| 2 | In situ stabilization remediation of cadmium contaminated soils of wastewater irrigation region using sepiolite显示文摘The effects of immobilization remediation of Cd-contaminated soils using sepiolite on soil pH,enzyme activities and microbial communities,TCLP-Cd(toxicity characteristic leaching procedure-Cd) concentration,and spinach(Spinacia oleracea) growth and Cd uptake and accumulation were investigated.Results showed that the addition of sepiolite could increase soil pH,while the TCLP-Cd concentration in soil was decreased with increasing sepiolite.The changes of soil enzyme activities and bacteria number indicated that a certain metabolic recovery occurred after the sepiolite treatments,and spinach shoot biomass increased by 58.5%-65.5% in comparison with the control group when the concentration of sepiolite was 10 g/kg.However,the Cd concentrations in the shoots and roots of spinach decreased with an increase in the rate of sepiolite,experiencing 38.4%-59.1% and 12.6%-43.6% reduction,respectively,in contrast to the control.The results indicated that sepiolite has the potential for success on a field scale in reducing Cd entry into the food chain. | Yuebing Sun Guohong Sun Yingming Xu Lin Wang Dasong Lin Xuefeng Liang Xin Shi | 2012 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2012,24,10: | 11 |
| 3 | Application of Multi-agent Particle Swarm Algorithm in Distribution Network Reconfiguration显示文摘An improved algorithm based on Multiagent particle swarm(MAS) is proposed to solve the distribution network reconfiguration problem in this paper.The approach is a combination of the learning, competition and cooperation mechanism of multi-agent technology and the strategies of Particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm. Using the Von Neumann topology structure in PSO algorithm, each particle represents an agent; each agent not only competes and cooperates with its neighborhood,but also absorbs the evolutionary mechanism of PSO algorithm, so as to share the information with the agent of global optimal. The rules of particle renovating reduce unfeasible solution in the process of particle renovating,and it is able to converge to global optimal accurately and quickly. | 5 | Screening,identification and antagonistic effect of antagonistic bacteria JTFM1001 against aflatoxin contamination in corn显示文摘Aflatoxin is a strong carcinogenic and toxic fungal toxin produced by Aspergillus flavus and other Aspergillus species,and can seriously threaten the health of consumers,thus becoming a global concern.Corn,as an important oil and economic crop,is highly susceptible contaminated by aflatoxin.In this study,antagonistic bacteria with strong inhibitory effect on aflatoxin were screened to provide support for the treatment aflatoxin contamination control in corn.Ten strains which have strong antagonistic effects against A.flavus were isolated from healthy corn from different corn producing areas in China.Among them,the antagonistic bacteria JTFM1001 through corn kernels in vivo and field experiment,the inhibition effect of aflatoxin contamination reached above 70%and 55%,respectively.And the strain was identified as Bacillus subtilis based on its morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics and phylogenetic analysis of 16S rDNA.In addition,our data showed that it can colonize in the rhizosphere and survive for a long time,forming the dominant flora,with broad application prospect.Finally,we were surprised to find that the antibacterial metabolites secreted by the antagonistic bacteria was one of the mechanisms of its inhibition of A.flavus and aflatoxin.This will provide us with new ideas and perspectives on the effective prevention and control of aflatoxin contamination in corn and corn oil. | Jing Zhang Yu Wang Zhaolin Du Dasong Lin Lili Huo Li Qin Wei Wang Liwen Qiang Yanpo Yao Yi An | 2021 | Oil Crop Science2021,6,1: | 2 |
