1Control theorem of a universal uniform-rotating magnetic vector for capsule robot in curved environment显示文摘For realizing non-contact steering swimming of a capsule robot in curved environment filled with viscous liquid,based on spatial orthogonal superposition theorem of alternating magnetic vectors,an innovative physical method is proposed,which employs three-axis orthogonal square Helmholtz coils fed with three phase sine currents to create a universal uniform magnetic spin vector as energy source.According to the antiphase sine current superposition theorem generalized in this paper,an effective control method for successively adjusting the orientation and the rotating direction of the universal magnetic spin vector is proposed.For validating its feasibility and controllability,three-axis Helmholtz coils,power source and an innovative capsule robot prototype were manufactured,experiments were conducted in both spiral pipe and animal intestine.It was demonstrated that the orientation and the rotational direction of the universal uniform-magnetic spin vector can be adjusted successively through digital control and steering swimming of the capsule robot in spiral intestine can be achieved successfully.The breakthrough of the universal rotating uniform-magnetic vector will push forward the development of modern physics and biomedicalZHANG YongShun WANG Na DU ChunYu SUN Ying WANG DianLong 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,2:16
2The enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP显示文摘In this paper we present the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP. eXTP is a space science mission designed to study fundamental physics under extreme conditions of density, gravity and magnetism. The mission aims at determining the equation of state of matter at supra-nuclear density, measuring effects of QED, and understanding the dynamics of matter in strong-field gravity. In addition to investigating fundamental physics, eXTP will be a very powerful observatory for astrophysics that will provide observations of unprecedented quality on a variety of galactic and extragalactic objects. 3Dynamic characteristics of an intestine capsule robot with variable diameter显示文摘This paper proposes an intestine capsule robot with variable diameter. It is driven by external rotating magnetic field and has the function of automatic radial clearance compensation. An external magnetic field generating device and a capsule robot with variable diameter are developed. Radial dynamic balance equation and kinematics equation of the capsule robot traveling inside flexible elasto-wall environment are established, and dynamic characteristics of the capsule robot inside flexible elasto-wall pipe and rigid wall pipe environments are analyzed and compared. Simulations and experiment results show that its dynamic characteristics in both pipes are almost the same. Under the action of radial clearance compensation, fluid dynamic pressure around outer surface of the capsule robot and its propulsion, as well as its adaptability to diameter change range, are significantly improved. Its propulsion and moving speed are controlled by adjusting rotating angular speed of the rotating magnetic field. 4Control strategy for multiple capsule robots in intestine显示文摘Based on the critical gap phenomenon of the intestinal capsule robot,a variable-diameter capsule robot with radial gap self-compensation is developed in this paper.With the functional variation principle,a fluid dynamic pressure model satisfying the boundary conditions of the outer surface of capsule robot with screw blades is derived.The critical gap phenomenon is studied theoretically and experimentally based on the end effect and the dynamic balance characteristics of the fluid on the surface of capsule robot.The concept of start-up rotation speed is defined,the relationship between the start-up rotation speed and the spiral parameters of capsule robot is investigated.The strategy for implementing drive and control on several capsule robots under the same rotational magnetic field is proposed,and by defining the start-up curves of several capsule robots with the similar motion regulation as the objective functions,genetic algorithm is employed to optimize the spiral parameters of several capsule robots.Experiments have shown that the proposed drive and control strategy for several capsule robots can be implemented effectively.It has a good prospect of application inside intestine to realize the drive and control on several capsule robots for different medical purposes.ZHANG YongShun WANG DianLong RUAN XiaoYan JIANG ShenYuan LU Jie 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,11:5
5THEORY AND EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGAION OF FLEXURAL WAVE PROPAGATION IN THIN RECTANGULAR PLATE WITH PERIODIC STRUCTURE显示文摘With the idea of the phononic crystals, a thin rectangular plate with two-dimensional peri-odic structure is designed. Flexural wave band structures of such a plate with infinite structure arecalculated with the plane-wave expansion (PWE) method, and directional band gaps are found in theΓX direction. The acceleration frequency response in the ΓX direction of such a plate with finitestructure is simulated with the finite element method and verified with a vibration experiment. Thefrequency ranges of sharp drops in the calculated and measured acceleration frequency responsecurves are in basic agreement with those in the band structures. Thin plate is a widely used componentin the engineering structures. 6Powder electrochemical properties with different particle sizes of spinel LiAl_(0.05)Mn_(1.95)O_4 synthesized by sol-gel method显示文摘An Al-doped spinel lithium manganese oxide was prepared by the adipic acid-assisted sol-gel method at 800°C, and the cathode materials (LiAl0.05Mn1.95O4) with different particle sizes were obtained through ball milling. The effects of particle size on the electrochemical performance of LiAl0.05Mn1.95O4 samples were investigated by differential thermal analysis and thermogravimetry, X-ray diffraction, galvanostatic charge-discharge test, cyclic voltammetry, and electro- chemical impedance spectroscopy. The results indicate that all samples with different particle sizes show the same pure spinel phase and good crystal structure; LiAl0.05Mn1.95O4 with D50 = 17.3 μm shows better capacity retention; LiAl0.05Mn1.95O4 cathode materials with small particle size have a bigger resistance of charge transfer than the large one, and the particle size has significant effects on the electrochemical performance of Al-doped spinel LiMn2O4 cathode materials.YI Tingfeng WANG Dianlong GAO Kun HU Xinguo 2007Rare Metals2007,26,4:3
7Characteristics of spatial magnetic torque of an intestine capsule micro robot with a variable diameter显示文摘A drive and control method is put forward for a variable diameter capsule micro robot to screw forward in intestine using magnetic coupling between an inner actuator inside the robot and the rotational magnetic field generated by a rotating outer actuator. The structures of the outer and inner actuators are magnet cylinders with multiple magnetic poles in tegular shape alternating with dissimilar radial magnetization. An universal mathematical model of magnetic torque at eccentric state is established based on the equivalent magnetic charge method, and the characteristics of magnetic torque with respect to structural parameters of actuators are theoretically studied. Experiments show that the driving method features advantages such as powerful magnetic torque, high safety, reliability, etc. The driving ability of the variable diameter capsule micro robot is greatly improved by its automatic radial clearance compensation. 8Optimal Control of a Universal Rotating Magnetic Vector for Petal-shaped Capsule Robot in Curve Environment显示文摘Steering control of a capsule robot in curve environment by magnetic navigation is not yet solved completely.A petal-shaped capsule robot with less steering resistance based on multiple wedge effects is presented,and an optimization method with two processes for determining the orientation of a pre-applied universal magnetic spin vector is proposed.To realize quick and non-contact steering swimming,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for optimizing the steering driving angle is presented based on two evaluation indexes including the average steering speed and the average steering trajectory deviation,achieving the initial optimal orientation of a universal magnetic spin vector.To further reduce robotic magnetic vibration,a main target method for optimizing its final orientation,which is used for fine adjustment,is employed under the constrains of the magnetic moments.Swimming experimental results in curve pipe verified the effectiveness of the optimization method,which can be effectively used to realize non-contact steering swimming of the petal-shaped robot and reduce its vibration.ZHANG Yongshun BAI Jianwei CHI Minglu CHENG Cunxin WANG Dianlong 2014Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2014,27,5:2
9Study on the vibration band gap and vibration attenuation property of phononic crystals显示文摘Phononic crystals (PCs) are functional materials with periodic structures and elas- tic wave (vibration) band gaps, where propagation of vibrations with frequencies within band gaps is forbidden. PCs with finite periods can restrain the propagation of vibrations with frequencies in band gaps and thus has vibration attenuation property. Worldwide, many institutions and researchers are engaged in the re- search of PCs, however, studies on the vibration attenuation property of PCs are still limited. In this paper, we report our study of band gaps and vibration attenua- tion properties of 1) a simplified PC—periodic mass-spring structures, 2) longitu- dinal vibration of one-dimensional (1D-), 2D-, 3D-PCs, and 3) the flexural vibration of 1D- and 2D-PCs. 10Communication-Based Attacks Detection in Android Applications显示文摘The Android operating system provides a rich Inter-Component Communication(ICC) method that brings enormous convenience. However, the Android ICC also increases security risks. To address this problem, a formal method is proposed to model and detect inter-component communication behavior in Android applications. Firstly,we generate data flow graphs and data facts for each component through component-level data flow analysis.Secondly, our approach treats ICC just like method calls. After analyzing the fields and data dependencies of the intent, we identify the ICC caller and callee, track the data flow between them, and construct the ICC model. Thirdly,the behavior model of Android applications is constructed by a formal mapping method for component data flow graph based on Pi calculus. The runtime sensitive path trigger detection algorithm is then given. Communicationbased attacks are detected by analyzing intent abnormity. Finally, we analyze the modeling and detection efficiency,and compare it with relevant methods. 20Study of Co-Ce coating and surface on pasted nickel electrodes substrate显示文摘The process of electroplating Co-Ce alloys on the nickel foam framework surface can improve electro-conductivity for active materials and nickel substrate interface. The results of inductive coupled plasma emission spectrometer (ICP), cyclic voltammetry (CV), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) indicate that the Co-Ce coating chemical content of rare earth Ce 0.19wt.%-0.28wt.% can not only alter the microstructure of electroplating coating, but also accelerate the oxidation reaction of Co and improve its transfer rate of electric current conductivity to the active material particles. The grads-like distributing electro-conductive network of CoOOH is formed on the nickel substrate surface, which improves reversibility of pasted nickel electrode.
