| 1 | Study on the physiological indices of Pinus sibirica and Pinus koraiensis seedlings under cold stress显示文摘Although Pinus sibirica and Pinus koraiensis are resistant to cold or low temperatures in the cold temperate regions of the northern hemisphere,the former has a stronger cold resistance.Research has been limited to the comparison of physiological responses of the two species to cold stress.In this study,5-year-old seedlings of P.sibirica and P.koraiensis were subjected to six temperature treatments,[20℃(control),0℃,-20℃,-40℃,-60℃,and-80℃],under different stress periods(6,12,24,and 48 h).The results showed that differences in each physiological index were significant between P.sibirica and P.koraiensis,except for the permeability of cell membranes,reactive oxygen species,proline and soluble proteins.An ANOVA test indicated that there were extreme differences among the temperatures for each index,stress time and temperature 9 time for most indices.All indices showed a similar trend for P.sibirica and P.koraiensis with decreasing temperature or the extension of stress time.Soluble sugars and proline increased at 0 to-20℃and then remained unchanged with temperature decline.Other indices showed an increase from 20 to-20℃,stable from-20 to-40℃and a decrease from-40 to-80℃.All the indices increased and then declined along with the prolonged cold stress time,except for the control.From 0 to-40℃,the permeability of cell membranes,relative conductivity,reactive oxygen species and malonaldehyde of P.koraiensis seedlings were higher than in P.sibirica,but superoxide dismutase,peroxidase,catalase activity and soluble sugars,proline,and soluble proteins content emerged as opposite.This study compared the physiological mechanism responses to cold stress between P.sibirica and P.koraiensis to provide the basis for the introduction,distribution,and genetic improvement of these coniferous species. | Fang Wang Deyang Liang Xiaona Pei Qinhui Zhang Peng Zhang Jianqiu Zhang Zhimin Lu Yuchun Yang Guifeng Liu Xiyang Zhao | 2019 | Journal of Forestry Research2019,30,4: | 12 |

| 3 | Variation and selection analysis of Pinus koraiensis clones in northeast China显示文摘Understanding genetic variation is important for efficiently selecting excellent clones and utilizing genetic resources during tree breeding. We investigated 16 growth traits of 50 32-year-old Pinus koraiensis clones. Analyses of variance showed that all the test traits differed significantly among clones. Average height, diameter at breast height(DBH), and volume of all clones were 10.41 m, 21.30 cm,and 0.148 m3, respectively. Phenotypic coefficients of variation and repeatabilities of traits ranged from 4.37 to48.03% and from 0.013 to 0.900, respectively. There exists significant positive correlations among heights, diameter at different heights(1.3, 3.0, 5.0 m), and volumes; genetic correlation was close to phenotype correlation. Using four growth traits(height, DBH, volume, average crown width)as indices for a comprehensive evaluation, five clones(PK11, PK 19, PK 04, PK 14, and PK 28), whose traits scored in the top 10%, were selected as elite clones. For these clones,genetic gains in height, DBH, volume and crown height were 8.58, 13.02, 32.72 and 3.83%, respectively. | 5 | Pollution level and human health risk assessment of some pesticides and polychlorinated biphenyls in Nantong of Southeast China显示文摘Food consumption is one of the key exposure routes of humans to contaminants.This article evaluated the residue levels of 51 pesticides and 16 polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) in selected fish and food items which were commonly consumed in the Nantong area of Jiangsu Province,Southeast China.The 51 pesticides and 16 PCBs were analyzed by highly sensitive gas chromatographytandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).The results showed that organochlorine pesticides such as dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethanes(DDTs),hexachlorocyclohexanes(HCHs),hexachlorobenzene(HCB) and mirex and other pesticides including chlorpyrifos,pyrethroid pesticides,metolachlor,pyridaben and trifluralin were frequently detected in the samples,which was consistent with the accumulation level and characteristics of these toxic chemicals in human adipose tissue of people living in Nantong.Meanwhile,correlation of the residue level of toxic chemicals with their physical chemical properties and historic use pattern in Nantong area was observed.Combined with dietary survey results at the same sampling locations,human health risk assessment of ingestion through the dietary route was performed.The results suggested that the non-cancer risks of the chemicals investigated can be considered negligible in the Nantong area,however,the cancer risks from lifetime dietary exposure to DDTs and HCB have exceeded the acceptable levels. | Na Wang Li Yi Lili Shi Deyang Kong Daoji Cai Donghua Wang Zhengjun Shan | 2012 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2012,24,10: | 5 |
| 6 | Topological domain states and magnetoelectric properties in multiferroic nanostructures显示文摘Multiferroic nanostructures have been attracting tremendous attention over the past decade, due to their rich cross-coupling effects and prospective electronic applications. In particular, the emergence of some exotic phenomena in size-confined multiferroic systems, including topological domain states such as vortices, center domains, and skyrmion bubble domains, has opened a new avenue to a number of intriguing physical properties and functionalities, and thus underpins a wide range of applications in future nanoelectronic devices. It is also highly appreciated that nano-domain engineering provides a pathway to control the magnetoelectric properties, which is promising for future energy-efficient spintronic devices. In recent years, this field, still in its infancy, has witnessed a rapid development and a number of challenges too.In this article, we shall review the recent advances in the emergent domain-related exotic phenomena in multiferroic nanostructures. Specific attention is paid to the topological domain structures and related novel physical behaviors as well as the electric-field-driven magnetic switching via domain engineering. | 9 | Engineering the Interfacial Materials of Organic Field-Effect Transistors for Efficient Charge Transport显示文摘CONSPECTUS:The development of organic field-effect transistors(OFETs)has witnessed impressive advances in organic electronics,which has broad application prospects in artificial intelligence,information technology,energy storage,and medical treatments.How to reveal the interface behavior of charge carriers and how to obtain efficient charge transfer of OFETs are very important scientific issues,which are essential for the construction of highperformance OFETs and also for the further understanding of the intrinsic properties of organic semiconductor materials.To this end,the investigation of interfacial materials and related interface engineering is an effective and promising approach,offering potential capabilities of optimizing molecular packing of semiconductors,interface energy alignments,growth morphology,charge injection/output,and contact resistance for efficient charge transport.In this Account,we present our recent progress on engineering the interface materials of OFETs for efficient charge transport.Polymer dielectrics as indispensable components of OFETs have the capability of tuning the charge transport by modulating the interface,such as surface functionalization,chemical structural optimization,and self-assembly of functional groups into nanostructures.It is noted that the chemical-structure engineered polymer dielectrics endowing them with nanostructures on their surfaces represent a promising method for interface engineering.Besides pure polymer dielectrics,surface self-assembled monolayers also well-tune molecular packing of semiconductors for efficient photogenerated carrier transport in optoelectronic devices.In comparison with dielectric modulation,micro-/nanopatterning of source/drain electrodes is a novel and effective approach to optimize device interfaces and improve device performance for efficient charge transfer.Different from the bulk film,the monolayer semiconductor might produce highly efficient charge transport because of its two-dimensional nature with fewer grain boundaries and interface defects.Thanks to the charge density redistribution occurring at semiconductor/dielectric interface,the monolayer semiconductor on a pure polymer dielectric exhibited highly efficient charge transport.Interface engineering has promoted the significant progress of OFETs in the preceding years.We hope the above-mentioned methodologies of engineering the interfacial materials(e.g.,the dielectric,semiconductor and electrode)to achieve efficient charge transport of OFETs in this Account will offer a new strategy for designing high-performance optoelectronic devices. | Deyang Ji Liqiang Li Harald Fuchs Wenping Hu | 2021 | Accounts of Materials Research2021,2,3: | 3 |

| 13 | Specific Targeting MRI of Chitosan Oligosaccharide Modified Fe_(3)O_(4) Nanoprobe on Macrophage and the Inhibition of Macrophage Foaming Induced by ox-LDL显示文摘Atherosclerosis(AS)is a primary cause of morbidity and mortality all over the world.Molecular imaging techniques can enable early localization and diagnosis of atherosclerosis plaques.Recent newly developed chitooligosaccharides(CSO)is considered to be capable of target mannose receptors on the surface of macrophages and to inhibit foam cell formation.Here we present a targeting magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)nanoprobe,which was successfully constructed with polyacrylic acid(PAA)modified nanometer iron oxide(Fe_(3)O_(4))as the core,and coating with CSO molecules,possessing the abilities of targeted MRI and specifically inhibition of the formation of foamy macrophages in the atherosclerotic process.The experimental results showed that the distributions of PAA-Fe_(3)O_(4) and CSO-PAA-Fe_(3)O_(4) were uniform and the corresponding sizes were about 5.93 nm and 8.15 nm,respectively.The Fourier transform infrared spectra(FTIR)testified the CSO was coupled with PAA-Fe_(3)O_(4) successfully.After coupled with CSO,the r1 of PAA-Fe_(3)O_(4) was increased from 5.317 mM s-1 to 6.147 mM s-1,indicating their potential as MRI contrast agent.Oil Red O staining and total cholesterols(TC)determination showed that CSO-PAA-Fe_(3)O_(4) could significantly inhibit the foaming process of RAW264.7 cells induced by oxidatively modified low density lipoprotein(ox-LDL).In vitro cellular MRI displayed that,compared with PAA-Fe_(3)O_(4),CSO-PAA-Fe_(3)O_(4) could lower the T1 relaxation time of RAW264.7 cells better.In summary,construction of CSO-PAA-Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoprobe in this study could realize the targeted MRI of macrophages and inhibition of ox-LDL induced macrophage foaming process.This will provide a new avenue in the diagnosis and treatment of AS. | Xu Cao Ke Ma Yuhao Tao Deyang Xi Fangyu Hu Jingjing Li | 2021 | Journal of Advances in Medicine Science2021,4,2: | 1 |

| 16 | Comparative Study on Coastal Depth Inversion Based on Multi-source Remote Sensing Data显示文摘Coastal depth is an important research focus of coastal waters and is also a key factor in coastal environment. Dongluo Island in South China Sea was taken as a typical study area. The band ratio model was established by using measured points and three multispectral images of Landsat-8, SPOT-6(Systeme Probatoire d'Observation de la Terre, No.6) and WorldView-2. The band ratio model with the highest accuracy is selected for the depth inversion respectively. The results show that the accuracy of SPOT-6 image is the highest in the inversion of coastal depth. Meanwhile, analyzing the error of inversion from different depth ranges, the accuracy of the inversion is lower in the range of 0–5 m because of the influence of human activities. The inversion accuracy of 5–10 m is the highest, and the inversion error increases with the increase of water depth in the range of 5–20 m for the three kinds of satellite images. There is no linear relationship between the accuracy of remote sensing water depth inversion and spatial resolution of remote sensing data, and it is affected by performance and parameters of sensor.
