CD/GO from aqueous solution were investigated. The results indicated that U(VI) and humic acid(HA) sorption on CD/GO were greatly affected by pH and ionic strength. The presence of HA enhanced U(VI) sorption at low pH and reduced U(VI) sorption at high pH, whereas the presence of U(VI) enhanced HA sorption. The surface adsorbed HA acted as a 'bridge' between U(VI) and CD/GO, and formed strong inner-sphere surface complexes with U(VI). Sorption isotherms of U(VI) or HA on CD/GO could be well fitted by the Langmuir model. This work highlights that CD/GO can be used as a promising material in the enrichment of U(VI) and HA from wastewater in U(VI) and humic substances obtained by environmental pollution cleanup.SONG WenCheng SHAO DaDong LU SongSheng WANG XiangKe 2014Science China Chemistry2014,57,9:12
Poly(amidoxime)-reduced graphene oxide composites as adsorbents for the enrichment of uranium from seawater显示文摘The development of efficient materials for high extraction of uranium(UO22+) from seawater is critical for nuclear energy. Poly(amidoxime)-reduced graphene oxide(PAO/rGO) composites with excellent adsorption capability for UO22+ were synthesized by in situ polymerization of acrylonitrile monomers on GO surfaces, followed by amidoximation treatment with hydroxylamine. The adsorption capacities of PAO/rGO composites for UO22+ reached as high as 872 mg/g at pH 4.0. The excellent tolerance of these composites for high salinity and their regeneration-reuse properties can be applied in the nuclear-fuel industry by high extraction of trace UO22+ ions from seawater.SHAO DaDong LI JiaXing WANG XiangKe 2014Science China Chemistry2014,57,11:10
Study on Application of Bi-directional Combination Technology Integrating Residue Hydrotreating with Catalytic Cracking RICP显示文摘After analysing the disadvantages of the traditional residue hydrotreating-catalytic cracking combination process, RIPP has proposed a bi-directional combination technology integrating residue hydrotreating with catalytic cracking called RICP which does not further recycles the FCC heavy cycle oil (HCO) inside the FCC unit and delivers HCO to the residue hydrotreating unit as a diluting oil for the residue that is concurrently subjected to hydrotreating prior to being used as the FCC feed oil. The RICP technology can stimulate residue hydrotreating reactions through utilization of HCO along with an in- creased yield of FCC light distillate, resulting in enhanced petroleum utilization and economic benefits of the refinery.Niu Chuanfeng Gao Yongcan Dai Lishun Li Dadong (Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, Beijing 100083) 2008China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2008,10,1:5
Development of New Generation Catalysts for Selective Hydrodesulfurization of FCC Naphtha显示文摘The influence of active metal components of catalyst, additives and catalyst preparation method on the reactivity of catalyst for selective hydrodesulfurization (HDS) of FCC naphtha was investigated, and the RSDS-21 catalyst with high HDS performance and the RSDS-22 catalyst with high selectivity were developed by RIPP. The composite loading of a new series of catalysts for selective HDS of FCC gasoline has demonstrated excellent desulfurization activity and selectivity and can under conventional hydrotreating conditions manufacture clean gasoline product meeting the national IV emission standard and the Euro V emission standard with less loss in antiknock index. The finalized new series of FCC catalysts upon being adopted for selective HDS of FCC naphtha have good adaptability to different feedstocks along with good stability.Chu Yang Li Mingfeng Li Huifeng Qu Jinhua Nie Hong Li Dadong (Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, SINOPEC Corp., Beijing 100083) 2009China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2009,11,1:5
Correlation of Deactivation of Ni-Mo-W/Al2O3 during Ultra-Low-Sulfur Diesel Production with Surface Carbon Species显示文摘The deactivation of a Ni-Mo-W/Al_2O_3 catalyst during ultra-low-sulfur diesel production was investigated in a pilot plant. The reasons of catalyst deactivation were analyzed by the methods of elemental analysis, BET and TG-MS. The results showed that the catalyst deactivation rate was notable at the beginning of run, and then gradually reached a steady state after 448 h. In the initial period the catalyst deactivation may mainly be caused by the formation of the carbon deposits. The carbon deposits blocked the catalyst pores and the accessibility of active center decreased. The TG-MS analysis identified three types of carbon species deposited on the catalysts, viz.: the low temperature carbon deposit with high H/C atomic ratio, the medium temperature carbon deposit, and the high temperature carbon with low H/C atomic ratio. The amount of high temperature carbon deposits on the catalyst determined the overall activity and, therefore the high temperature carbon was a major contributor to the deactivation of Ni-Mo-W catalyst.Ge Panzhu Zhang Le Ding Shi Li Dadong Nie Hong 2017China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2017,19,2:5
SSHT Process -a Low Cost Solution for Low Sulfur and Low Aromatics Diesel显示文摘The need for cleaner fuels has resulted in a continuing worldwide trend to reduce diesel sulfur and aromatics. There are many approaches to reducing sulfur and aromatics in diesel. Most of them have a common drawback of high cost because of adopting two stages of hydrotreating and using noble-metal catalyst, especially for reducing aromatics. The attempt to resolve this issue has led to the recent development of the Single Stage Hydrotreating (SSHT) process by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing (RIPP), SINOPEC.The SSHT process is a single-stage hydrotreating technology for producing low sulfur and low aromatics diesel. The process uses one or two non-noble-metal catalysts system and operates at moderate pressure. When revamping an existing unit to meet low aromatics diesel specification, the only thing to do is to add a reactor or replace the existing reactor, In pilot plant tests, the SSHT technology has successfully treated SRGO (Straight Run Gas Oil), LCO (Light Cycle Oil) or the blend of them. It is shown that by using the SSHT process diesel with sulfur of 30 ppm and aromatics of 15 m% can be produced from Middle-East SRGO and diesel with aromatics content of 25 m% can be produced from cracked feed, such as FCC-LCO. High diesel yield and cetane number gain (from cracked feed stocks) give the SSHT technology a performance advantage compared to conventional hydrocracking and hydrotreating processes. The lower investment and operating cost is another advantage. The first commercial application of the SSHT technology has been in operation since September 2001.Gao Xiaodong Nie Hong Shi Yulin Shi Yahua Li Dadong(Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, Beijing 100083) 2003China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2003,5,2:5
Effect of Ammonia on the Performance of Catalysts for Selective Hydrogenation of 1-Methylnaphthalene显示文摘The effect of ammonia on the catalytic performance for 1-methylnaphthalene(1-MN) selective hydrogenation saturation was studied with Co-Mo/γ-Al_2O_3, Ni-W/γ-Al_2O_3, Ni-Mo/γ-Al_2O_3, and Ni-Mo-W/γ-Al_2O_3 catalysts. The results indicated that Ni-Mo-W/γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst exhibited the best performance for saturation of 1-MN. The introduction of NH3 remarkably inhibited the hydrogenation of 1-MN in the dynamic control area, but it had no effect in the thermodynamic control area. Besides, the mono-aromatics selectivity on the Ni-Mo-W and Ni-Mo catalysts was enhanced. However, it had little effect on the Ni-W and Co-Mo catalysts.Ge Panzhu Ren Liang Gao Xiaodong Li Dadong 2015China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2015,17,4:4
Low Sulfur Low Olefin Gasoline Production by RIDOS Technology显示文摘By analysis of the component and structure of a real high olefinic FCC naphtha, a technology of deep desulfurization and olefin saturation with minimal octane loss is developed, which is named RIDOS. The multi functions of RIDOS technology are achieved by using a series of new catalysts, which show the good feed adaptability and operation flexibility. The results of the first commercial RIDOS unit showed that an ultra low sulfur (<10 μg/g), low olefin(<20%) gasoline was produced, while the road octane number lost only 1.3 unit. RIDOS technology provides the possibility for producing the clean fuels meeting most strict specifications.Li Dadong 1, Shi Yahua 1, Yang Qingyu 2 (1. 10Enhanced in vitro anticancer activity of quercetin mediated by functionalized CdTe QDs显示文摘We report in this study the effects of red-emitting CdTe QDs capped with cysteamine(Cys-CdTe) on the in vitro anticancer activity of the well-known flavenoid quercetin(Qu). Various techniques, including the methylthiazolyldiphenyl-tetrazolium bromide assay, the real-time cell electronic sensing system, the optical and fluorescence imaging, and electrochemical methods have been utilized to study the potential interactions of Cys-CdTe QDs with Qu. The observations demonstrate that the safe-dosage Cys-CdTe QDs can greatly improve the drug uptake and enhance the inhibition efficiency of Qu towards the proliferation of cancer cells such as HepG2 cells. This study implies that Cys-CdTe QDs may be used for cancer therapy and that they exert a synergic anticancer effect when bound to drug molecules.WU ChunHui SHI LiXin WU ChangYu GUO DaDong SELKE Matthias WANG XueMei 2014Science China Chemistry2014,57,11:2

Effect of Carrier Processing Temperature on Its Properties for Adsorption of Active Metals显示文摘The influence of the carrier pseudo-boehmite (PB), which was impregnated with a Ni-Mo-P solution under over-saturation conditions and treated at different temperatures, on its property for adsorption of active metals (Ni, Mo) was studied. The results showed that the amount for adsorption of active metal was decreased with an increasing treatment temperature of the carrier. After phase transition of the carrier PB to γ-Al2O3, its capacity for adsorption of active metals was significantly reduced. The difference in properties for adsorption of active metals (Ni, Mo) by PB dried at 120 ℃ and γ-Al2O3 calcined at 600 ℃ was studied in detail. The results suggested that the ability of the PB carrier to adsorb metals was higher than that of the γ-Al2O3 carrier. Especially, the ratio of chemically adsorbed metals on the PB support was much higher than γ-alumina. The chemical adsorption sites on the PB carrier were proved to be much more than those on the γ-Al2O3 carrier. Ni and Mo chemical adsorption sites differed a lot on the carrier possibly because of the difference in chemical adsorption sites.Zeng Shuangqin Yang Qinghe Li Dingjiangyi Nie Hong Li Dadong 2012China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2012,14,2:2
Preparation of Pseudo-boehmite and y-Al_2O_3 Support by Neutralization of NaAlO_2 Solution with CO_2显示文摘Pseudo-boehmite (PB) and γ-Al2O3 support are prepared by neutralization ofNaAlO2 solution with CO2(mixed gases) on bench scale. PB, typically loosely packed, fibrous particle/aggregate, is obtained by adjustingconcentration and flow rate of CO2 and concentration of NaAlO2 solution at a pH level lower than that commonlyassumed during neutralization. After calcination at different temperatures, γ-Al2O3 supports with different pore vol-ume and different pore size are prepared at different conditions.Yang Qinghe Liu Bin Li Dadong Shi Yahua Nie Hong Kang Xiaohong(Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, SINOPEC,Beijing, 100083) 2003China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2003,5,1:2

Study on the Effect of Catalyst Properties on Residue Hydroconversion显示文摘The effect of catalyst properties on residue oil hydroconversion was studied at moderate operating conditions(at a temperature of 400 ℃, an initial hydrogen pressure of 10 MPa, and a reaction time of 4 h) in a batch mode slurry phase with different catalyst samples. The results showed that the catalyst acidity had a good effect on residue conversion and MCR(micro carbon residue) conversion but brought about higher coke yield. Residue conversion was thermally induced but the catalyst acidity changed its conversion route. A catalyst with higher metal loading, higher hydrogenation activity and appropriate pore size had higher sulfur and metal removal rate, higher MCR conversion and also a lower coke formation. The activity of spent commercial catalyst AS1 and DS1 was slightly lower than the corresponding fresh ones but was still high enough for residue oil hydroconversion. It assumes that the role of the catalyst is to activate hydrogen species toward reaction with an aromatic carbon radical to yield a cyclohexadienyl type intermediate which will turn into liquid and also to absorb the mesophase which can easily aggregate to form coke.Tong Fengya Yang Qinghe Li Dadong Dai Lishun Deng Zhonghuo 2016China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2016,18,1:1
