2Entropy correction of charged black hole via fermions tunneling beyond semi-classical approximation显示文摘Motivated by the idea of tunneling beyond semi-classical approximation of Majhi et al., we discuss entropy correction of Dirac particles tunneling from the Reissner-Nordstrm black hole with a global monopole. To get the corrections correctly, we regard the proportionality constants of quantum correction terms to the semi-classical term of action as the inverse of the square of the Planck Length but not that of the Planck Mass. 31-Butene isomerization and metathesis over Mo/mordenite-alumina: Factors influencing product distribution and induction period显示文摘Effects of space velocity, reaction temperature and support acidity on product distribution and induction period in 1-butene isomerization and metathesis over Mo/mordenite-alumina were investigated. As revealed by the catalytic performance results, induction period and objective product were closely related to the reaction conditions. Lower space velocity led to longer induction period and higher propene yield. The optimal reaction temperature for propene production is around 150C and it shifted to 100C for ethene production. 1-Butene auto-metathesis predominated in the reaction network if the support with lower degree of sodium exchanged. 4A ratiometric benzothiazole-based fluorescence probe for selectively recognizing HClO and its practical applications显示文摘A ratiometric probe(HBT-HBZ)bearing 2-hydrazino benzothiazole and 3-(benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)-2-hydroxy-5-methylbenzaldehyde for sensing hypochlorous acid(HClO)with high selectivity and sensitivity is reported in this article.The fluorescence intensity ratios(I470nm/I572nm)of the probe with different concentrations of analyte showed excellent selectivity and a linear response to minor changes in HClO.The detection limit of 24 nmol/L suggests that the sensor is very sensitive to HClO.According to the series of performed experiments,HBT-HBZ has practical applications,such as the detection of HClO residues in tap water,which has been rarely reported.In addition,confocal laser microscopy experiments confirmed that HBT-HBZ can selectively recognize HClO in HeLa cells.A ratiometric probe(HBT-HBZ)for sensing HClO with high selectivity and sensitivity is reported in this article.The probe exhibited high selectivity for HClO among other ROS,RNS and anions.In addition,HBTHBZ has some practical applications such as the analysis of the HClO content in tap water.Furthermore,confocal fluorescence microscopy imaging showed that HBT-HBZ can be applied for detecting HClO in living cells.Kaijie Wang Dazhou Xi Chuantao Liu Yahui Chen Hao Gu Long Jiang Xiaoqiang Chen Fang Wang 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,11:2

7Differentiation of storage time of wheat seed based on near infrared hyperspectral imaging显示文摘Seed aging during storage is one of the main factors that influence the quality of wheat seed.Current detection methods based on NIR spectra were mostly for group seeds,they had poor stability for single seed detection because of sample uniformity.In this study,the characteristic changes of single wheat seed during storage procedure were measured through hyperspectral imaging technology.Firstly,hyperspectral imaging data of wheat grain including six years from 2007 to 2012 had been collected.The original spectra showed clear difference in the band of 1400-1600 nm,which may be caused by the decreasing of moisture and protein content during storage;principal component analysis(PCA)was applied to analyze the spectral data of wheat grain including six years,the clustering chart of the principal components indicated that the grain between same or similar year have an clustering characteristic,and the characteristic difference would become obviously with the increasing of storage time;soft independent modeling of class analogy(SIMCA)was applied to classify the grain of different years,results showed that the classification accuracy of the dichotomy between adjacent years could reach 97.05%,and the accuracy of the mixed classification of six years could also reach 82.5%.These results indicated that hyperspectral imaging technology could be used to differentiate the quality change of wheat seed during different storage time,which could provide support for the intelligent monitoring of stored wheat seeds.Dong Gao Guo Jian Wang Cheng Liang Kehong Lu Lingang Wang Jing Zhu Dazhou 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,2:1

15Integrated UV-based photo microreactor-distillation technology toward process intensification of continuous ultra-high-purity electronic-grade silicon tetrachloride manufacture显示文摘Ultra-high-purity silicon tetrachloride(SiCl4)is demanded as an electronic-grade chemical to meet the stringent requirements of the rapidly developing semiconductor industry.The high requirement for ultra-high-purity SiCl4 has created the need for a high-efficient process for reducing energy consumption as well as satisfying product quality.In this paper,a mass of production technology of ultra-high-purity SiCl4 was successfully developed through chlorination reaction in the ultraviolet(UV)-based photo microreactor coupled with the distillation process.The influences of key operational parameters,including temperature,pressure,UV wavelength and light intensity on the product quality,especially for hydrogen-containing impurities,were quantified by the infrared transmittance of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)at 2185 cm^-1and 2160 cm^-1indicating that chara cteristic vib rational modes of Si-H bonds,as well as the operating conditions of distillation were also investigated as key factors for metal impurities removing.The advanced intensification of SiCl4 manufactured by the integration of photo microreactor and distillation achieves the products with superior specifications higher than the standard commercial products.Ye Wan Wenhui Guo Jin Xiao Dazhou Yan Xiong Zhao Shuhu Guo Jianhua Liu Qifan Zhong Tao Yang Yu Zhao Xin Chang Xin Gao 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,9:1
