8Screwdriver-like Pd-Ag heterostructures formed via selective deposition of Ag on Pd nanowires as efficient photocatalysts for solvent-free aerobic oxidation of toluene显示文摘Heterostructured bimetal nanocrystals with a component having localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)property are promising photocatalysts for a series of reactions.In this work,kinetic products of Pd-Ag with a screwdriver-like heterostructure have been successfully fabricated via the selective epitaxial growth of Ag on Pd nanowires(NWs).It was confirmed that the deposition rate(Vdeposition)of Ag is much more sensitive to the temperature,compared to the surface diffusion rate(Vdiffusion)which can be effectively reduced by the binding of poly(vinylpyrrolidone)(PVP)molecules.Then the magnitude of Vdeposition/Vdiffusion has been well tailored for the formation of a kinetic growth environment.The interactions between the components of the as-prepared Pd-Ag heterostructures resulted in intensified LSPR effects.As a result,they gained better photocatalytic performance toward solvent free aerobic oxidation of toluene than Pd NWs,Ag NWs and the mixture of them.Additionally,the Pd-Ag heterostructured nanocrystals exhibited excellent catalytic stability for recycling.This work not only presents an idea for realizing kinetic growth but also supports that LSPR effect is a good tool for improving the photocatalytic activity.Caihong He Lingli Yu Na Lu Wenjing Wang Wei Chen Shaojie Lu Yun Yang Dekun Ma Shaoming Huang 2020Nano Research2020,13,3:2

12I/P interface modification for stable and efficient perovskite solar cells显示文摘Interface engineering has played an increasingly essential role in the development of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Herein,we adopted an effective and simple one-step interface passivation method on a FA-based perovskite to fabricate efficient and stable planar PSCs.The surface defects are reduced by the perovskite interface passivation layer incorporated between the hole transport and perovskite absorber layers,and then non-radiative recombination is suppressed while interfacial carrier extraction is enhanced.The passivated planar PSCs demonstrates 20.83%power conversion efficiency(PCE),which is caused by the simultaneous enhancement of the fill factor and open-circuit voltage.In addition,the device also shows great ambient and thermal stability.It retains 94%of its original PCE after 1000 h under ambient air without encapsulation as well as90%of its initial efficiency after 400 h under continuous heating at 65°C with encapsulation.This research provides a strategy for the development of efficient and stable PSCs.Jie Zhang Shixin Hou Renjie Li Bingbing Chen Fuhua Hou Xinghua Cui Jingjing Liu Qi Wang Pengyang Wang Dekun Zhang Ying Zhao Xiaodan Zhang 2020Journal of Semiconductors2020,41,5:1

14Composite electron transport layer for efficient N-I-P type monolithic perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells with high open-circuit voltage显示文摘Perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells(PSTSCs) have exhibited huge technological potential for breaking the Shockley-Queisser limit of single-junction solar cells. The efficiency of P-I-N type PSTSCs has surpassed the single-junction limit, while the performance of N-I-P type PSTSCs is far below the theoretical value. Here, we developed a composite electron transport layer for N-I-P type monolithic PSTSCs with enhanced open-circuit voltage(VOC) and power conversion efficiency(PCE). Lithium chloride(Li Cl) was added into the tin oxide(SnO_(2)) precursor solution, which simultaneously passivated the defects and increased the electron injection driving force at the electron transfer layer(ETL)/perovskite interface.Eventually, we achieved monolithic PSTSCs with an efficiency of 25.42% and V_(OC) of 1.92 V, which is the highest PCE and VOCin N-I-P type perovskite/Si tandem devices. 15Gd-doped CuBi_(2)O_(4)/CuO heterojunction film photocathodes for photoelectrochemical H_(2)O_(2)production through oxygen reduction显示文摘Photoelectrochemical oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)toward H_(2)O_(2)is highly desirable because only sunlight,O_(2)and water are required in the process.However,the corresponding studies are still at its infancy because of the lack of suitable photocathodes,especially inorganic semiconductor photocathodes.In this work,we report CuBi_(2)O_(4)/CuO(CBO/CuO)heterojunction submicrocrystalline film photocathodes with efficient ORR activity for H_(2)O_(2)production.The heterojunction film photocathodes were prepared through thermal evaporation of Cu and Bi metals under vacuum and subsequent annealing treatment.Furthermore,the doping of Gd^(3+)ions into CBO/CuO could significantly enhance the yield of H_(2)O_(2).As a result,the concentration of H_(2)O_(2)could reach 1.3 mM within 30 min,which is 6 times higher than that obtained on the pristine CBO/CuO photocathode.The theoretical calculations suggested that the introduction of Gd could adjust the electronic structure of CBO surface and promote 2e ORR pathway for selective production of H_(2)O_(2).Our work not only provides a new strategy for designing highly efficient photocathode for H_(2)O_(2)production but also will evoke more interest in photoelectrocatalytic ORR through inorganic semiconductor photocathode.Zixin Li Quanlong Xu Faliang Gou Bing He Wei Chen Weiwei Zheng Xu Jiang Kai Chen Chenze Qi Dekun Ma 2021Nano Research2021,14,10:1

17Cartilage-bone inspired the construction of soft-hard composite material with excellent interfacial binding performance and low friction for artificial joints显示文摘Inspired by the cartilage-bone structure in natural joints,soft-hard integrated materials have received extensive attention,which are the most promising candidates for artificial joints due to their combination of excellent load-bearing properties and lubricating properties.The latest progress showed that the combination of hydrogel and titanium alloy can realize a bionic natural joint lubrication system on the surface of titanium alloy.However,obtaining a tough interface between the hydrogel(soft and wet)and the titanium substrate(hard and dry)is still a great challenge.Here,we designed a'soft(hydrogel)-hard(Ti6Al4V)'integrated material with outstanding combination,which simulates the structure and function of cartilage-bone in the natural joint.The load-bearing properties,binding performance,and tribological behaviors for different forms of the soft-hard integrated materials were investigated.The results showed that the hydrogel layer and Ti6Al4V substrate possess ultra-high interfacial toughness(3,900 J/m^(2)).In addition,the combination of the hydrogel layer and Ti6Al4V substrate provided a good lubrication system to endow the'soft(hydrogel)-hard(Ti6Al4V)'integrated material with high load-bearing and excellent tribological properties.Therefore,this study provided an effective strategy for prolonging the service life of Ti6Al4V in the biomedical field.Qin CHEN Xinyue ZHANG Siyu LIU Kai CHEN Cunao FENG Xiaowei LI Jianwei QI Yong LUO Hongtao LIU Dekun ZHANG 2023Friction2023,11,7:0
18Tracing surface seawater mixing and nutrient transport by^(222)Rn on the northern coast of Beibu Gulf,China显示文摘The transport and diffusion of substances in seawater are limited by the mixing motion of water bodies,while the main forms of mixing in offshore water bodies are advection and eddy diffusion.The eddy diffusion process of water indicates the possible transport direction of dissolved substances.However,the complex environment in the coastal zone makes it difficult to quantitatively assess the water diffusion process.^(222)Rn is a useful tool to trace the diffusion process of water bodies.However,studies on the^(222)Rn distribution and its behavior in the Beibu Gulf are scarce.In this study,the activity distribution characteristics of^(222)Rn in surface seawater of the Guangxi shelf area of the Beibu Gulf were measured.Based on the one-dimensional,steady-state model,the vorticity diffusion coefficient of^(222)Rn in the horizontal direction was calculated as(0.42−2.13)×10^(8) m^(2)/d,and the offshore fluxes of^(222)Rn under the influence of water mixing were calculated as 2.00×10^(12) Bq/d.Correspondingly,the horizontal transport fluxes of silicate,phosphate,nitrite and nitrate were 6.28×10^(−3)mol/(m^(2)·d),0.10×10^(−3)mol/(m^(2)·d),0.20×10^(−3)mol/(m^(2)·d)and 4.15×10^(−3)mol/(m^(2)·d),respectively.These results indicate that the study of eddy current diffusion in offshore marine water facilitates a deeper understanding of the water mixing process and nutrient transport and migration.Hao Wang Qiangqiang Zhong Fule Zhang Suiyuan Chen Hongyan Bao Jing Lin Dekun Huang Tao Yu 2023Acta Oceanologica Sinica2023,42,8:0
19Friction reactions induced by selective hydrogenation of textured surface under lubricant conditions显示文摘The passivation of hydrogen atoms and the conformation of textured surfaces under oil-lubricated conditions are effective strategies to obtain amorphous carbon(a-C)films with extremely low friction.It is critical to understanding the influence mechanism of selective surface hydrogenation on the tribological behaviors of textured a-C film under oil-lubricated conditions.In particular,the interactions of hydrogen atoms and lubricants are confusing,which is enslaved to the in situ characterization technique.The reactive molecular dynamics(RMD)simulations were conducted to analyze the friction response of textured a-C films with selective hydrogenation surfaces under oil-lubricated conditions.The results indicate that the existence of hydrogen atoms on specific bump sites significantly decreases the friction coefficient(μ)of textured a-C film,which is highly dependent on the surface hydrogen content.The repulsion between hydrogen atoms and lubricant molecules prompts the formation of a dense lubricant film on the surface of the mating material.Interestingly,with the enhancement of the surface hydrogen content,the passivation of the friction interface and the repulsion between hydrogen atoms and lubricants play dominant roles in reducing the friction coefficient instead of hydrodynamic lubrication.Naizhou DU Xubing WEI Xiaowei LI Zan CHEN Shiqi LU Jiaqing DING Cunao FENG Kai CHEN Jianghao QIAO Dekun ZHANG Kwang-Ryeol LEE Tiancai ZHANG 2024Friction2024,12,1:0
